• thierry (6/5): - - l'emplacement du logement, en plein centre ville (sous réserve qu'il y ait de la place sur les parkings à proximité) ; - la facilité pour récupérer les clefs ; - la propreté du logement ; - la réactivité de la conciergerie pour répondre à nos questions. - Quand on accueille des enfants en bas âge, prévoir un verre en plastique, voire un kit complet repas pour éviter les éventuelles catastrophes; et RETIRER le cactus géant!!! - penser à chauffer l'appartement (surtout en hiver)... la salle de bains était fraiche et le chauffage n'est pas assez volumineux pour réchauffer la pièce ; - l'écoulement des eaux du bac à douche pose un vrai pb car ça devient rapidement une vraie piscine glissante ; - l'isolation contre les bruits du dessus peut être améliorée ; - l'isolation contre le froid (la porte d'entrée) oblige la clim à fonctionner à 24° pour obtenir une température acceptable ; - la disposition du logement: super le patio (en été) mais en hiver, les deux chambres sont séparées par un extérieur glacé ; - équipement: bien pour la cuisine (merci tout de même de vérifier la cafetière Nespresso... Une capsule de café était coincée dedans!!) en revanche, en hiver, merci de proposer couette/couverture/oreillers supplémentaires... Ca peut toujours servir! TV: penser à préciser les modalités de fonctionnement de votre appareil (explications seulement en anglais) dans votre guide d'accueil.

• Nasser (10/5): Exceptional - What I liked was that the place was quiet and private, and the equipment was clean and new. Almost everything is there. And not far from the stores. I recommend it, it's a good place What I didn't like were the check-in and check-out times. It is common practice in all hotels that check-in is at 12 noon and check-out is as well. But here things are completely different. I had to book an extra day before my arrival time because I arrived in the city at 1 pm and the owner refused to give me the keys before 5 pm. I hope they reconsider their check-in and check-out policy
