- Dina (1/5): Bad experience - The locarion, there were loas music and partying all night. We were 2 people only 1 towel. Have to ask for towels. The gate did not work and for the area we were in, it was a big concerned. This was a very bad experience for us. The toilette was leeking. The shower water from unit 2 pushed up in unit 3 at the washing machine. The floor under water.

- Bulelwa (5/5): - I have always enjoyed my stay at Winhaven but my last experience was terrible. The staff waking me up at 10pm to say that they booked me in a wrong room and telling me that I would have to move or pay an additional R70 ,How is it my problem if they booked me in a wrong room ,When you are checking out ,The staff goes and counts everything in the room while you are just waiting there making you feel uncomfortable as if you stole something, My experience was really bad that I even checked out at 6am.

- Reneetswe (6/5): Met my expectations in terms of the room comfort disappointed by the surrounding area. - It looks exactly as advertised in the pictures. The room was beautiful, modern and well decorated. There's a mini kitchen with needed facilities available. Very clean and air conditioned to your desire. The surroundings were loud and couldn't sleep properly because of the noise from the neighbors. The area around looks a little bit unsafe, close to the rank so it's busy during the day.

Sigarets from the previous day still in ash trays Reception is poor, no idea where the staff is.

- Mpumelelo (6/5): Beautiful place to stay, only issue was the miscommunication of what was going to happen on that day - The noise. I booked during the 31st to the 1st. There was a party of which the host did not make us aware of. We didnt mind the music given that it was a crossover to the new year. The party started from 18:00 and loud music was playing till early hours of 02:00, of which I felt that the guest were inconsiderate. Had I not expressed my discomfort of the loud music, people would still be playing. I only caught some sleep after the music was turned of at 02:00.

- Ben Thomas Wright (7/5): Good - The room was well equipped with everything you need, and check-in was easy. The area isn’t the best, but it felt very safe, and the place itself was modern and really good. Not in the best area, but the property and room were really good. Check-out wasn’t really professional — before I left, they had to check the room in case I broke or stole anything. Not really something you do in front of guests, in my opinion. The stand alone fan did not work.
