• Tetiana (10/5): Прекрасно - Идеальная чистота. Тихий центр, несмотря на центр - тишина и покой, я отдохнула. Новый дом, музыка в подъезде, везде приятный запах. Чай, кофе и нужные мелочи в наличии, посуды также достаточно, Все с любовью Ключ оставили на рецепции, а вот попасть внутрь без ключа нельзя. Жильцы помогли войти.

• Victoria (7/5): Moderne Unterkunft in guter Lage, Service enttäuschend - Die Lage und Ausstattung des Apartments sind gut. Man ist nicht ganz zentral, aber dafür ist die Umgebung sehr ruhig. In der unmittelbaren Umgebung findet man mehrere Cafés und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Leider empfanden wir die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber als nicht gut. Wir hatten technische Schwierigkeiten mit dem Online-Check-In - diesen konnten wir aufgrund fehlender Reaktion bis heute nicht abschließen. Außerdem wollten wir am letzten Tag gern unser Gepäck für ein paar Stunden in der Unterkunft aufbewahren, da unser Flug erst abends ging - hier bekamen wir über 24h keine hilfreiche Antwort des Gastgebers. Der Portier lehnte es ebenso ab, obwohl im Gebäude ein großes Foyer und eine Betreuung durch den Portier vorhanden sind. Erst nach unserem Check-Out, auf dessen zeitliches Einhalten wir vorher nochmals ausdrücklich hingewiesen wurden, erhielten wir eine Antwort des Gastgebers. Auch die Kommunikation mit allen Portiers der Unterkunft war schwierig, da diese kein Englisch sprachen. Auch waren sie uns gegenüber eher unfreundlich. Die Einrichtung war vielfältig, aber es fehlten einige Kleinigkeiten (Toilettenpapierhalter, Infomaterial zur Wohnung & Riga) bzw. waren einige Gegenstände beschädigt, z.B. Fön. Im Apartment war es recht hellhörig, besonders hörten wir die Nachbarn über uns. Es war trotz zurück gedrehter Heizung sehr warm und stickig in dem Apartment.

• Heidi (10/5): - Tyylikäs ja moderni asunto erittäin hyvällä sijainnilla, noin kilometrin kävelymatkan päästä vanhasta kaupungista. Concierge-palvelu teki majapaikasta hyvin turvallisen. Voimme lämpimästi suositella tätä kohdetta! Tuoksuherkkien ja astmaatikkojen on hyvä tiedostaa, että taloyhtiön käytävillä käytetään voimakkaasti tuoksuvaa huonetuoksua, joka ulottui asunnon eteiseen asti. Myös vuodevaatteet ja pyyhkeet oli pesty hieman hajustetuilla pesuaineilla. Muutoin ei negatiivista.

• Joey (10/5): Traumhaft ich kann es nur empfehlen - Eine wunderschöne Unterkunft mit viel Platz besonders gefallen hat mir die schöne moderne Einrichtung, die Fußbodenheizung in beiden Bädern und vor allem die großen Fenster. Es gab sogar ein ausfahrbares Bügel Brett was wirklich vorteilhaft und genial ist Es gab keine nennenswerten Mängel

• Rafael (10/5): Tolle Wohnung, perfekte Lage, sauber und sicher - Wunderbare moderne, grosse und schöne Wohnung mit allem, was man braucht, neuwertig, hochwertig , mit Balkon und Sitzgelegenheiten, tolle Lage , fussläufig ins Zentrum, sehr gerne wieder! Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage wäre das i-Tüpfelchen
• Reyes (9/5): Moderno y funcional - Al estar un poco alejado del centro, es tranquilo. Esta todo nuevo y es cómodo para dos personas. Tiene una terraza/balcón muy agradable. El conserje 24 horas es un plus, da mucha seguridad. El edificio es moderno y funcional. Hemos estado muy cómodas y tranquilas. Sin dudarlo lo recomendaremos para dos personas. El sofá no es cómodo, se abre para hacer de cama pero es imposible dormir ahí, por lo tanto más de dos personas no pueden estar en este apartamento. A nosotras no nos hizo falta porque éramos dos. Quizá, y por completar, haga falta una cafetera mejor. Por lo demás, perfecto.
• Ingrida (10/5): Excellent apartment in a quiet location, about a 20-minute walk from the Old Town - This is a spacious, elegant, well-equipped apartment. The bed was comfortable; the kitchen had everything we needed (including an oven, stove, dishes, and wine glasses); and there was plenty of storage space for luggage and clothing. The apartment is located on the fifth floor, just across from the elevator. The view from the balcony is stunning. We liked the fact that there is both a shower and bath (you'll find the shower controls behind the shower curtain). We also appreciated the washing machine. During our stay of about 10 days, we experienced a variety of guards in the reception area. Dainis was very accommodating and wonderful. One of the other guards was not helpful, and could not tell us where to deposit our garbage. But that's a nit. Overall, our stay was wonderful.
