Agata (5/5): - Bardzo dobra lokalizacja i na plus wyposażenie apartamentu Brak ogrzewania, co przy pobycie w październiku z małymi dziećmi było niedopuszczalne; Brak ciepłej wody; Woda z kranu rdzawa; Brak pilota do bramy garażowej- w instrukcji była informacja, że pilot do bramy garażowej będzie czekał w pokoju, pilota nie było, bramy nikt nie otwierał, po zgłoszeniu problemu dostaliśmy informację, że pilot zabrali poprzedni goście, a po zgłoszeniu reklamacji kilka dni później, informację, że pilota do garażu w tej lokalizacji nie ma, a bramę otwiera się samodzielnie; Problemy z ciepłą wodą i ogrzewaniem miały być rozwiązane pierwszego dnia, po kilku godzinach dostaliśmy informację, że nikt nie przyjdzie; następnego dnia musieliśmy ponownie kontaktować się z obsługą, aby ktoś przyszedł rozwiązać problem.
