Кристина (5/5): The apartment itself is modern, nicely designed, and clean; however, it is only suitable for young guests, as the stairc - It was clean, and they responded to messages quickly. I specifically booked these apartments because the listing stated there was an elevator, which was very important for me. My parents are elderly, had just completed a 15-hour flight, and were traveling with heavy suitcases (over 23 kg each). Having a working elevator was essential. It was also important for us that there would be a coffee machine, as my parents start every morning with coffee. However, when they arrived, the elevator was not working and there was no coffee machine in the apartment. I was not informed in advance that the description was no longer accurate. I contacted the property and explained the situation. I understood that the coffee machine might not be available, but the broken elevator was a serious issue, as the booking did not meet our needs. I asked for assistance given the circumstances, but I was told that this was not a hotel and that no help would be provided. They also refused to assist with carrying the suitcases down on the day of departure. This experience made me realize that in the future I will choose hotels, where service and accurate information are guaranteed.

Agata (6/5): Nie powtórzę więcej - Lokalizacja to duży atut Mieszkanko jest bardzo malutkie, przy wzroście ok 180 cm korzystanie z antresoli jest nieco kłopotliwe. Trzeba również uważać na schodkach, wszystko jest malutkie. Na jedną noc OK, natomiast dłużej byłoby już mało komfortowe. Bardzo na minus oceniam podejście do Klienta i konieczność wymeldowania do godziny 10:00. Standardowo przyjmuje się, że jest to 11:00, a tutaj jest opcja przedłużenia tylko do godziny 12:00 i to za opłatą 100 zł.. Bardzo mi się to nie podoba, tym bardziej, że byłam w weekend z dziećmi i trzeba się wymeldować biegiem mimo, że przyjechaliśmy odpocząć. Duży minus za to.
