- Noor (5/5): Beautiful facilities and central but disappointing administration and hospitality - 1. Beautiful views and central with amenities nearby 2. Check-in staff accommodated my request for early check-in and were reachable by WhatsApp 1. Check-in process took a full hour to complete! The security said my father was not the 'main guest' and therefore refused to check him in. This was frustrating as I had numerous times explained only my father would be staying at the property before arrival 2. Deposit of AED 3,000 for a single night is ridiculous. If you're renting, you should insure it not force your guests to fork over such a sum and for so little time. 3. Coffee machine didn't work because there was no outlet 4. Check in staff said that if we wanted to change towels we would need to pay AED 100-250 (This is how much it would cost to just buy your own FYI) 5. AED 450 cleaning fee - you could clean this apartment for AED 200
