Sofá-cama com boas dimensões. Existência de uma sala de jogos. Estacionamento interior. Proprietária muito simpática e disponível para ajudar em qualquer assunto. Poderia ter ar condicionado. No entanto não foi problema pois a temperatura no local é, geralmente, amena.
