owen (3/5): V disappointing - Noise above the casino was pretty intolerable. Lot of problems with condo itself, things not being in good repair. Communications with admin, they were quite rude and not helpful. OOverall wouldnt recommend at all

Same if you use the old pool, not relaxing . The ocean view is nice but the balcony is unsafe, Noisy and scary being outside . AC too old , curtains dirty, old and broken , laundry dirty and broken , dryer didn’t dry enough. Old furniture. Nothing like the pics Little ants all over , get into my luggage It says sleeps six but just one shower Toilets with stain of dirt

ALMA ROSA (9/5): - La vista, nos tocó ver los fuegos artificiales del barco pirata, los cruceros y los atardeceres desde el balcón, el departamento muy bonito, todo el tiempo el personal de mantenimiento está limpiando las instalaciones, nos resolvieron bien y rápido un detalle con el estacionamiento. Muchas gracias No tuvimos donde colgar nuestros trajes de baño cuando llegamos de la playa. Está prohibido tenderlos en los balcones. Un tendedero plegable, estaría bien.

Vanessa (10/5): Amé departamento 902 - El departamento que estuvimos fue el 902, una vista espectacular, acabados de lujo, decoración hermosa, estaba totalmente equipado, una televisión gigante en la recámara principal, televisión en la segunda habitación y la sala, no faltaba nada, shampoo, acondicionador, jabón, plancha, secadora de cabello, lavadora, secadora de ropa, todos los electrodomésticos necesarios en la cocina, juegos de mesa, camas muy cómodas, si van a Deck 12, el departamento 902, es el ideal, nos encantó, felicitaciones para los dueños porque tienen un espacio perfecto para vacacionar cómodamente, hay que aclarar también que los departamentos tienen diferentes dueños y no todos serán como el 902, mí hermana estuvo en el 105 y no tuvo la misma experiencia, vayan al 902. Había dos tipos de sillas en el balcón y un tipo de ellas, estaban en mal estado, rotas, no se podía sentar, el otro juego de sillas, bien, bonitas, de ahí en más todo perfecto.

El precio publicitado era para 6 personas; por error de dedo registré solamente a mi esposa y a mi; cuando agregué a mis acompañantes tuve que pagar una diferencia adicional so pena de ser solamente dos personas; yo tuve que pagar e irme a hospedar a la casa de un amigo. Todo lo descrito anteriormente. Multas exorbitantes si violas el reglamento. Mi familia dice que las camas eran cómodas pero mobiliario muy viejo y falto de mantenimiento, con fuga de agua de sanitario en recamara principal y puerta de área de regadera caída.
