• Kazuko (8/5): コンサートに来て青森の温かさに触れました。 - 大通りにあってバス停も近く、分かりやすい場所でした。 お客の対象はビジネス客中心だと思いますが、近くでのコンサートのために宿泊したのです。 そのことをを話すと、初めての場所でしたが、とても親切にしていただきました。 たまたま日曜日の宿泊で、月曜には朝食サービスがないと言うことをチェックイン時に教えて頂ければよかったです。

• Caroline (8/5): - The staff is very friendly and speaks enough English to help foreign guests. There is a bus stop nearby (and a train station within walking distance), which makes moving around town easier. They provide amenities at the front desk. The room was a bit small and the mattress could be a bit softer, but it was enough space for one person.

• Pol (2/5): Caro, viejo y mal ubicado - No parecia sucio Estaba muy viejo. La ubicacion no era muy buena Esperaba mucho mas ya que la ubicacion era mala y el precio muy caro pero fue decepcionante La habitacion era muy pequeña El desayuno supuestamente es buffet libre, sin embargo cuando llegamos ya no quedaba casi nada, cogimos poco espeando a ver si reponian pero no repusieron absolutamente nada. Muy decepcionante.
• marco (1/5): - Staff was polite but not flexible at all Mega small room for 170€. It wasn’t a nice stay unfortunately. Forget about sleeping if you open the window even a tiny bit… pretty noisy!!! You’re not too far from Aomori station which is a plus… the only plus. Sad vending machines are placed in 2 different floors… The staff as usual was polite. They have a buffet breakfast, we arrived at 8:49 as it closes at 8:45 and they didn’t let us in! I truly understand the punctuality and I always respect it… but it’s a buffet breakfast that closes at 9:15. The food was right in front of us… I’ve asked three times to the staff to please let us in but got refused.

• Jennifer (5/5): - Staff were lovely. Location ok - a little farther from the train/museums. Problem is the bed - no padding on the springs they dig right into you. It’s why I decided against an in room massage.
• NISHIURA (6/5): - 4月27日．28日の二泊を予約してましたが、こちらの予約の仕方が一泊ずつ2回に分けて予約のためチェックオンの際に一泊のみ言われ翌日のホテルを弘前のホテルに予約したので別な宿泊料金発生しました。 28日のチェックアウトに別なスタッフより説明あり。 28日の日、ツインの部屋を準備してくれたので弘前のホテルは電話でキャンセルするなどトラブルあり。 ツインの部屋は快適で過ごしやすくて感謝してます。 しかし予約の確認はしっかりと確認してほしいと思います

• Leo Anthony (5/5): Terrible mattress, extremely expensive months before booking but prices lowered fre days before. - The location and nice staff Prices were extremely high and had only a non-cancellabe option months before our stay. Prices were so low if you check a day before the stay. The bed was terrible.

• Ian (7/5): Hotel is fine, did the job. - Clean hotel with bus links close by. Prices were high as it was peak Sakura season. Rooms were small so only just space for a couple travelling with luggage.

• Marie-Helene (7/5): Vérifier les issues de secours - L accueil, gentillesse du personnel, propreté Chambre très petite ( la photo du site a du être prise avec un objectif très grand angle…) L absence de mitigeur d’eau dans la salle de bain. Les issues de secours bloquées, alors qu’elles auraient dues être ouvertes lors du tremblement de terre du 19 avril. Ascenseur bloquée par les secousses. Nous étions coincées au 5 eme étage. Ensuite, nous avons vérifié tous les jours que les issues de secours ne soient pas fermées.

• Pinkish (5/5): All in all not a very memorable stay for sure - Well located on a main road with bus stops close by, and that the staff were really nice It’s far away from the real action of the centre and hence not too much access to restaurants, conbini’s etc and the room was really really small and tight and very overpriced for the facilities which seem dated now. Access to breakfast was also awkward- you had to book earlier day/ pay upfront, etc etc.
• Zul (9/5): Had a great time here! - Breakfast was worthwhile, get it if you're staying at the Hotel! You can buy it from the front desk too. I was given one free laundry pod which I was not expecting. Location isn't the best (it's kinda far from Aomori Station) but it's close to many konbinis, bus stops, and food places. The bed was kinda hard. The internet can be a bit spotty.
• Gaby (8/5): Preis-Leistung ist hervorragend - Das Frühstück war sehr gut. Das japanische Frühstück war sogar teilweise homemade. Aber es gab zur Auswahl auch europäische Auswahl. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und man hatte eine schöne Auswahl an Pflegeprodukten. Die Zimmer sind extrem klein und ca. 20 Minuten Fußmarsch vom Bahnhof, aber trotzdem gut machbar mit einem Koffer die Gehwege sind sehr gut
• Dang (10/5): - Cozy hotel near city centre. It is about 20 minute walking to Aomori train station. The room is small. But we enjoyed to stay at the hotel. All staff is very friendly. Coffee and tea is provided free during brrafast time. I would recommend the hotel for Aomori trip.

• Sabrina Diana Dethloff (9/5): One of the best stays during my trip because the staff's politeness is outstanding! - The staff's politeness and friendliness at Aomori Green Park Hotel exceeds most other Japanese Hotels I've been to on my travels! And I went to a lot of places throughout japan already. Even without talking to them much, the atmosphere was warm and welcoming, which made my stay very nice! The staff called a taxi for me to get to the airport because there was heavy snow in January. The Hotel isn't brand new so the rooms weren't too, but everything was still in very good condition. The bed was comfortable and the room had a little window which I could open quite much for fresh air. Convenient store and bus stop are nearby. A little walk away from the train station but doable.
