Παροχές μηδέν... Ένα ψυγειακι γραφείου, στο πάτωμα, καί πάνω του ένας βραστηρας καί μια παλιού τύπου μηχανή εσπρέσσο οι μοναδικές παροχές.... Breakfast για γέλια..... Ένας καφές και ένα τοστ ή κρουασάν τό προσφερόμενο πρωινό στο μπαράκι τής γειτονιάς...

Nous n'avons pas vu notre hôte, mais nous avons tout de même eu un bon contact via whatsapp avec des indications simples pour récupérer les clefs de la chambre Nous étions un peu à l'étroit dans la chambre et la planche du WC était cassée

A reggeli nagyon hangulatos és finom volt a szállás alatt található kis kávézóban. A személyzet rendkívül segítőkész és kedves. Csak ajánlani tudom! Nem volt ilyen.

• Kered (8/5): Heel goed! - Het was heel makkelijk om in en uit te checken. locatie is perfect, je bent heel dichtbij de centrum in de straat zijn er allemaal gezellige cafés. Het was proper.
• Aleksandra (8/5): Ciche i przytulne miejsce w samym centrum Katanii! - Pokój w samym centrum Katanii, wszędzie można dostać się pieszo (kilka minut do Bazyliki, placu Duomo, via Etnea i innych miejsc, 25 min do centrale). Śniadanie w kawiarni obok, które jest wspaniałym doświadczeniem (wypieki gorące i pyszne, a właścicielki pełne uśmiechu i dobrej energii!). Tuż przy wejściu do pokoju również pyszne restauracje i lokalne bary (pokój idealnie wygłuszony!). W samym pokoju niezbędne kosmetyki, suszarka, duże łóżko, prysznic). Kontakt z właścicielką cały czas bardzo sprawny. Gorąco polecam! :) Jedynym malutkim minusem może być wielkość łazienki, jest naprawdę bardzo mała, dla niektórych może być utrudniony dostęp do toalety.

• Sebastian (4/5): - Lokalizacja i to że mogliśmy zostawić rzeczy, czyli walizkę dwie godziny przed zameldowaniem Klimatyzacja przestała działać, a personel nie zareagował w żaden sposób, przed 3 dni nie dało się spać bo było bardzo duszno, a przy otwartym oknie było słychać hałas który się dzieję na zewnątrz, personal nie zaproponował przynieść wiatraka, a kiedy prosiliśmy o wiatrak, personel zignorował nas,również w łazience oczekiwała nas niespodzianka - ogromny KARALUCH! W naszych kosmetykach które musieliśmy wyrzucić

• Wiktoria (10/5): Komfortowy wypoczynek - Największym plusem tego pokoju jest wanna z hydromasażem - można w niej odpocząć po całym dniu zwiedzania. Świetna lokalizacja w samym centrum. Bardzo czysto i komfortowo. Sympatyczna Pani obsługująca pokój i smaczne śniadanie w restauracji obok obiektu. Polecam :) Wieczorem było słychać ruch uliczny, ale nam to nie przeszkadzało

Colazione super nel baruccio L'oro delle fate, subito sotto il b&b (gestito da due ragazze bravissime) Buona qualità/prezzo Manca un po' di attenzione ai dettagli, tipo era presente una sola tenda oscurante non grande abbastanza per oscurare completamente la camera, con la camera che affacciava su una via illuminata dai lampioni risultava infatti difficile addormentarsi e fastidioso il risveglio alle prime luci del mattino. Mancanza dell'ascensore nello stabile.

• Toon (3/5): Poor/unsatisfied - The bed slept well, the location was right in the centre of Catania. The shower jet was okay. The best part was breakfast, which was OUTSIDE the apartment When we first arrived, we discovered our room didn't have a jacuzzi. The photos on Booking.com only showed rooms with jacuzzis, which led us to believe we would have one too. On top of that, the Wi-Fi wasn't working. After we contacted the owner, she sent a technician a day later to fix it, which they did. The air conditioning also leaked like crazy, and again, a technician was sent a day later to repair it. For the first few days, the shower water was only cold or lukewarm. We also noticed that the shower's grout was leaking into the room, causing water to seep from under the wall. The room itself was extremely small, which wasn't clear from the photos. There was barely any space for our luggage and clothes. The only thing available was a flimsy rack with five hangers. The toilet was so cramped that you couldn't sit comfortably without being squeezed between the toilet and the wall. The seat also kept falling down, so standing up was not an option for men unless they wanted wet knees. The options on Booking.com mentioned a balcony, but it was so small you couldn't even turn around. The tiny space was already halved by the air conditioner unit. I think they made a mistake measuring the curtains, because the streetlights shone in like spotlights from both sides. The balcony light also couldn't be turned off, which didn't help. Finally, to our surprise, we found some unwanted friends crawling along the balcony door: woodlice.

