Security deposit:
• To access the accommodations, a security deposit of €700 is required with an undebited bank imprint and without impact on your payment limit (with a securing fee of 1.99% + €0.25 excluding VAT on the secured amount) via a link that will be sent to you after booking.

House rules :
- We recommend moderate use of hot water to avoid not fully enjoying the balneotherapy.
- Out of respect for the neighbors, the bubbles and water jets of the balneotherapy automatically turn off at 10:00 PM and reactivate at 8:15 AM.
- Please STRICTLY respect the maximum water level of the balneotherapy: the level is indicated by a mark on the tub.
- The accommodations must be returned in a clean state, dishes washed, trash taken out, and fridge emptied. You are staying in an old building with wooden floors: noise travels easily.
-The Donuts swing of the room supports a maximum weight of 110 kg.
-The egg hanging lounge chair supports a maximum weight of 100 kg.
Use of internet connection:
The traveler agrees to comply with laws regarding downloads and website visits. In case of request by the competent authorities, we will provide the contact details of the traveler who used the connection.
The following are prohibited :
- Noise pollution beyond 10:00 PM
- Smoking in the accommodations
- Wild festivals
- Coming from a third party (other than travelers who have booked, 2 people maximum)
- Reservation for a third person
- Prostitution, drug selling/consumption...
- The use of grease, oils (body, cooking, essential, etc.) or any product that could stain or damage bed linen is strictly prohibited.
Any stained or damaged linen will be charged at the replacement cost.
To ensure everyone’s comfort and maintain good neighborly relations, please respect these rules.
The accommodations is equipped with a sound level sensor located in the main room (living room-kitchen) (without recording or intrusion into your privacy). In case the noise level exceeds the limit, I will be alerted and can intervene. If any of the following rules or unusual activities are observed, it will result in the withholding of the deposit or even the termination of the stay.
We recommend using hot water in moderation and therefore setting the balneotherapy temperature using the mixer tap to 35°, as recommended by the supplier, otherwise you may not be able to fully enjoy its features.
The use of greasy substances, oils (body, food, essential, etc.) or any product that may stain or damage the bed linen is strictly prohibited.
Any stained or damaged linen will be charged at the replacement cost.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.

- Sébastien (3/5): Joli mais de jaccuzi et déçu de la facture !! - Les logement est propre et bien situé pour visiter aux alentours Il n y as pas de jaccuzi mais une baignoire balnéothérapie se qui fait une grosse différence Vous devez remplir le bain avec de l eau ( quand il y en a assez ) et ensuite vous pouvez en profitez uniquement le temps que l eau reste chaude ! Donc difficile de faire 2 bains dans la même soirée !! De plus une fois que la baignoire est remplie il n y a plus d eau chaude pour prendre une douche avant ou après !! Se qui fait une très grosse différence avec un jaccuzi qui est toujours disponible ! De plus j ai étais facturé 80€ pour une housse de couette que j ai sois disant tâché sans être prévenue !! Cela fait très cher la housse de couette !!
