The water was salty ( maybe it’s the islands problem I don’t know so I can’t say something but just so you know) and you didn’t really feel that the room was clean (maybe because I saw it from the previous ones since it was still dirty and they cleaned it in less than 10’ so I didn’t feel it was clean enough) especially the bathroom and the toilet paper you could see that it had touched the ground )

Nn ho mai visto e purtroppo sentito neanche tramite messaggio il proprietario,pur avendolo contattato appena arrivato in struttura per cercare di cambiare camera ma non si è mai degnato di rispondere o di passare.la camera orrenda con una finestra 30cmx30cm,il bagno puzzava di fogna il lavandino si riempiva d’acqua e non scaricava,e quando scaricava perdeva acqua da sotto il tubo,non sono mai venuti a pulire la camera,un cambio lenzuola o asciugamani.peccato perché amo Santorini,non è L prima volta che ci vengo e mi sono sempre trovato benissimo,se potessi dare un voto sotto lo zero a questa struttura lo fare tranquillamente.non la consiglierei a nessuno

Έπρεπε να καλέσουμε για να έρθει κάποιος να αλλάξει τα σεντόνια και οι τις πετσέτες, καθώς και να βγάλει έξω τα σκουπίδια σε μια εβδομάδα διαμονής. Οι φωτογραφίες δεν ανταποκρίνονται με το δωμάτιο που είχαμε όταν φτάσαμε.

• Silvia (7/5): Ich lasse mich auf solche Betrügereien nicht mehr ein. - Die Lage des Hauses ist optimal und die Einrichtung der Zimmer ist noch relativ neu und gut durchdacht. Allerding bekam ich ein Zimmer auf der oberen nur weil ich mit bereit erklärt hatte einen Aufpreis - in Cash und ohne Quittung - für ein besseres Zimmer zu bezahlen. Das mir ursprünglich zugewiesene Zimmer war ganz unten im Keller und hatte nur ein winziges Fensterchen, das auf den dunklen Kellereingang zeigte. Dieses Zimmer roch stark nach Abwasser aus dem Badezimmer. In diesem Kellerzimmer hatte man auch kein WiFi-Zugang. Die gesamte Anlage ist nicht ausgezeichnet, es steht nirgends ein Name/ein Schild, in der Umgebung scheint es niemand zu kennen. Ich habe das Haus gefunden, weil ich nach langer Suche zufällig jemand sah, der die Zimmer reinigte. Ich fragte, ob dies die Aegean Studios seien und nach der Telefon-Nummer des Vermieters. Als ich anrief - gegen 11 Uhr morgens - meinte eine überraschte männliche Stimme ich müsste ihn per WhatsApp um 15 Uhr schreiben. Nach diesem Telefonat hat der Vermieter nie wieder am Telefon geantwortet - jede weitere Kommunikation lief via WhatsApp-Nachrichten. Anonymer geht es nicht. Um 15 Uhr bekam ich via WhatsApp die Info über meine Zimmer-Nummer. Somit durfte ich entdecken, dass das mir urprünglich zugewiesene Zimmer im Keller war. Die Einrichtung war gut, wie die der anderen Zimmern auch, ABER: 1) es war unten im Keller, hatte nur ein winziges Fensterchen, das auf den dunklen Kellereingang zeigte; 2) es roch stark nach Kanalisation aus dem Badezimmer; 3) dadurch dass es so unten war, gab es kein WiFi-Zugang. Selbst wenn man so ein dunkles Loch verhältismäßig günstig anbietet, sollen die o.g. Aspekte klar erwähnt werden. Als ich mich beschwerte - via WhatsApp, weil der Vermieter auf meinem ersten Telefonat um 11 Uhr nicht mehr antwortete - bot er mir ein anderes Zimmer gegen 25 Euro Aufpreis pro Nacht. Ich schrieb, ich würde es für 15 Euro pro Nacht akzeptieren. Darufhin schrieb der Vermieter zurück, dass jemand kommen würde. Tatsächlich kam dann jemand, verlangte von mir 45 Euro (für 3 Nächte), und gab mir die Schlüssel für ein Zimmer in einer oberen Etage. Es grenzt an Betrug, wenn man ein Loch als Zimmer verkauft und von den Gästen - die nun mal schon bezahlt haben und keine andere Chance sehen - in letzter Minute ein dezentes Zimmer gegen Aufpreis anbietet. Die gesamte Angelegenheit - keine Namen und keine Beschilderung, ein Vermieter, der nicht mit den Menschen redet und nur mit WhatsApp Nachrichten kommuniziert - ist sehr windig.
• Lusetti (1/5): UN DISASTRO, CHE SPORCIZIA! - Solo la posizione, vicina al mare e in mezzo al paese. NON ANDATECI Partendo dal presupposto che ci adattiamo bene a qualsiasi soluzione, questo è stato troppo. Abbiamo prenotato in primavera per settembre, trovandoci davanti questa struttura presentata come novità sul sito; decidiamo dunque di scegliere questa opzione viste le fotografie molto promettenti. Quando siamo arrivati non c'è stato alcun contatto se non su whatsapp con i proprietari, che ci hanno mandato un video dove mostravano come accedere alla camera e menomale aggiungerei, siccome ci era stato assegnato un seminterrato, impensabile! Stanza sporca, peli e capelli tra lenzuola macchiate, cuscini ingialliti, gli scarichi non tiravano, il wc era rotto e bisognava "tirare l'acqua" spruzzandone dalla doccia. Praticamente tutto senza finestre, aria irrespirabile per l'odore di muffa e stantio proveniente dagli scarichi del bagno. Potrei pensare di adattarmi per una notte (due sono troppe) ma solo a patto che venga dichiarato sul sito che si tratta di una cantina riadattata (mi chiedo anche su autorizzazione di chi visto che dubito uno spazio del genere sia abitabile). Unica nota positiva era la posizione, in centro al paese e a pochi metri dal mare. Il resto un disastro.

