• Nils (6/5): Good for bigger families, with a great location, but too expensive for the quality of the facilities - Great location Not very clean, especially the kitchen appliances (some food leftovers from previous tenants), mold in the bathroom

Atvykstant turėjome pateikti dokumentų nuotraukas. Išvykstant buvome paprašyti paleisti skalbimą ir išnešti šiukšles. Atgauti depozito pinigus taip pat buvo komplikuota.

• Crystal (6/5): - The location was ideal, easy to find and reach, beautiful view on the skyline toward the west, calm neighbors. Overall very functionnal apartment. The additionnal information and documentation required after making the reservation on booking was tedious. The company renting the apt needed a 200$ deposit via paypal, as well as a picture of an ID + picture of myself with said ID. I can understand that they need this for the condo building management, although it seems excessive, but all of this should be specified on the Booking posting. For us it was really a lost of time, and it also implies that you have access to both internet and your paypal/bank info when they reach out to you. Also the way it functions to get to the underground parking lot was very annoying; you have to first try to park on the street where you can, go to the apt (which in our case was at the 39th floor), to get the keys and the beeper for the parking, go back down, take your car into the underground parking and find your attributed spot. Same thing before you leave the apt, you first have to get your car out of the parking, park where you can while you go bak up to the apt to leave all the keys. Very bothering and time consuming when you're coming by car to Toronto just for the night. You also have to pay in advance for the parking spot (25$ by paypal). Also asking people to collect all towels and start the laundry before they go is a bit overdue when we are charged for the cleaning... When we got to the apt there were dishes still in the dishwasher (although clean) and laundry in the dryer.
• Sandra (8/5): Property matches the photos and it was a good stay! I recommend - Property was clean when we arrived and check in instructions were straightforward and accurate. Location was also good and close to shops and restaurants with Nandos downstairs just a few steps away from the apartment. They also had coffee, tea, and a few cooking spices but didn’t have a pan incase you wanted to fry an egg or omelette for breakfast. Otherwise, my stay here was great!! Thanks The only downside was that we couldn’t check in early or drop off our luggage when we arrived early which is a discomfort. Usually some properties have the option of luggage drop off even if they can’t honor an early check in but this property didn’t allow either no matter how many times I asked. I’d also recommend some non-stick pots and pans for families who prefer cooking meals instead of eating out the whole time.
