• Joanna (9/5): - Mieszkanie pięknie urządzone i czyste. Znajdowało się tam wszystko czego potrzebowaliśmy. Kuchnia dobrze wyposażona. Lokalizacja po prostu idealna. Cudowny włoski klimat, miłe sąsiedztwo. Nie było takiej rzeczy.

• Elizabeth (10/5): Magic Place is a fitting name - Our flight was delayed by 3 hours so we arrived past midnight but Julia was lovely about it and the transfer they arranged was waiting for us when we arrived. The location is central but not touristy and the apartment was in a traditional Bergamo building (hence the steps and no lift) and it was wonderfully clean. We are already planning our return to Bergamo and this apartment. Nothing.

• Noor (10/5): I’d recommend family and friends to stay here. Absolutely wonderful! - I’d probably start with the owners (Benjamin & Giulia) - they are the most wonderful example of personalized hosting in an increasingly automated and digitalised booking environment. They offered a complimentary shuttle in an out of Bergamo and are very welcoming and extremely responsive and helpful if you have any questions or need any recommendations. They truly go above and beyond. This is our second time staying at one of their apartments and will not be the last. The apartment itself is perfectly situated on the main street walkable distance to restaurants, shopping, supermarkets etc. The apartment is new and modern and was exceptionally clean, and was finished elegantly with tasteful touches including artworks, candles, and well equipped. There are two big flat screen TVs, one in the bedroom and one in the living/kitchen area. The apartment is in a very secure building with two secure doors that both require a key for entry. It is located on the third floor so there are some stairs, however this is common for Italy. Overall a delightful experience that made our time in Bergamo so much more enjoyable. Nothing. We loved it!

Lokalizacja jest idealna blisko centrum, z łatwym dostępem do komunikacji i atrakcji turystycznych. Apartament jest bardzo czysty, nowoczesny i dobrze wyposażony – wszystko, czego potrzeba, by czuć się jak w domu. Właściciel byli niezwykle mili i pomocni, chętnie udzielali wskazówek dotyczących okolicy i polecali świetne restauracje. Bardzo spokojne miejsce, idealne na wypoczynek po całym dniu zwiedzania Bergamo. Zdecydowanie polecam i chętnie wrócę przy kolejnej wizycie!

Отдельно нужно отметить, что Benjamin встретил нас в аэропорту и проводил при выезде на железнодорожный вокзал. Кроме того, апартамент находится в идеальном месте для путешествия по Бергамо. Обязательно еще раз вернемся сюда.
• Susana (10/5): Excelente💜🩷🩵❤️ - La anfitriona Giulia estuvo siempre al tanto de nosotros y la verdad que es una persona de 10, ademas de todo eso al llegar encontramos detalles que nos encantaron, como bebida en la nevera fresquita que nos dijo que podiamos tomar gratis totalmente, una seleccion de vinos (no tomamos ninguno pero nos dijo que eran 10€ la botella) cosas practicas como cargadores de todo tipo, paraguas, botiquín, jabon y champu, todo lujo de detalles en cocina y si queriamos tambien cafe gratis, la verdad que fenomenal, super bien y supero la expectativa, dos aires acondicionados y lo que para mi es muy importante, una cama y unas almohadas comodisimas y limpieza de 10, gracias y gracias ademas la ubicación excelente Lo único es que era un tercer piso sin ascensor, pero es una nimiedad comparado con todas las cosas buenas que tiene

• Anna (10/5): - Our experience at Magic Place Bergamo was absolutely wonderful! From the very beginning, Giulia, our host, made us feel incredibly welcome. Communicating with her was a real joy - she was always available, thoughtful, and genuinely cared about our comfort. The apartment itself is simply fantastic. Located in a great area, it offers both convenience and charm. The interior is beautifully decorated with attention to detail, creating a cozy yet stylish atmosphere. What really stood out is how functional the place is (something that often gets overlooked in well-designed spaces). Here, beauty and practicality go hand in hand. Everything was spotlessly clean, and every amenity was thoughtfully provided. After long days of exploring Bergamo and the surrounding Lombardy region, coming back to the apartment felt like returning home. Both the living area with the kitchen and the bedroom are air-conditioned, the bed was super comfortable, and the kitchen had everything we needed, from cooking utensils to coffee and tea supplies. What truly surprised and delighted me was the attention to detail - even laundry detergent and fabric softener were available! It's clear that Giulia has thought of everything to make guests feel completely at ease. Normally, I’m quite generous with my reviews and willing to overlook minor flaws - but in this case, there was absolutely nothing to criticize. Even if I tried, I wouldn’t find a single thing to complain about. If the rating scale allowed it, I would gladly give a score of 100 out of 10! Pick up from the airport and transportation to the accommodation, cold water in the fridge and all the necessary information provided by Giulia and Benjamin are pluses for this accommodation.
