• YUTING (7/5): Good , we know choose the location a little bit far to Patong beach , but still need walk around 20 mins - The hot water shower No chairs at the balcony, the chair are inside the room . If move to balcony no have too much to put the chairs . I hope can put small chairs at the balcony. Ac I think have a little problem, all the time drop water on the table , whole room only one tissue and at the toilet.that’s all , the other things are good .
• DANIEL (7/5): - חדר גדול ונוח מזגן חזק מאוד. צוות נחמד. קרוב ל7/11 למרות התמונות החדר ללא חלון!!! המקלחת בעצם זה ברז ליד האסלה יש "מרפסת" אבל סגורה עם המנוע של המזגן וחם שם מאוד אי אפשר לנשום כל הזמן עולה ריח של סיגריות מלמטה. לא מנקים את החדר וצריך כל פעם לפנות לחדרנית בשביל מגבות חדשות.

• Aleksandr (5/5): - Персонал на ресепшене был милым Мне попалась очень маленькая комната на 1 этаже справа от лестнице. Там условно нет окон (соседнее здание слишком близко). И есть дверь как бы на балкон, который ведёт в закуток между зданиями. В соседнем здании есть душевая, отверстия которой выходят на этот балкон постоянно можно слышать как кто то принимает ванные процедуры. Это так же слышно и в самой комнате. Так же очень хорошо слышно звуки от мотоциклов с дороги и прочий шум. Ванная и душевая неудобная. В январе за 4 дня заплатил 300 долларов(с налогами) за проживание в этой комнате. Именно эта комната не стоит таких денег, не за что в ней столько платить.

The staff helped take our luggage up during check in. but during checkout I asked the owner to bring the luggage down in turn he asked a lady worker to bring them down. I refused that and brought down my own luggage from fourth floor!

• Anittsirk96 (7/5): Starší udržovaný hotel dobrý na jednu dve noci - Čistota kupeľne bola dobrá, postele boli tvrdšie, vankuš jeden pohodlný, druhý bol iný, vysoký a tvrdý. Návlečky čisté, nábytok starší. Ziaden smrad v izbe, čo hodnotím veľmi pozítívne. Na pláž asi 20 minút chôdzou popri hlavnej ceste, vačšinu času bez chodníku. Za tú cenu to bol očakávaný štandard, ale celkovo musím povedať že ubytovania na Phukete su neuveriteľne predražené v porovnaní s inými miestami v Ázii, kde by som za túto cenu dostala úplne iný štandard. Za 4 noci neprišli ani raz upratať alebo vyniesť kôš, vymeniť uteráky. Ubytovanie sa nachádzalo pri kanály, takže tam lietali komáre.

La personne à la réception, souriante et très serviable. établissement extrêmement bruyant, tant de part la rue (la fenêtre ne ferme pas), que par les clients eux mêmes qui rentrent bourrés le matin et hurlent. Salle de douche minuscule En dix jours, aucun nettoyage, pas de changement des draps. Etablissement beaucoup trop cher.

• Ines (2/5): Regret - La seule chose que j’ai aimé dans cet hôtel était le réceptionniste, un homme humble, très gentil, super droit avec les clients et super respectueux. La chambre d’hôtel était très très sale, le ménage n’était pas fait, il faisait uniquement le lit, il y avait des cafards, la salle de bain était super mal équipée, la chambre tout entière également. C’est vraiment un hôtel de survie, ne venait surtout pas avec votre famille, ou encore moins en amoureux.