• carlo (1/5): TERRIBILE. UN DISASTRO. - ottima posizione. Se ci fosse la possibilità di mettere meno stelle lo farei sicuramente. Un vero incubo, la peggior esperienza di sempre. Abbiamo prenotato in primavera quando le recensioni erano ancora poche e con punteggi medio-alti, ma una settimana prima di arrivare ci siamo accorti che le nuove recensioni erano tutte pessime. Purtroppo avevano ragione. Siamo rimasti 7 notti in una stanza matrimoniale standard che in realtà era un seminterrato. L’unica finestra minuscola dava su una rampa di scale e non permetteva alcun ricircolo d’aria. La stanza era perennemente umida e completamente diversa dalle foto. I letti (un singolo e uno a una piazza e mezza) erano su basi di cemento senza rete, come anche comodini e armadio: solo cemento. Il bagno era minuscolo e cieco, con un odore tremendo di fogna che usciva dal wc. L’acqua di rubinetto e doccia era salata. La doccia, priva di qualsiasi protezione, allagava il bagno ogni volta, trasformandolo in un vero e proprio acquapark. In sette giorni non abbiamo mai ricevuto pulizie, cambio di lenzuola, asciugamani o carta igienica. Dopo cinque giorni siamo rimasti senza carta igienica e abbiamo dovuto arrangiarci. La stanza è rimasta sporca di sabbia e umidità per tutta la vacanza. Il titolare? Completamente assente. Lo abbiamo contattato più volte per segnalare i problemi, ma non ha mai risposto. Totale disinteresse. L’unica cosa che funzionava era il condizionatore, ma per il resto esperienza pessima sotto ogni punto di vista. Se volete un minimo di igiene e rispetto, non prenotate qui. Non fate il nostro stesso errore.

Difícil achar o hotel, pois não tinha nome, não fui recepcionada por ninguém, o atendimento foi por mensagem, a Cama e colchão muito ruins, chuveiro velho, banheiro sem box, quarto cheirando mal e sem serviço de quarto.

Le propriétaire, qui n'est certainement même pas en Grèce, loue des chambres pour encaisser l'argent et vous laisse seuls sur place. Il ne répond jamais au téléphone, ni par sms, ni par WhatsApp. Il exploite même un pauvre immigré qui fait le ménage tout seul pour toutes les chambres, certainement payé au black une misère. Ne réservez pas de logement, ne cautionnez pas ce fonctionnement !

• Anna (8/5): Semplice ma efficace - Stanza piccola e minimal ma funzionale. La nostra stanza era pulita e anche le lenzuola/asciugamani. Location ottima poiché a due passi dal mare e dal bus stop. È un alloggio molto semplice quindi non aspettatevi la reggia. I letti non hanno le reti quindi sono un po’ scomodi. Esce acqua dal pavimento nel bagno (?)

Mögel i badrummet, stilla luft och ingen ventilation, inte städat med hårrester från föregående gäster, läckande handfat som skapar en sjö på golvet. En hyresvärd som inte svarar. Fläckar på lakanet. Priset blir orimligt i proportion till vad man får snarare 15euro rum.

• Γιαννης (6/5): - Πολύ καλή τοποθεσία και κοντά σε στάση ΚΤΕΛ. Η θάλασσά είναι δύο λεπτά περπατώντας. Καλή ηχομόνωση και ήσυχο περιβάλλον. Δεν υπήρχε επαρκής επικοινωνία με τον οικοδεσπότη σχετικά με την κράτηση..Επίσης έπρεπε να επικοινωνήσουμε εμείς ώστε να μας αλλάξουν τα σεντόνια ,ενώ είχαμε κλείσει για 7 ημέρες και κατόπιν επικοινωνίας μας τα άλλαξε και το καθάρισε το δωμάτιο. Το δωμάτιο είχε ελάχιστες παροχές. Ευελπιστούμε για άμεσες αλλαγές αφού υπάρχουν καλές προοπτικές

