But since the street is very narrow and the entrance to the garage is also very tight, a mid-size car can’t make the turn properly — not even if you drive over the curb. Niet veel eigenlijk. Wij hebben geboekt omdat er gratis parkeren bij zou zitten. Omdat de straat erg smal is en de doorgang van de garage erg smal, kan een middenklasser auto niet goed de draai maken. Zelf niet als je over de stoep gaat. We booked because it was advertised with free parking, which is clearly used as a lure. However, since the street is extremely narrow and the entrance to the garage is very tight, a mid-size car simply cannot make the turn properly — not even if you drive over the curb. I even ended up damaging my car door. They are definitely aware that mid-size cars don’t fit, because upon arrival they asked me to walk with them first to check whether my car would fit. This information is also not mentioned in the listing. Had I known this, I wouldn’t have booked, because now I have damage to my door and had to pay an extra €30 for another parking garage, which they refuse to reimburse. On top of that, the apartment itself is not maintained at all: a squeaking air conditioning unit that keeps you from sleeping, dirty grout and a poorly kept shower area. It’s clear they only care about making money — customer care is definitely not a priority. Wij hebben geboekt omdat er gratis parkeren bij zou zitten, wat als lokkertje wordt gebruikt. Omdat de straat erg smal is en de doorgang van de garage erg smal, kan een middenklasser auto niet goed de draai maken. Zelf niet als je over de stoep gaat. Ik heb zelfs schade aan mijn deur opgelopen. Dat het niet toegankelijk is voor middenklasser autos is ze zeker bekend want er werd bij aankomst gevraagd of ik eerst mee wilde lopen om te kijken of het paste. Deze informatie staat ook niet bij de advertentie. Als ik dat geweten had had ik niet geboekt want nu heb ik schade aan mijn deur en ben 30 euro parkeergeld extra kwijt aan een andere garage wat ze niet willen vergoeden. Buiten dat blijkt het appartement ook nog eens niet onderhouden te worden. Een piepende airco waardoor je slecht kan slapen, smerige voegen en douche ruimte. Je kan duidelijk zien dat ze alleen maar geld willen verdienen, maar denken aan de klant doen ze niet.

• Ignacio (9/5): Muy probablemente regresaremos - La ubicación y que tuviera aparcamiento en pleno centro de la ciudad. Tenía lavadora aunque en el anuncio no lo pusiera y nos vino muy bien al ir con un bebé. Las almohadas de la cama eran muy pequeñas y finitas, eran un poco incómodas. El laminado del suelo estaba levantado en algunos sitios y con las lamas separadas (supongo que por efecto de derrames de líquidos o mala colocación) lo que era peligroso para un bebé que gatea o para alguien que esté descalzo dentro de la casa.
