• 本郷 (10/5): - ベッドがとても快適で、他のホテルでは身体のどこかが痛くなるのが、今回は全く無かった。枕もよかった。部屋も清潔で清掃が行き届いていると感じた。 長期滞在向けに家電や食器類が一通り揃っており、不便を感じることが無かった。 冷蔵庫、電子レンジ、トースター、湯沸かしポット、電子調理器、洗濯機（洗剤付き）、大きいテレビ、ドライヤー、延長コード２本、浴室乾燥などなど。かゆいところに手が届いている印象。 申告すればタオルの交換はしてもらえる？ようだが、基本無人のホテルなので、申告しづらい。 部屋などにもタオル交換の記載などは無かったと認識している。 長期滞在の際には３日に一度程度、部屋の前にタオル類を置くなどのサービスが欲しい。 寝る際に入り口付近のスイッチで照明を消さなければならず、照明のリモコンがあるといいと感じた。
• Makiko (9/5): 最高です！ - ロケーションがとてもよかった。また洗濯機と浴室乾燥機があり、洗剤もハンガーあったので洗濯に困ることがなく、衣類も少なめで大丈夫だった。食器類もあり、湯沸かしもあるので家で簡単なものを食べることもできる。食器を使ったら洗剤とスポンジもあるので洗うこともできる。冷蔵庫も大きいし冷凍庫も使えるのでアイスを買って後から食べるもできる。電子レンジとオーブントースターもある。コンセントが少ないがたこ足の延長コードが２つあるという気配り！部屋の向きが全面ガラスでとても景色がよかった。 洗剤は持ってきていたのだが、柔軟剤が持ち運べるタイプのものがなく持ってこれなかった。柔軟剤があったらもっと最高だった。残念ながら隣にビルが建ちそうなので（基礎があった）将来的に窓側の風貌は左手の部屋は望めない可能性がある。

• Hideo (10/5): お得感満載でした - ユニバに行く為に2日間利用しました。 部屋も綺麗でアメニティグッズも完備、 洗濯機と洗剤もあった為、部屋に戻った後すぐに洗濯して浴室乾燥で服もバッチリでした。 長期滞在しても大丈夫なように設備は充実していました。 ブッキングドットコムのサイトのせい？？なのか、ホテルのチェックインのメールが翌日文字化けして内容がわからなくなってしまいました。 ホテルのコールセンターに連絡して頂いたところすぐに同じメールを送って頂き対応して貰えました。

• Miyazaki (7/5): 駅近で、シャワーと寝るだけなら、部屋もきれいで狭いが、コストパフォーマンス良いです、 - 駅から近かったのと部屋がきれいでした。テレビが大きくUnextでサッカーを観れました。コストパフォーマンス的には、シャワーと寝るだけなので良かったです。あまり期待してない分良かったです、 ベッドが柔らかすぎたのと部屋が狭かったです、仕方ありませんが、無機質な感じで、ティーパックのお茶があって良かったですが寂しかったです、シンプルな部屋は良かったですが、飾ってあった、絵のセンスがよく分かりませんでした、荷物の預かりやチェックインの時間が、早いと料金かかりますので、USJ1.5パスの初日だと、少し不便かんじました。

• James (7/5): Great location with a very short walk to the train station. - Very close to the nishikujo train station, so fast and easy access to universal studios / osaka loop line. Lots of convenience stores / small restaurants nearby. The room I booked was pretty cramped but the pictures did reflect that and I got what I expected, still very cheap overall for the quality of the stay. Not a lot of space, otherwise pretty nice place to stay at. You might have noisy neighbors in the apartment complex.

• Chunghsin (9/5): 一切都很棒，如果下次有機會到這附近也會繼續選擇入住 - 住宿各方面都很滿意，空間很大，離車站也超級近，入住方便又快速 退房的最後一天水龍頭出水都是冰水超級傻眼，我們訂兩間房間都是如此，原本一切都很滿意結果最後一天如此很失望扣一點分，因為馬上就要準備退房了，所以沒再跟飯店反應。

• Joseph (6/5): Nice, but concerning electrical issues - Good room size, great location near Nishikujou Station. Washing machine in the room was very convenient! The place has electrical gremlins. None of the earth leads were connected to anything (dangerous!!), and the lights flickered and dimmed whenever a high-load appliance (hairdryer, microwave, etc) switched on, implying a poor connection somewhere in the wiring (also potentially dangerous).

• hanaoka (7/5): まあまあ - 駅から非常に近く、コンビニも便利だった。 ユニバに行くのにちょうど良かった。 エアコンをつけてレンジを使ったらすぐブレーカーが落ちた。復旧しようとマニュアルを見たが、書いてあるところにブレーカーがなく、コールセンターに電話。 部屋の中にはなく、部屋を出てエレベーター横にあると説明され復旧した。マニュアルにそこまで書いておくべきだとその場でクレームを入れた。

• Miki (5/5): 何事も経験 - 駅から近い ホテルとは違いあまり人に会わない 部屋に洗濯設備がある(乾燥機は共用のものがある)(洗剤、物干し関係が備わっていた) 静か(三連休初日の夜だが、静かに眠れた) 室内で電子レンジや湯沸かしなど簡単な調理が出来る設備がある 冷蔵庫に冷凍室がちゃんとついてる 設備に対して宿泊費がリーズナブル 清掃が今ひとつだった(浴槽に汚れのザラつきが残っていたので、掃除をしてから入らなければならなかった)(シンク下に用意されていた食器類の中に毛髪や塵が入っていた) コンセントの位置が不便(お湯を沸かすのも充電するのも) カスタマーサポート(外国人の方たち)に質問があまり通じないので、色々諦めた チェックインや入館などのシステムが、少しトリッキーで、入口で困ってる別の宿泊者の方に教えてあげた
• Yurie (7/5): 民泊でちょっと不安だったけどとっても快適に過ごせた！ - とても綺麗な部屋で、コンビニや飲み屋（いろいろある）からも大変近くユニバにも行きやすい駅付近な点が非常に良いと感じました。また、YouTubeを見ることが出来るテレビ、良いドライヤーも付いていてとても快適に過ごせました。 洗濯機の使い方が難しかったです。説明書を読んだけれど、途中までしか上手く出来ず洗濯機のロック解除の仕方が分からなかった。部屋に入る時の暗証番号をどこに入力するのか戸惑いました、ドア取手の所でした。

• yoko (9/5): 最高！！ - 駅が近く下町情緒あふれた町の雰囲気飲食店もリーズナブルで夜遅く帰っても近くで食べることが出来て助かりました。チェックインも楽でまた大阪に行く時は利用したいです 今回ユニバ、万博、大阪観光全てアクセス◎ 洗濯も出来て子連れand夏旅行に助かりました ３人だと少し手狭 でも寝に帰るだけだから大丈夫です

• 座間味 (8/5): また利用します！ - 綺麗で清潔だった アメニティーがチェックインタブレットの横に カミソリ、歯ブラシ、コットンと綿棒、くしがあった 立地よしユニバや京セラまですぐいける ご飯屋さんも結構あるので困らなかった お風呂の鏡に置いてあるコップは袋かビニールに いれてあると良かったかなと洗えば使えるんですが パッとみたら水垢かな？ほこり？もついてたので 後お風呂にも小さなゴミ箱があると助かります
