I also noticed they advertise a pool and there was no pool there so they need to remove that and breakfast from their marketing online

• Bradley (7/5): Met my needs - It was fine for what I was looking for, a one night stay during the Sturgis Rally There was no hot water. Not a big deal since it was a one night stay. I’m sure it would have been resolved if I’d stayed longer.

• Federica (9/5): - Posizione ottima, a distanza camminabile dal centro città e vicina a un bel parco, staff molto gentile (abbiamo avuto anche delle mappe della città e dei dintorni). Anche se la colazione non era prevista, abbiamo avuto donut e caffè caldo <3 Nulla, tutto ok!

• Danielle (1/5): - Made it out alive, and our car didn't get broken into No one was there when we cheeked in. Also, the room looked like a tornado hit it. Also, the bikers outside keep their bikes on all night. It was like the motel in breaking bad.
• Josh (6/5): Would recommend as an economical place to stay close to downtown. - Close to downtown. An older Hotel but the pricing was very fair. Had refrigerator and microwave. The tub had a rounded bottom and was a challenge to shower in. A little late night activity in this neighborhood.

• JACQUELINE (3/5): Motel needs SERIOUS remodeling ! - The staff was very polite and nice. It was infront of the court house so it was a safe place the police were on it ! It was downtown close to the local attractions The motel is ran down very old furniture the beddings are very old with cigarette burns on the blankets the carpet smelled like mold mildew the air conditioning needed a Filter changed it smelled like mildew . The chairs looked like someone had urinated on them with stains . TV And microwave didn’t work The door wouldn’t lock . The motel is in a good area but the owners REALLY need to invest money and loving tender care to attract customers ! The price we paid for 6 days for 2 rooms /2 queen beds accommodation was an ok price but not for the rooms that were falling apart and dirty !

Needs some new furniture carpets and the air conditioners need filters . It smelled like mildew . The microwave and the TV did not work. The window would not close properly or lock neither would the door , the blankets had cigarette burns. The owner just needs to invest money into remodeling the entire motel.

I will never book with them again Nothing it was horrible we left early due to having to buy our own toilet paper and we had to reuse the same four towels 4 people for a 5 day stay

• Suzanne (1/5): Would never stay here again-what a rip off - The only thing we liked about this hotel was that the location was convenient Too much to list, but to start, the vinyl floor in the bathroom was ripped, extensive water damage to wood, huge burn mark on bathroom vanity, inoperable smoke alarm left on counter, etc. And this was one of the most expensive hotels on our trip across country!

The room is moldy, the bathroom is covered in mold. The room stinks and your things catch this stench! Ugh! Disgusting! I can't believe they're not closed down by some sanitary authorities! Disgusting. The wi-fi has a lot of problems, disconnects every couple of minutes - but this seems the smaller problem. The place is dirty. Had I known the state of it, I would have never stayed there. I regret every single dollar that I payed them. Don't make my mistake! Pay whatever is requiered to stay elsewhere.

• Denise (1/5): IT WAS A COMPLETE DISASTER. - Nothing went well at this motel. The room was not fit for humans to stay in at all. There was mold on the walls the bedding and the floors were dirty. And people were hanging around outside that didn't seem to us as safe. We talked to a police officer who told us that this motel is in the worse part of Rapid City and that we shouldn't be staying there. After contacting the motel manager and Booking.com and told them that we were not able to stay there, we were still charged for the night. Booking.com should never have had this motel on their register at all. This was the worst experience I have ever had with a motel. It is in the worst part of town. It was dirty and it had never been updated. DO NOT EVER STAY AT THIS MOTEL.

Very friendly staff who welcomed us warmly and gave us a couple of tips for our time in South Dakota. The room is a little old and tired, but was clean. The bath/shower fitting for water temp wasn't in the best shape - setting the water temperature handle in place to get the temp right proved a bit challenging.

We were unable to get any refund - Nothing Room was hot, ice maker broken, Crack between door frame and door let in hot air. Television didn’t work..not enough electrical outlets. No WI-Fi. The facility is still n disrepair.

• Lucyk (1/5): TOWN HOUSE HOLE. - The place has turned into a dump in the past 6 years since we were here last. A real dump. Not even a 1 star rating. The place is runed down. We arrived at 5:30pm. Waited almost 2 hrs for someone to show up. You call the number and it goes straight to voice mail. We booked months in advance to have a main floor room and we arrived to find it full. They hired a lady who came back from lunch break smelling of pot. She was overwhelmed by the whole thing. We left after canceling our reservations and received our money back.

• PATRICE (8/5): This is a just-right place at a good value for a trip to the Black Hills, Rapid City, Pine Ridge Rez - This motel is conveniently located making all the sites in Rapid City accessible on foot which is wonderful. The room was perfectly fine. The whole room was clean and satisfactory. I had a pleasant stay. Parking was great and abundant.
• Victoria (1/5): Awful with absolutely horrendous check in experience - It was a bed for the night. When I came to check in late at night, the reception was all closed. They left a phone number on the door to call but it wouldn’t work at first then kept going through to voicemail. I was considering sleeping outside however I had to walk down the road at 2am on my own to ask for help at the Hyatt hotel. Very kind receptionist there helped me. She called the number multiple times and eventually got through. My room key was in a post box. Would have been great to have sent me these instructions on an email instead. There was no apology from the staff at any point. The floor in the room was so dirty and definitely needs redecorating. No facility to make coffee in the room. Taxi drivers told me it was in quite a rough area in town.

Toe ik een tweede nacht wilde bijboeken ging de prijs mer dan 2x omhoog 'omdat het zaterdag was'. Toen was er absoluut meer geen sprake van een goede prijs/kwaliteit verhouding. Ik kreeg weinig tot geen kans dat ik iets voordeligers kon vinden volgens de receptioniste. Dat lukte echter uitstekend. de receptioniste was erg ongastvrij. In eerste instantie keek ze niet eens op van haar beeldscherm en was ze kortaf

• SAR (8/5): I look forward to my stay at the Town House Motel each time I visit. - The location is hard to beat. This was my second stay at the Town House and because I go to Rapid City to visit a friend that lives downtown just blocks away, so walking access to the downtown is ideal. I like the simplicity of the Town House where you can just open the door to your room and be outside...instead of walking into miles of corridors to drag your bags through. Furnishings in the room are a little dated but are clean and comfortable. I'm sure I'll be staying at the Town House next time I'm in town.

• Audrey (4/5): - Nicely located, a few blocks from downtown and nice front desk staff. The bedroom wasn't very clean and the mattress was very old. Some permanent residents played loud music until 11PM and some others seemed to have a fight a good chunk of the night.

I highly recommend it to anyone looking for budget options, but with excellent comfort. It was especially pleasant to communicate with the manager Sean. All the best to your motel.

I decided to go to get something to eat and when I got back, someone had parked in the spot in front of my room. I had to park in an area some distance away from my room. I was hoping my car would be safe.
