• Anna (7/5): We spent very little time in the apartment. We were out most of the time and had our meals outside as well. We had bre - The location. We were able to walk Ipoh Parade, a good mall with a supermarket. We couldn’t really cook but we could have cereal with milk for breakfast. Tea coffee can be prepared using hot water dispenser and instant coffee/ tea bags by the cups. The gym fell short of expectation. There was no sanitizer and towels should be provided for every user, not only to guests who book direct.

• Jason (6/5): Set your expectation for a homestay and not for a hotel, with no daily room cleaning - Clear instruction given by host on Whatsapp to collect keys from post box. The apartment was cool with aircon and fans. Housekeeping was always prompt when requesting for towels and detergent for kitchen, etc. Apartment was reasonably clean but as cleaning service was not provided daily, the floor got dirty quickly. The gym did not have aircon and was too hot to work out in it. There was also no pool towel provided, no gym towel, and no water provided in the gym, unlike a hotel, so just know that you are staying at a homestay and not a hotel with such things being provided.

• Lee (6/5): Good location, good price, but poor bed and bath. - Wabi Sabi design for living and master bedroom is modern and lovely. Simple yet elegant. Open concept and airy corridor, lifts and lobby are clean. The queen bed in the second room is so hard that it did not feel like a bed at all, but the master bedroom mattress is passable. Pillow in second room is way to high, can't get good sleep. The toilets have a bad smell unless we run the ventilator for some time. But when the ventilator is turned off (with lights off) it became strong toilet smell again.

Staff are quick to respond to requests. Clean and bright. The bathrooms are so tiny that floor is wet after every shower. Shower space is very very tight and the shower curtain sticks to your body during shower. Poor design! Towels smelt like they were not properly washed and we had to request for them to be delivered. In one of the units, we could not close the kettle lid to boil water, the cuckoo water filter could not dispense hot water and one of the bathrooms shower was falling off because it was not attached properly. The beds were hard and the blankets were very thin

Had to send messages thru booking.com app and I had to again message a different number. 2. Had to find the hair dryer all over the house just to know that it was hid behind sofa. 3. The master's toilet smelled like someone peed every time we opened the door. Flushed the floor and the smell still persisted. 4. Requested babycot was not in the premise although "Approved". Make do having the baby slept with us.

• Aileen (9/5): Good value comfortable stay for a family in Ipoh - Great location. Easy self check in. Pool was closed for maintenance for the first couple of days we were there, but open on the last day and it was great. Fully sheltered with a gym accessible. Rooms were reasonably comfortable and good AC. Convenient walk to local restaurants and to Ipoh Parade. Secure building access Some of the chairs were a little rickety and probably should be replaced but minor issue.
• Jian Siang (9/5): Fantastic - For the price, this property was definitely worth it. The room was spacious and well-equipped, and it even came with a washing machine and laundry detergent. Everything we needed was provided in the room, which was a nice touch. The view was also great. And yeah, the staff(Ms. Tang) is very responsive via Whatapp, which is undoubtedly important. There was not much to complain about. The only area for improvement would be the bathroom, which could have been a bit more spacious.

Cons 1) the light bulbs in the section of mailbox out of service - very dark 2) on that day, the walk way once you come out from lift - some unpleasant smell ( like rubbish water/ cat shit smell) 3) renovation noises i.e. knocking/hammering/ drilling as early from 9am onwards - pretty unsettling & annoying if you're expecting a relaxing & peaceful sleep on your vacation. Pls see above "Cons". Our stay is very short. Have not had time to explore the breakfast, swimming pool.

• Hendra Asmady (10/5): Nice svc apartment - Mgmt was very accommodating, we had to extend the stay and were concerned with having to pack up and move to a different apartment. Fortunately the apartment we stayed was available, hence mgmt allowed to continue the stay. The place is right next to the Ipoh Council field so you just go down and take a walk. Just to note during festive seasons it can be noisy with fireworks. Not sure where they're shooting from but it does sound nearby.
• Hendra Asmady (10/5): Very nice serviced apartment - Check-in was convenient as it's self service, so no concerns about coming in late. Ms. Tang was very helpful, any queries she will answer quickly even after business hours. Facilities were good and functioning well. It doesn't have daily housekeeping so make sure place is kept clean and tidy. Maybe they can provide trash bags for those staying more than 1 day, we tried to purchase but convenience stores not all have the right size.

• Agnes (1/5): The first regret on booking.com - The room was poorly maintained. The sheets had stains. We were told that there’s no daily change of towels or replenishment of coffee. The pillows seemed slept in before my check-in. The hand wash was so diluted that there’s no lather at all. It has the same colour of the dishwashing liquid that makes me wonder if they are indeed the same stuff.
• Hong Wai Ng (9/5): Enjoyable stay with good hospitality provided by the Host - The house was clean and conducive for a family trip. The host is dedicated and provides the proper guidelines and assistance. The sofa and mattresses provided were comfortable and we had really enjoyed the stay. The parking areas are ample and easy for family MPV vehicles. The property is located at the Ipoh City Centre. Overall, we were satisfied with the services provided by the host. The property location is not accessible for walking distance to hunt for any nearby ipoh food delicacies. Need to drive out in less than 10mins away.

There was a very bad stench (like sewerage) coming from the master bedroom toilet that made the stay very unpleasant -- perhaps this was a problem of our room specifically. Although the design of the place was aesthetically pleasing, there was some lacking functionality. e.g. No normal tissue paper. No hooks or place to put things/clothes in the shower. No labels on the shampoo/soap bottles so not sure what the liquid was.

• Polly (8/5): - Overall, we had a very pleasant stay at the hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, the environment was nice, and the staff were friendly and attentive. In general, everything was very good and we truly enjoyed our experience. The only downside was on our last night. The next morning, at around 8 a.m. +, we were woken up by renovation works carried out by a certain unit nearby. The noise disrupted our rest and slightly affected our overall experience. We hope the management can look into the scheduling of such renovation works, especially during early morning hours, to minimize unnecessary disturbance to guests. Thank you for the hospitality, and we look forward to an even better experience in the future.

• Khai Shen (3/5): This is the worst experience!! - Location is good The property is dirty and noisy. They didn’t do proper cleaning of the bed sheets. Bed sheets are stained and when you open the curtains you will see dusts flying everywhere. Our body itches and got red when we sat on sofas and lay on beds. the window handle locks are not functional so it can’t lock shut. That is why it is noisy.
