- Marcelo (8/5): Agradável, com ótima localização e lazer. - O condomínio é excelente, a estrutura com quadra, piscina, parquinho, funcionou super bem por conta das nossas crianças, tornando a viagem ainda mais agradável. A limpeza do apartamento não foi bem feita, havia peças de hóspedes anteriores, e era visível que os cobertos não foram higienizados antes da nossa entrada, assim como algumas louças não estavam bem lavadas, gavetas com restos de comida. Coisas básicas e fáceis de resolver, não comprometeram nossa estadia, mas causou uma má impressão. Além disso, o microondas não estava funcionando e não havia possibilidade de substituírem, para nós não causou desconforto maior, mas era um item que nos facilitaria no dia a dia. O apartamento tem tudo pra ser excelente e ter boas avaliações futuras, acredito que fazer uma vistoria bem feita antes da entrada do hóspede e principalmente no quesito de limpeza, vai mudar a percepção dos hóspedes, caso não, acredito que as avaliações tendem ser mais negativas que positivas.