Mal olor en las habitaciones, manchas en las paredes, sabanas manchadas, toallas agujereadas, muebles rotos. El frigorifico se desconectaba cada vez que salíamos de la habitación y para colmo cuando llegamos al hotel nos comunicaron que el dia siguiente estaríamos sin luz por un problema con la instalación...lo cual deberían de haberlo comunicado antes de nuestra llegada para al menos darnos la posibilidad de decidir si nos quedabamos o no. Finalmente buscamos otro hotel y dejamos el hotel antes de lo previsto. No entiendo como este hotel tenía los comentarios que tenía Mal olor, habitación sucia, paredes manchadas, muebles rotos y toallas agujereadas. Las fotos del anuncio no correspondían con el estado actual de las habitaciones

• Sadjad (3/5): - Le personnels étaient parfait par contre l’hôtel en lui même et insalubre et je pèse mes mots des vêtements pourris qui longe le sol dans votre balcon impossible d’ouvrir la porte par peur que des bestioles n’entre dans la chambre.. comment vous dire que nous sommes restés sur le.. alors que nous voyageons souvent. Nous n’avons jamais vue une telle crasse dans une chambre d’hôtel. Le personnels étaient parfait par contre l’hôtel en lui même et insalubre et je pèse mes mots des vêtements pourris qui longe le sol dans votre balcon impossible d’ouvrir la porte par peur que des bestioles n’entre dans la chambre.. comment vous dire que nous sommes restés sur le.. alors que nous voyageons souvent. Nous n’avons jamais vue une telle crasse dans une chambre d’hôtel.

• Berkan (2/5): Absolut unkomfortables Hotel mit mangelhafter Hygiene. Nie wieder. - Eigentlich war das Hotel eine absolute Enttäuschung aber trotzdem gibt es 2 Dinge die man hervorheben muss. -Großes Zimmer -Es gab täglich 2 Flaschen Wasser aufs Haus -Keinen Aufzug: wir (ich und meine Frau) hatten einen Zimmer in der 4. Etage. Es gibt auch keine Hilfestellung die Koffer in der feuchten Hitze der engen Treppen hoch zu schleppen. Auf Anfrage wegen Schwangerschaft meiner Frau, haben wir am 2. Tag aber doch noch ein Zimmer in der 2. Etage bekommen. -Das Housekeeping (Reinigungskraft) war katastrophal. Die Bettwäsche war befleckt mit Schweiß und anderen Flecken, welche wir auf Wunsch von der Housekeeperin ersetzt bekam. Die sahen aber auch nicht wirklich besser aus. Als wir das Bett aufgrund des direkten Wirkungsbereichs der Klimaanlage verschoben hatten, haben wir alles mögliche unter dem Bett und der Nachtkommode gefunden (Sehr viel dreck, Socken, Geldmünzen, Kirbeskerne & Co. Dabei war das Bett so leicht und mühelos zu verschieben. Auch das haben wir angesprochen und der Umstand wurde nie behoben. Genau so schlimm war es, dass unser Zimmer nach der Reinigung nicht abgeschlossen wurde. Zum Glück wurde aber nichts entwendet. Nach dem wir auch das an der Rezeption angesprochen hatten wiederholte sich dieser Vorfall trotzdem. Wir hatten Geld und wichtige Reisedokumente im Zimmer. Man ist aufgrund dieser Erfahrung nie mit einem guten Gewissen raus an den Strand gegangen. -Es gab keinen Fön. Und täglich nur 2 Badetücher (1 Badetuch pro Person), womit man sich Kopf, Körper und Hände trocknen musste. Es gab keine Handtücher. Für Menschen die Klopapier nutzen, wäre eine enttäuschende Erfahrung dazu gekommen, denn es gab nur 1 lagige, welche eigentlich nie zu gebrauchen waren, weil aufgrund der Kombination Toilette und Dusche in einem das Klopapier sich immer aufgelöst hat. -Es war extrem Laut und jede Nacht war eine Tortur. Tiefschlaf war unmöglich. Die Fenster und Balkontüren waren sehr dünn und polterten aufgrund der schlechten Qualität bei jedem Wind und vorbeifahrender größerer Fahrzeuge.

Everything was old and not comfortable. When we arrived, the bedsheets had many stains and we had to ask the receptionist to change them. The toilet was full of water, and the owner told us it was normal and didn’t clean it. The window was also not sealed properly, so all the noise from outside came into the room.

