• Marta (8/5): Good price and location - The best for us was the location, very close to the river and chinatown. The room also has air conditioner working well. We had a double bed and a bunk bed. The latter was not confortable at all, it was very thin.

• Megan (8/5): Comfortable stay simple easy accommodation - Good location right next to an amazing food market. Host was really sweet and friendly. Room was clean and had a bathroom to our selves. Pretty basic accommodation but exactly what we need for a short trip. Air con was quite noise at times and unfortunately wasn’t able to use the washing machine as it was always pre occupied.

• รัตมณี (8/5): โดยรวมถือว่าดีค่ะ - ที่พักใกล้ไอคอนสยาม(ตั้งใจมาดูcountdown)สามารถเดินทางโดยเรือได้เลย ใกล้btsสะพานตากสินด้วย มีเซเว่น กับศูนย์อาหารใกล้ที่พักเราพักห้องบนสุดมีระเบียงกับโต๊ะด้านนอกให้ ในห้องมี1เตียง(นอนได้2คน) 1โซฟา(นุ่มมมมากก) แล้วก็เตียง2ชั้น มีเครื่องซักผ้ากับโปรเจคเตอร์ให้ด้วย(แต่เราไม่ได้ใช้)ให้ด้วย ฟีลหอพักเลย เจ้าของเป็นต่างชาติบริการดีค่ะ บันไดอยู่กลางห้องค่อนข้างจะอันตราย แล้วก็แอร์ไม่ค่อยเย็นแต่มีพัดลมให้ก็ถือว่าโอเคค่ะ แล้วก็ซอยเข้าที่พักตอนกลางคืนจะเปลี่ยวๆหน่อย

La chambre était spacieuse et le lit confortable. Le petit chat trop adorable. Pour une nuit ok, si je devais séjourner plusieurs nuits je prendrais une chambre avec salle de bain privative et un balcon. Très bon rapport qualité prix.

Der Pier ist ganz nah, Essensstände, Restaurants und alles Weitere auch in direkter Umgebung. Mit Kindern ideal gelegen, um alle Bedürfnisse schnell befriedigen zu können. Ausstattung sehr einfach, aber sehr sauber.

• Taras (10/5): Good place! 👍 - A cozy place in an authentic Bangkok neighborhood. Close to the metro, McDonald's, shops, and attractions. We stayed with a baby and had a flight that evening. The hosts allowed us a late checkout, so our little one had a good rest before the flight and was calm on the way. Thank you very much!
• Hein (10/5): Great! - Rhe place has very good value for the price paid! The place was really good, clean and had a comfy bed. If you have a HDMI cable, you can watch movies with the projector. The staff were very helpful with everything and they even helped us with our bus reservation. They were very very kind and are happy to help us out. This made a very welcoming stay. I actually met this lady last time when I stayed in BKK at a different place. It was a big coincidence to meet again. She is very kind and will help out when faced woth problems in Thailand. The best thing of course is the friendly but furry host, GEM!! Na

• HOJAI (3/5): 기본이 안 된 숙소. - 위치는 아주 좋습니다. 입실할 때 직원의 태도는 좋았습니다. 전원은 많네요. 체크아웃하고 나오는데 테이블 유리가 깨졌다며 800thb를 무작정 배상하랍니다. 나는 20년 넘게 태국에 수백군데 숙소에 머물렀지만 이런 경우가 없어서 당황했습니다. 객실 비품들이 너무 낡아서 내 잘못이 아닐 수도 있기에 배상청구는 부킹닷컴을 통해서 하라고 얘기했습니다. 방충망이 한군데를 제외하고는 잘 닫히지가 않아서 환기하는데 문제가 있습니다. 가뜩이나 실내 고약한 냄새가 나는데 더 문제가 됩니다. 침대 앞 벽에 고정된 테이블은 너무 기울어져 있어서 부주의한 게스트는 배상책임을 물을 수 있습니다. 데스크 의자는 앉자마자 볼트가 빠져서 테이블 위에 올려놨습니다. 생각해 보면 그 때 컴플레인을 했어야 했는데 이틀 묵는 거라 그냥 넘겼던 게 문제가 된 듯 합니다. 작동이 되는 지 의심스러운 프로젝터도 있는데 그것도 사용하다 배상문제가 생길 수 있습니다. 이용한 방은 3층인데 4층 공용욕실을 쓰는 몇 개 방이 있는데 층간소음이 무지하게 큽니다. 엘리베이터가 없기 때문에 큰 짐을 들고 가기에 힘듭니다. 나는 술을 마시지도 않으며, 외부인을 내 방에 부르지도 않고, 방에서 아주 조용히 지내는 사람입니다. 그러니 20년 넘게 아무 문제도 없었지요. 업주가 이 글을 본다면 당신이 최소한 숙박업의 기본은 지키고 있는 지 진지하게 생각하기 바랍니다. 낡아서 파손되기 쉬운 비품들은 교체해서 다른 피해자가 생겨서는 안 됩니다. 최근에 방콕 중심지 숙소비용이 비정상적으로 오르면서 이런 형태의 숙소들이 늘고 있습니다. 가장 실망스러운 숙소 유형이 바로 이런 경우. 오래된 쓸데없는 비품들 정비도 안하고 방치하는 경우. 숙박비를 절약할 수 있지만 잘못하면 그 몇 배의 돈이 날라갈 수 있습니다. 컴플레인이 생기면 곧바로 해야하고, 이런 문제가 생기면 반드시 예약 웹사이트를 통해 해결해야합니다. 무작정 그들이 달라는 대로 주면 호구되는 겁니다.

L’emplacement est idéal : proche du métro et de l’embarcadère pour les bateaux, parfait pour se déplacer facilement dans tout Bangkok. Le quartier est typique et très agréable. Enfin, les gérants sont d’une grande gentillesse et toujours disponibles. Nous espérons y revenir bientôt ! Perfect accommodation — very cute, spotless, and equipped with everything you might need. The location is excellent: close to the metro and the boat pier, making it easy to get anywhere in Bangkok. The neighborhood is authentic and lovely. The room is clean, everything works, the aircon, hot and cold shower, the bed is so comfortable. Simple but clean! Plus they have supeeerrr cute cat. I so love the cat.. She welcomed us! Plus the owner Ariel and Leah are very helpful and accomodation. I WILL GO BACK! Nothing..

• 꽉꽉이 (7/5): Naphthalene Problem - The room is spacious and relatively clean. It is very convenient for using public transportation as it is close to BTS Saphan Taksin Station and Sathorn Pier. There are various amenities nearby, including department stores, supermarkets, massage shops, and bars. However, there is naphthalene, classified as a carcinogen, placed throughout the room, producing a very strong odor. It is strong enough to cause dizziness and nausea, and the smell has clung to my clothes and bags. If pest prevention is necessary, I recommend using a safer alternative product.
