- Milena (7/5): - Bardzo dobra lokalizacja bardzo blisko dworca. Miła obsługa. Wygodne duże łóżko. W łazience "pachniało" kiszonymi ogórkami. Brak dużych ręczników, zamiast tego szlafroki. Na miejscu doliczona dodatkową opłata za sprzątanie 20€ + jeszcze jakaś opłata ok 21€
- Natalia (6/5): Dobry, ale w tej cenie można znaleźć lepsze - Największym atutem obiektu jest niewątpliwie korzystna lokalizacja blisko dworców. Na plus ogólnodostępna kuchnia z niezbędnymi sprzętami. Mili właściciele. Pobyt generuje dodatkowe opłaty, o których nie ma mowy w opisie obiektu. 4-noclegowy pobyt dla dwóch osób to dodatkowy koszt ok. 100 euro! O ile opłata klimatyczna jest dla mnie zrozumiałym i standardowym kosztem, o tyle 72 euro dodatkowej opłaty za "serwis sprzątający" to spore nadużycie. Tym bardziej, że "prywatna łazienka" (która nie znajduje się w pokoju, a na korytarzu i dostaje się do niej osobny klucz) była sprzątana tak, że wszędzie stała woda. Z kolei ciągłe zalewanie się łazienki było spowodowane tym, że pod prysznicem zamiast zasłony prysznicowej powieszono zwykłą zasłonkę, która nie dość, że nie zatrzymuje wody, to jeszcze przykleja się do ciała podczas kąpieli.

- Valentina (10/5): - Perfect location - 5 minutes from the train station and close to public transport stops. The place has absolutely everything you need even for a longer stay. Clean, comfortable and with kind hosts, explaining in detail everything you need. Everything is perfect

- Volodymyr (9/5): - Дуже сподобалось розташування, було дуже зручно дістатись, поряд є парковка, до якої від апартаментів 2 хвилини пішки. Також поряд є виїзди з міста, мандрувати машиною взагалі не проблема.
- Marek (9/5): Highly recommended - This is a great place to stay. It's conveniently located a stone's throw from the railway station. We had a triple room which was very spacious. There's a very nice common room where you can have meals. The bath in the bathroom is not very handy. Apart from that, it's a perfect place.

- Eduard V. (7/5): Buen apartamento en Bérgamo. - La ubicación es buena, cercana a la estación. Y el tener todo un apartamento es un lujo. En la cocina solamente pudimos cocinar con microondas. Además tuvimos que pagar aparte el uso de aire acondicionado.

- Ivan (9/5): - L host è stato gentilissimo e disponibile. La struttura è pulitissima ed ha salotto e cucina attrezzata in comune, una terrazza dove poter fumare o bere una tisana rilassandosi. Il palazzo è abbastanza tranquillo e c'è disponibilità di parcheggio proprio sotto la struttura. C'è un kit di benvenuto composto da tisane, fette biscottate e marmellata, merendine e capsule per caffè. Il bagno della nostra stanza aveva una vasca/doccia e anche il bidet. Ottima posizione e ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo. Bagno privato esterno alla camera. Kit di benvenuto presumo uguale sia che stai un giorno che 3 giorni. Ci è mancato il caffè per cui va acquistato. Condizionatore a pagamento e nessuna alternativa gratuita come un ventilatore. Appartamento all ultimo piano per cui d estate abbastanza caldo.

- Morgana (10/5): Posizione ottima e ospitalità - La posizione è ottima. Vicino alla stazione ma molto tranquilla. Comoda sia per andare all’aeroporto che a visitare Bergamo Alta. L’accoglienza è stata ottima e davvero piacevole. Se dovessimo tornare a Bergamo sarà sicuramente la nostra scelta di nuovo!

- Katrina (8/5): Very good - Hosts were very kind and helpful. Location is good. Good amenities Would not recommend if you need flexibility with your check in. Our flight was delayed and missed the window for check in so had to wait an extra 2 hours.

Ideal location for station, Long way from city centre but plenty of buses. Self catering facilities excellent, Shower too small and leaked onto floor.

- Azi (7/5): City tax only cash - The property is located near the center. Staff is very kind. Only thing is that we haven't been announced before that we will need to pay some amount of money such as city tax. Also they only accept cash, so that's kinda surprise. Bed comfort is ok but not very comfortable. The only thing we saw first time that they give you keys for separated bathroom. Also the thing I didn't understand that you can't keep keys near you when you go out for dining, you need to put them in keybox. So we felt a bit uncomfortable for that.