• Carolina (1/5): Awful and disgusting - Nothing Our experience was extremely disappointing and did not match the listing description, forcing us to leave the property and book another accommodation at the last minute. Here are the main issues we encountered: 1. Lack of Communication We tried contacting the property several times through WhatsApp and the Booking.com messaging system but never received any response. 2. Unacceptable Conditions Upon arrival, we immediately noticed a strong damp smell and excessive humidity inside the room, most likely because the apartment is on the ground floor. This was not indicated in the listing. 3. Mismatched Listing The photos suggested the room would be on a higher floor, and we also expected one bed as shown in the listing, but we found two separate beds instead. 4. Health Concerns and Forced Relocation Due to the extreme humidity and poor air quality, it was impossible to stay there — especially if you are unwell. We had to leave the property urgently and make a new booking at an additional cost.

• Αnastasia (5/5): Μέτρια - Ήταν κοντά στο κέντρο της Παραλίας στην Περισσά και στην στάση των ΚΤΕΛ γενικότερα. Το δωμάτιο δεν είχε καθόλου παροχές, όπως βραστήρα πιστολάκι μαλλιών, βασικά είδη μαγειρικής, το μπάνιο ενώ ήταν ωραίο κάπως βουλωνε και μύριζε. Επίσης τηλεφώνησα στον ιδιοκτήτη για να βρω το ξενοδοχείο στην αρχή της διαμονής μου, μου έστειλε ένα μήνυμα με οδηγίες, και τίποτα άλλο ούτε καν για το check out. Και έστειλα ένα μήνυμα για να ρωτήσω μια πληροφορία για το νησί κλπ και δεν μ απάντησε ποτέ :(

• Σάββας (6/5): - Το φαγητό, η θάλασσα και η τοποθεσία Δεν γίνεται να έχεις καταλύματα σε ένα από τα πιο γνωστά νησιά της Ελλάδας ίσως το πιο γνωστό και να μην υπάρχει καθαριότητα...και επικοινωνία με κάποιον... Δέκα μέρες τς 7 με τα ίδια σεντόνια/πετσέτες...απογοήτευση μέχρι και μυρμήγκια είχαμε λυπάμαι γιατί είναι σε πολύ ωραία τοποθεσία
• ΑΝΑΣΤΑΣΙΑ (8/5): Σαν τοποθεσία πολύ καλό δίπλα στη θάλασσα - Άνετο και καθαρό δωμάτιό Δεν είχε μπαλκόνι !! Ούτε ένα χώρο να αφήσουμε τις αποσκευές μας ταξιδεύαμε βράδυ!!

We stayed 7 days, room was clean when we got it, but never cleaned in our stay. The water is salty, you can’t make a proper shower or clean yourself. The AC is working when it wants, several times woked up full of sweat because it stoped working.

• GlibLib (6/5): It's fine but don't expect much. - The proximity to Perissa Beach was great. It was clean. The beds and pillows were very uncomfortable. The mattress was like lying on a board, and the pillows were very lumpy. There were no amenities except two small discs of soap. Plus, the only trash can for three days was the one in the bathroom for toilet paper, which was never emptied.

• Francesco (7/5): Good location but from our experience, in that specific room, some improvements - The position is really close to the sea and restaurants. The room is very big and the bed comfortable. Our Room was downstairs at the back without sunshine, for that reason the room was humid and it smelled like mould. Thankfully there was the dehumidifier which helped a little, but every time you leave the room it stops as well because there’s not electricity. Something I would suggest is to put a curtain or a glass in front the shower, so the bathroom doesn’t get wet. During check out, exactly at 11:00 someone knocked on the door asking us to leave, which I didn’t find politely.

La porta del bagno rotta, sono rimasto chiuso dentro per fortuna ero in compagnia. Ho chiamato e per fortuna subito hanno mandato qualcuno. Forniture (mobili) inesistenti, si capisco stile isola greca etcc ma 3 crucce, zero sapone, stanza molto piccola per tre persone. Il giorno del check out ho mandato un messaggio per l orario e alcune info. Non hanno mai risposto.
• EFFROSYNI (5/5): - Η τοποθεσία. Ηταν πολύ κοντά στην παραλία Πολυ καλό ίντερνετ. Μείναμε 3 βράδια και κάνεις δεν καθάρισε το δωμάτιο καμία ημέρα. Ούτε αλλαγή σε σεντόνια-πετσέτες. Ούτε κάν το καλαθακι του μπάνιου, ούτε χαρτί υγείας δεν έβαλαν 3 ημέρες. Το δωμάτιο δεν είχε τίποτα για να απλώσεις πετσέτες μαγιό σε μια περιοχή που είναι κατεξοχήν για μπάνιο.
• Eloi (3/5): Lugar humedo y sucio - La ubicacion La habitacion era humeda y con escasa ventilacion. Muy sucia en general y las mantas para taparse estaban asquerosamente sucias. Nadie nos recibio ni paso ni escribo un momento a ver si necesitabamos algo. La ducha deplorable. Pesimo todo.
