• Azian (5/5): A regretful choice and disappointing stay. - The contact person was responsive and quick to reply. The location is convenient. Upon arriving and having parked my car in the basement car park, we were greeted with signs of “PARK AT YOUR OWN RISK”, which is quite common in Malaysia as building owners tend to shirk their responsibility. However, what was not so common was that there were several cars in the basement resting on pile of bricks - tires and hubcaps missing. This doesn’t bode well as you know you will be subconsciously worry for your car. Upstairs, the door knob was flimsy, and on the inside where the door was, the safety lock was broken. One pillow per bed but the pillows were either too soft and flat or lumpy. Bed was ok, could sleep 7 people in the 3 rooms. Don't expect any tissues, bottled water or garbage bags - bring your own. Rather dirty - the washing machine area was in a disarray, floor in the washing machine area was dirty, kettle had ants in it, rice cooker's cover had crusty dried water from previous cooking of rice. Sofa was just OK with signs of aging - torn here and there. Fake grass on the balcony floor was dirty - hair, some previous guest's hair band were found. Bathroom has a leak from the ceiling - so when you sit on the toilet bowl, water from whatever source overhead will drip on you. The main bedroom's washroom shower cream was diluted with water, so bring your own as well if you still want to stay here. It looks like the owner of the unit packed stuff they want to discard - plates, mugs, sofa and placed them in the unit. The air con in the dining area tripped. Never ever been to a homestay where noisy industrial fan is used in the living room.

• Frederick (5/5): Endroit correct pour y passer 1 ou 2 nuits seulement, à moins que l’équidé ménage améliore grandement leur service. Par - La vue à partir du salon. Vraiment beau! L’emplacement était bien, avec la majorité des endroits touristiques accessibles à pied en 10-15 minutes. Les chambres sans fenêtres nous ont offertes nos meilleures nuits de sommeil! Hôte très réactif. 7eleven et restaurants au pied du bâtiment. Stationnement gratuit. Certains aspects de la propreté laissaient à désiré, comme le réfrigérateur dont nous avions l’impression qu’il n’avait jamais été nettoyé, à l’extérieur comme à l’intérieur, ou encore le morceau de linge et bouteille de crème trouvés sous le lit et dans le sofa. Beaucoup de résidus calcaire dans les douches, probablement à cause de l’eau. Il doit sûrement exister des produits pour les enlever. L’oreiller additionnel dans l’armoire était plein de taches brunes. Jamais je n’aurais mis mon visage sur ça! Une des housses de couette était tachée. L’hôte a réagi par contre rapidement et nous en en fournit une autre.

At night time , we really enjoy our family time at the Kinta riverwalk which just opposite the property. ( walking distance ). Vending machine, mini-mart and restaurant is just on site which is value added to this property. Overall thumbs up and will stay again.