• Hubert (9/5): - Apartament w samym centrum więc wszędzie blisko. Pokój przestronny z wieszakami, stolikiem i lodówką oraz ekspresem do kawy. Dojazd z lotniska Alibus a od przystanku 10 min spacerkiem. Kontakt z właścicielką super, bez żadnych problemów. Śniadania w knajpce na dole w budynku, w którym znajduje się apartament. Śniadania na słodko (rogalik) albo słono (tosty). Polecam!!!!!!

• Hyseni (5/5): Die Gastgeberin war freundlich und bemüht, und die Klimaanlage sowie der Kühlschrank haben gut funktioniert. Leider hat - Die Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin war sehr angenehm – sie war jederzeit erreichbar und hat sich wirklich bemüht, uns bei Fragen oder Anliegen zu helfen. Das schätzen wir sehr! Auch die Ausstattung des Zimmers war oke: Die Klimaanlage hat zuverlässig funktioniert, was bei den sommerlichen Temperaturen in Catania wirklich wichtig war. Und auch der Kühlschrank war sehr praktisch, um Getränke oder kleine Einkäufe kühl zu halten. Die Lage ist zwar zentral, aber leider mitten in einer typischen Touristenfalle – wir waren ständig von Scammern und Betrügern umgeben. Das war sehr unangenehm und hat unseren Aufenthalt stark getrübt. Die Bettwäsche roch leider nicht frisch, sondern eher muffig, als wäre sie draußen in feuchter Luft getrocknet worden. Auch die Sauberkeit des Bodens ließ zu wünschen übrig – barfuß konnte man dort nicht gehen. Was uns ebenfalls gestört hat: Die Touristensteuer wurde pauschal verlangt, ohne Rücksicht auf die gesetzlich festgelegten Tarife. Für ein kleines Zimmer mit Bad (ohne Schrank und mit einem Mini-Balkon, auf dem gerade eine Person Platz hatte) wurde der Betrag angesetzt, als würde man in einem Vier-Sterne-Hotel übernachten – das war schlichtweg nicht gerechtfertigt.
• Karolína (9/5): - Pěkný a čistý pokoj. Pohodlná postel. Jednoduchá komunikace a hostitelkou. Dobrá snídaně v ceně v blízkém baru.
• Ariadna (8/5): - La ubicación es muy buena porque estas a pocos minutos caminando de la catedral y el centro. Habitación sencilla pero para una noche como estuvimos nosotros nos sirvió muy bien. El desayuno fue en una cafetería debajo del alojamiento que estaba bien, aunque si queréis opción salada, con el alojamiento solo incluyen el sándwich de jamón y queso, sino hay que pagar un sobrecoste. En caso de elegir algo dulce, no hay problema. Cuesta bastante aparcar. Hay que tener cuidado con la señalizaciones porque está muy cerca la zona de tráfico restringido ZTL y aunque los coches aparcan mal te pueden poner una multa. Al final conseguimos aparcar cerca gratis sin problema, pero dimos muchas vueltas. El baño es bastante pequeño, pero para una noche nos apañamos bien.

• Ivana (9/5): - Naprosto úžasná lokalita! Kousek od náměstí Piazza Duomo a Via Etna, spousta barů, restaurací, vše v pěším dosahu. Přímo v ulici se nachází skvělý bar na večerní posezení. Chodí tam místní, majitel je velmi přátelský. Snídaně v blízké kavárně skvělá. Velmi doporučujeme! Trochu stísněná koupelna s wc.

Śniadanie w pobliskiej kawiarni z pysznym cornetto/tostem i sokiem/kawa. Obiekt blisko Bazyliki św. Agaty, niedaleko ciekawych miejsc do zwiedzania. Właściciele mili. Można byłoby zaaranżować więcej przestrzeni, aby pokój nie wyglądał na pusty. Generalnie jest ok, ale mało mebli.

• Mihai (4/5): Once was enough - Kind hosts (late check-in and luggage storage upon departure). Located close to tourist attractions but quite far from transportation or the beach. Breakfast is symbolic: a coffee and a sweet served at a nearby cafe. New, clean apartment, except for the tiles which were old and very dirty. Minimal amenities: a double bed, two folding chairs and a hanger with 5 hangers. I don't know what bothered me more: the noise from the bar on the ground floor (until 2 am) or the permanent light in the room (the curtains were just for decoration). Anyway, I didn't sleep much. The 4 days I stayed, no one entered the room, not even to take out the trash.

