- Péter (1/5): SCAMMER! DON'T BOOK ACCOMMODATION WITH HIM! - Nothing! Initially, the price of the accommodation was deducted immediately at the time of booking, when I paid the more expensive price, so that I could say it back if I had to. The property cannot be reached on the phone number provided in the advertisement. He constantly directed the message exchange to whatsapp so that there would be no trace of it in the booking message exchanges, and that too from a completely different number. He claims that we did not show up at the accommodation. We were there, waiting for instructions on how to take the transport, Then at the last minute he sent a video of another accommodation, which was run-down, not as well equipped, and did not tell me where the accommodation was. We asked for help from the owner of the apartment who lives above the accommodation, who informed us that there is no accommodation there and the apartment has been under renovation for a long time. So it wasn't an unexpected home renovation this. This did not start at the last minute, the landlord was already aware of it when we booked the accommodation. But he tells booking that we didn't take over the accommodation. We didn't even take over what I paid for, because we didn't have any. I can't attach my evidence to booking either. This is outrageous!!

- Somy (1/5): Not happy with the property service - Property was clean We are not happy with the property. On our first day, we reported that the heating was not working, so we could not stay in the bedroom. We requested at least a portable heater. We were told this would be sorted out, but nothing was done.
On the second day, we complained again about the heating. We were told that maintenance would come between 3:00 PM and 5:00 PM, so we waited in the property. However, we came here for a holiday, not to stay inside waiting for maintenance. No one came, and on the third night we were still staying in the flat without heating.
Another incident also happened on the second night. While we were spending time with our family and having food, someone came from outside and started banging on the door, saying they wanted to view the property. This happened twice. Two different families came to view the property. The first time, the property agent told us they wanted to take photos and videos and asked us to leave the house and wait outside. We were not happy with this at all.
The heater technicians also did not come to fix the issue, and we waited from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM. Our entire trip plan changed and had to be postponed.
We are not happy with your service, and we would like a refund due to the heating problem and the inconvenience caused. We would not recommend this property to other customers.

- Patrick (1/5): Cold and noisy and dangerous - Location No heating. Heating not working and when asked when will be fixed was told later and then later and not fixed.Cold house with drafts. Noise all night with people talking outside. Soiled sheets. Blind broken in sitting room. No answer from contact of person managing property when I on phone and saying 24/7 service if needed. Email ed to ask how was my stay after I repeatedly asked about heating issue. Couch broken. Back kept falling off. Wiring uncovered and i was travelling with kids
- Anthony (1/5): Property owner left us stranded - Nothing at all. At the last minute, we received a message from the property owner informing us that our booking had been cancelled. We immediately tried to contact the owner multiple times, but there was no response. As a result, we were left stranded outside in the cold with three young children and no accommodation.
Due to the situation, we had no choice but to urgently find an alternative hotel, which caused us significant stress and required us to pay for accommodation again at a much higher cost.
What makes this situation even more concerning is that, at the same time, the property owner informed Booking.com that they were “waiting for us,” which is completely untrue and contradicts the message we received and our attempts to contact them.
This experience was extremely distressing, especially with young children involved, and falls far below the standard of service we expect when booking through your platform.

- Brooke (8/5): The home was in a good location but the kitchen lacked amenities. The two beds in the bedrooms were comfortable while th - We were only there for 2 nights but the location was convenient and close to many things. The kitchen wasn’t properly stocked for cooking. We book homes so we don’t have to eat out and the kitchen was not stocked enough for cooking (making it difficult) and there was no table to eat at. There’s a small fold out table on the wall that would seat two but there’s no chairs even for that.
The two beds in the living room which makes the home sleep 8 are not comfortable and can be a bit noisy with the street right there. This home is more ideal for 4 people.

- Td (1/5): Worst I wouldn’t suggest anyone - Nothing it’s really bad not worth staying I had an nightmare with me. Someone else barged into flat and vandalised the property in own absence worst stay no Wi-Fi they did not provided anything. Everything!!! Worst management safety concern some strange guy barged into our flat using our key and management was least bothered about it and there is no saftey for proof you can see door key hole it has several key hole damage I beleive this is not the first incident.
- Ali (1/5): Not suitable for residence at all - It is not suitable for housing or residence because it is underground and has no source of ventilation and the sun does not enter it from any outlet. I am surprised how the Booking application deals with this low level of residential apartments. There is nothing that anyone can accept under any circumstances.

was no Internet available when turning the TV on it could not connect to anything.
Looked like there have been some building works going on as felt dusty inside, normally we always take our shoes off but the floor didn't look as if had been hoovered or moped so had to keep our shoes on as there was debris on the floor.
The main bathroom shower was missing part of a cover when using the shower was spraying everywhere.
And internal front door locked and did not operate properly, all was good on the way in the property once all inside we could not open the door as the lock was not square against the architrave and looked like the latch did not drop far enough round when opening the door from inside and we needed a knife to move the lock over so we could get out. It was a nervous moment as only one way in and out to the basement flat, so we just left the door open for the remaining time we were there. Luckily, it wasn't too cold.