Deberían probar ellos mismos sus camas supletorias, nadie es capaz de pasar una noche en esos colchones, es peor que dormir en el suelo. El hecho de que la bañera no esté separada del resto del baño hace que todo se moje y resulta un caos.

Teşekkür ederiz kendisine. 🙏 Merkeze 15-20 dakika yürümek zorunda kaldık sürekli yada taksi çağırmak zorundaydık. Haritadan bakınca insana ilk başta yakınmış gibi geliyor. Bizim kaldığımız oda gerçekten çok kötüydü. Balkonu başka bir evin tuvaleti ile birleşikti. Sabahları komşu binada yaşayanların tuvalet sesiyle uyandık 1 hafta boyunca . Odamız çok karanlıktı, küçük bir pencere vardı pencere 1 metre yanımızdaki binanın yemyeşil duvarına bakıyordu. YouTube için balkonda video çekme planımız vardı ama yapamadık Malesef çünkü bizim balkon çook kötü ve binanın arka tarafındaki hurda alana bakıyor. 7 gece kaldık burda. 3.gün temizlik istedik banyoya girişteki havlu değişmemişti, heryerde tozlar vardı. Malesef ki çook üstten üstten temizlik yapıyor temizlikçiler. Günlerimizin hızlıca geçip gitmesini beklemekten başka çaremiz kalmadı. Bu fiyata daha merkezi noktalarda oteller bulabilirsiniz erken rezervasyon ile. Çiftler için ve temizliğe önem verenler için önermiyorum. En azından bizim kaldığımız kapkaranlık odayı..
• Noam Elisha (7/5): Decent overall, several disadvantages - The hotel is located close to a 7-11, but there’s no proper sidewalk nearby, and walking in any direction feels unsafe, so you need to be careful. The room itself is fairly well equipped overall, and the reception staff are very friendly. First, the window is right next to the bed, and once the sun rises the entire room becomes fully lit. The curtain doesn’t help at all. Even though I used an eye mask, I still found myself waking up very early every day because of the strong light. The balcony is very small, and unfortunately there’s no way to let fresh air into the room without also letting mosquitoes in, since there’s no mosquito screen. The location is a bit far from central Patong, and it takes about 20–30 minutes to walk to the nightlife area and the beach. Additionally, my room was on the fourth floor with no elevator, which made going up and down the stairs several times a day quite exhausting.

They don’t have elevator so prepare yourself to walk many stairs. The street where the property is heavily transited and hard to park. The property almost left us without accommodation while I understand the no-show and the not refundable policy, I contacted the property days before to tell them about our situation because of the weather in Asia and ask them if they can help us with checking one day after so we will only use one out of the two nights that we have booked and paid. And they refused, it was really frustrating, I have to contact them several times, call booking and them they decided to receive us (but based on their availability).

• Antony (10/5): Heerlijk verblijf - De locatie ligt 20 min lopen van Patong beach, als je van wandelen houd een perfecte locatie en anders zit er een scooter winkel naast het verblijf die voor fijne prijzen de scooter verhuurd. Scooter kan je weer voor het verblijf parkeren. Receptie en restaurant medewerker lachen de hele dag en zijn heel erg behulpzaam. Eigenaar is ook een vrolijke man en hartstikke behulpzaam, staat klaar voor een praatje en doet alles waar nodig om jouw verblijf optimaal te maken. Niks alles was perfect.

Gerne wieder Leider war das türschloss den ersten Tag kaputt und konnte nicht abgeschlossen werden. Der Chef hat aber noch gleich ein neues Schloss verbaut.

Dirty bedsheets, really dirty room and bathroom. Changed to another room, mold in the bathroom, again dirty bedsheets, and the door to the balcony didn’t shut so we had mosquitoes in the room. Rooms smelled like mold, damp and smoke.
• George (6/5): The room presented in the pictures and the room they gave to me were totally different - Good location The room I god was totally different from the one they gave to me It looks amazing in the pictures but the room I god had no windows, and a bad smell I couldn't sleep at all and I left after the first day even though I payed for two days. It was terrible especially after a very long and tiring flight