• Guest (8/5): - Location centrale, camera confortevole con idromassaggio in camera. Un po rumoroso la sera per via del bar sotto, difficile aprire il portone d'ingresso
• Enrico (7/5): Ottimo punto di appoggio per visitare Catania - Accoglienza ottima e personale gentilissimo, disponibile ad aspettarci oltre due ore per il ritardo dell'aereo. Posizione centralissima difronte alla casa museo di Giovanni Verga, praticamente si affaccia su Via Garibaldi (zona di locali e ristoranti tipici) a meno di 5 minuti a piedi da Piazza Duomo. La colazione è al bar accanto al portone di ingresso con torte e biscotti di produzione propria, unico neo se si vuole partire presto per un'escursione, non è disponibile prima delle 08:30. Si raggiunge in facilmente a piedi dalla fermata della navetta Alibus dall'aeroporto. Camera più che dignitosa anche se un po' piccola, sicuramene da considerare di aggiungere un piccolo armadio e qualche attaccapanni alle pareti, l'appendi abiti in camera non è sufficiente, bagno minuscolo con doccia ma senza bidet. La posizione centrale molto comoda, comporta di risentire un po' della movida, sotto la finestra della nostra camera c'era un pub con musica e chiacchiericcio fino alle 01:00.

• catalin (9/5): Bun - Amplasarea foarte bună. Peste drum de cazare este un restaurat la care se asculta muzica foarte tare pana pe la 1 noaptea.
• Letizia (8/5): Posizione eccellente per un breve soggiorno a Catania - Quando siamo arrivati, ci ha accolto Laura con il marito e la bimba. Lei super disponibile, ci ha subito consigliato i migliori ristoranti della città. La nostra camera era piccolina, ma con un balcone che dava direttamente alla città. La camera era dotata di frighetto, bollitore e tv. Posizione eccellente, attaccata al teatro romano. I voucher per la colazione sono spendibili in un bar sotto casa, dove i ragazzi sono gentilissimi. Nel bagno manca una mensola dove poter appoggiare i beauty e ganci appendiabiti per gli asciugamani :( Il primo giorno quando siamo arrivati, non sapevamo dove lasciare i vestiti, dato che non c’è l’armadio. Per fortuna Laura ci ha portato uno stender appendiabiti. Inoltre la finestra del balcone è senza tapparelle e le tende coprono ben poco… quindi la mattina ti svegliavi con la luce che entrava in camera.

• Andreas (8/5): Balanced central selection - Laura was waiting us at the building entrance to give us keys, explained anything. Rooms are on 2nd floor, opposite of Giovanni Verga museum and 50 meters from greco-roman theater, 10 minutes from Duomo square (Fontana dell Elefante). Air conditioning, hot water, 6 towels per pair, hair dryer. Our Room has balcony to the road. Fridge, water heater with 2water bottles, 2 cups and local cookies waited us. A hot drink and a sweet croissant, or toasts waiting at coffee shop at the road's corner. Finally, kindly keep our baggages until afternoon. Thank you! Weak Wifi signal into the room, so smart tv hadn't network and it's services. Our phones had minimum signal, some time disconnected. Wardrobe, shelves, bath towel hooks nonexistent. • Ingrind Simona (10/5): Apartamento STUPENDO - La stanza stupenda, particolare, una vasca idromassaggio enorme dentro stanza,il letto incredibilmente comodo ed enorme. I proprietari gentilissimi. Una bellissima sorpresa, grazie mille. Unica cosa che non ci è piaciuta era la colazione ( ci hanno dato dei ticket per il bar di sotto, però sconsiglio veramente. La roba surgelata è schifosa).

Ideale anche per chi ama la vita notturna, visto che la zona è ricca di locali aperti fino a tardi. La camera ci è piaciuta, consiglierei, magari da integrare qualche punto d'appoggio in più, sia in bagno, sia in camera, visto che la stanza è sprovvista di armadio.

• Anastasia (9/5): Comfort, cortesia e posizione centrale! - Appena entrati in struttura si sente l'odore di pulizia, molto gradevole. La camera era impeccabile: pulita, accogliente e curata nei dettagli. La posizione è davvero comoda, a due passi dal centro. Trattandosi di un sabato sera, c’era un po’ di confusione fino a tardi, ma è comprensibile vista la zona così viva. Unico piccolo neo: il Wi-Fi non funzionava benissimo, ma nulla di così tanto indispensabile e come piccolo suggerimento per i proprietari per migliorare ancora più la comodità della suite, vi consiglierei fi aggiungere un appendiabiti o un armadietto dove riporre gli oggetti personali, zaini, valigie, giacche etc Tanti complimenti vanno in ogni caso ai proprietari perché sono stati davvero gentilissimi e disponibili nel risolvere con professionalità anche una piccola discrepanza nella prenotazione.
• Laura (10/5): Sicuramente da riscegliere per il nostro prossimo soggiorno a Catania. - Posizione centralissima, vicino Piazza Duomo e il centro di Catania. Camera Deluxe pulita, servizi efficienti, vasca idromassaggio spettacolare. Accoglienza super professionale.
• Giovanni (10/5): Nel cuore di Catania - Immobile nuovissimo, appena ristrutturaro (forse eravamo i primi ospiti). Posizione centrale per visitare Catania, splendida città. Struttura molto pulita e curata nei dettagli. I proprietari simpatici e disponibili a spiegare come muoversi e cosa visitare. Consigliatissimo!
