• Angelo (9/5): - La posizione è veramente comoda per raggiungere il centro di Parigi con la fermata della metropolitana a 5 min. Il quartiere è tranquillo e multiculturale con tutto quello che serve a portata di mano (supermercato, panifici, ristorantini, pub). La struttura è piccolina, ma per visitare Parigi va benissimo. Le foto rispecchiano perfettamente l'appartamento. Il prezzo a cui l'abbiamo trovato su booking è stato ottimo, ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. CONSIGLIATO per chi cerca un punto d'appoggio per visitare la città. Il bagno è piccolo, qualche centimetro in più non avrebbe fatto male... ma siamo a Parigi... va bene così :-) Unica nota il doccino avrebbe bisogno di essere pulito con anticalcare o sostituito ed i cuscini li avremmo preferiti diversi, più consistenti, ma è un gusto personale.
• domy.pec (7/5): Buon compresso prezzo/qualità - Ottima posizione, metro vicina, fermata bus di fronte la porta, supermercati, lavanderia e ristorante vicinissimi. Struttura ben accogliente, pulita e confortevole. Non manca nulla per chi viene per visitare Parigi. L'host ti dà tutte le indicazioni, molto preciso. Per una famiglia che vuole visitare Parigi e non ha pretese di lusso va benissimo. Abbiamo dormito su un divano letto, non comodissimo. Più che altro una parte del divano letto è molto dura e quindi dopo 5 notti la schiena ne risente. Il doccino della doccia è un pò fastidioso. L'acqua fuoriesce con una certa pressione e da fastidio sulla pelle, per gli adulti potrebbe andare però l'ho trovato un pò fastidioso. Per i bambini che sono meno tolleranti è molto fastidioso ogni volta che la si usa. Questo sono le due cose che secondo me si possono migliorare con pochissimi sforzi.
• Ahmet Coskuncay (10/5): - The room was clean and big enough to accommodate 2 adults and 2 kids. Close enough to the metro and supermarkets. We enjoyed the Nespresso machine and capsules left for us, sparkling water machine, refrigerator, hair dryer and many other small but necessary things that made our stay comfortable (even an umbrella was provided for a rainy day). The neighborhood is safe and lovely but there are not many good Parisian restaurants around.

• Mykola (10/5): - Polecamy ten apartamen!Apartament ma absolutnie wszystko. Ręczniki, pościel, przybory toaletowe, sprzęt kuchenny. Właściciel zostawia szczegółowe instrukcje, za co szczególne podziękowania!! Na nasz przyjazd przygotowano zapas wody gazowanej, kawy i cukru. Dość cicha okolica, wracaliśmy z metra nocą i było ok. Metro jest około 10 minut spacerem, autobus jest pod domem.Dojazd do centrum zajmuje około 20 minut.

• Redi (10/5): Great Place, Gentle Host - During our visit, we had a great time at the Studio. The studio was clean and fully equipped with all the necessities. In addition to a great bakery, there were stores and eateries close by. We didn't get a chance to meet the owner because we checked in and out very early, but he provided us very detailed directions on how to travel around the area and about the apartment. I certainly recommend it as a place to stay for your time in Paris.

• Nicoleta (10/5): Good value for money . - Our host was truly helpful and nice. He hand us the keys and explained how everything works in the apartment. We got an early check in and late check out. The kitchen was very well equipped and functional. The neighbourhood is nice, with restaurants and supermarkets, well connected to the center by public transport. The apartment is very cosy, well heated and really quiet at night.

The room was also clean and cozy. We had a sparkling water machine and everything functioned properly! Quiet and safe area as well! No complaints!

• Oluwaseun (9/5): Great for family short stay in Paris - The apartment was easy to find with buses less than a minute walk and metro about 5 minutes. In total door to door to Central Paris is about 11-14 mins depending on where you are going. It was really good for the price as there was hardly anything left for a family within close proximity to Paris when I booked. It was well equipped and we made light meals like eggs. Julien the host was able to assist and gave extra keys as I had a conference while my family joined me. There is a fruit and veg across on a Thursday am with loads of supermarket, creperie, boulangerie, and the village has an eclectic mix of cultures with different restaurants available. Our stay was short so we did not explore everything in the area. We were a family of four (2 adults and 2 children) and it was just right for the length of time of 3 nights for me and 2 nights for the whole family. We were able to sleep through the night with the windows opened without any disturbance. It was very hot during the day but you can open the windows. Perhaps we suggest a small fan. The only issue I had was the metro 11 was under refurbishment between Tuesday to Thursday but I got in late on Wednesday and did not realise before my trip. There are alternative options. So be aware and plan ahead. But this has nothing to do with the flat.
