• Manon (6/5): Des services aux clients à améliorer rapidement malgré un cadre agréable. - La chambre, la propreté de l’établissement, la vue de la chambre ainsi que le petit-déjeuner. Deux choses : - Nous avons demandé s’il était possible de laisser nos bagages, on nous a tout de suite indiqué qu’il fallait signer une décharge en cas de vol alors même qu’aucun emplacement sécurisé n’était prévu, les valises étaient mises dans le lobby de l’hôtel. Pour un 4 étoiles je n’ai jamais vu cela et cela ne donne pas confiance du tout. - Il pleuvait dehors et nous attendions 1h30 le transport retour. Cependant lorsque nous avons demandé à utiliser une table dans la sale du petit-déjeuner (libre et sans personne) cela a été refusé, nous avons donc dû rester dans le lobby, je n’ai jamais vu cela ailleurs... Des choses à améliorer de ce point de vue là.
• John (7/5): Nice, but need a car. - Stunning view. Fast internet. English spoken at reception. Warm despite the cold weather outside. Quiet. Large room. A long slow drive from Tbilisi but through magnificent Caucus Mountains. Location ok (really need a car) and the road to the hotel is unpaved. Pretty basic. No coffee machine nor television. The restaurant is only open for breakfast. Turn the bed to face the view, please.

Парковка на территории и рядом без проблем, завтраки вкусные, в номере все необходимое. Рад, что остановился там (А вот сосиски на завтрак можно бы и поменять на другие, но на вкус и цвет...)

• mariia (9/5): New hotel in a very quiet area - The place was very quiet, not at the center of the town, which was exactly what we wanted! The breakfast was good, I especially loved the waffles. The view from the balcony was just astonishing!!! You can see all the mountains! The heating was hot, so you can come at winter and never be afraid of cold. The place is brand new, there is an additional charm in it) There is not yet a restaurant at the place, but I'm sure soon there will be. You can anyway go to the next hotel - just 2 minutes walk.

• Antonina (10/5): A fantastic place with beautiful views, a great location and welcoming staff! - The hotel was truly amazing! Everything was spotless and very well maintained. The room was well equipped with water, tea, a kettle, and even bathrobes. We also had a balcony with beautiful views of Mount Kazbek. The location is great - very close to the trail leading to Mount Elias and 800m to the main street. The staff were very kind, and the breakfast was delicious and freshly prepared, with plenty of options and a really good coffee machine. Highly recommend that place! Just a small note: the road next to the hotel is quite gravelly, which made walking to the centre with suitcases a bit tricky - we took a Bolt instead.

Nie jest to do końca opinia obiektu ale droga dojazdowa oraz wjazd są w budowie lub w bardzo złym stanie. Dojazd utrudniony a pora roku oraz warunki atmosferyczne maja mocny wpływ na możliwość dotarcia do hotelu.

• Dariia (10/5): Отель с грузинской душой - Очень классный ламповый отель, в котором к тебе относятся, как к члену семьи! Мое знакомство с гостеприимством Грузии началось именно тут и стало отправной точкой любви к этой стране! Я проживала тут на рождество с 7 по 11 января. Большой номер с ванной, балконом и головокружительным видом на г. Казбек. Очень удобная постель, чистый номер, банные принадлежности создавали комфорт. Очень тепло! Вкусные завтраки, которые в отсутствие гостей готовят к твоему пробуждению. Очень приятные девушки на рецепеции. Раннее заселение. Помощь с продлением, когда закрыли перевал. Любые вопросы и просьбы. Я в восторге от своего опыта здесь и рекомендую всем! Эмоции «не понравилось» нет. Я хочу посоветовать добавить мебели в номер, второй стул, журнальный столик. Тем более площадь комнаты позволяет, а поверхностей для баночек-скляночек всегда мало. В отеле нет лифта, поэтому ходим по ступенькам, качаем мышцы 💪 Отель очень душевный! Я желаю вам процветания и лучших гостей!
• Carsten (9/5): Heerlijk hotel en super ontbijt - Uitstekend en net hotel! Waren er net in het voorseizoen (maart), en daardoor een vrijwel privé ontbijt dat heerlijk was en mét heel fatsoenlijke koffie! Ruime keuze, prima locatie om Kazbegi in te lopen met veel restaurantjes et cetera.

• MEI POH (10/5): - The view from my room is simply exquisite. Moreover, I have the freedom to use the bathtub at any time I desire. However, there's a minor drawback. The hotel is situated at the peak of a slope. If you're carrying heavy luggage, I'd highly recommend taking a taxi. It'll save you from the hassle of lugging your bags up the incline, ensuring a more comfortable and stress - free arrival at this otherwise charming place.

From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the stunning views of the mountains – you can even see Mount Kazbek right from the terrace. The hotel is beautifully designed, combining modern comfort with natural charm, and everything was spotless and cozy. The staff were incredibly warm and welcoming, always ready to help with a smile. They gave us great tips for local hikes and even helped us arrange transportation. We especially loved the peaceful atmosphere – it felt like a true retreat away from the crowds. Our room was spacious, with a comfy bed, big windows, and a balcony where we enjoyed morning coffee surrounded by breathtaking scenery. Breakfast was fresh and delicious, with plenty of local options. It’s clear that a lot of care and attention has gone into this new hotel – everything feels fresh, thoughtful, and perfectly in tune with the surroundings. We can't wait to come back and stay longer next time. If you're looking for comfort, quiet, and unforgettable views in Kazbegi – this is the place!

• Mariia (10/5): - В номере пахло чистотой, есть выбор подушек, хороший матрас (ближе к твердому, но не слишком). Фантастический вид из номера и из столовой. Полноценный душ (не просто дырка в полу), есть гигиенический душ. В номере было очень тепло, в ванной есть полотенцесушитель и тоже очень тепло. Было очень тихо и мы отлично выспались. Что кушать на завтрак выбираете сами - нужно заполнить анкету, сказали что можно выбрать хоть все 😀 администратор говорит на русском. Пока это лучшее место для нас в Казбеги Если вы на машине, то лучше ехать мимо Rooms Hotel, так как более прямая дорога к гостинице в очень плохом состоянии. Это не минус, а особенность месторасположения

• Chris Bemand (9/5): Excellent new boutique hotel with fabulous views in Kazbegi. - Excellent new boutique hotel (freshly opened in June 2025 - still has that “new hotel smell”!). The rooms are modern, spotless and spacious. The mountain views? Absolutely fabulous! It’s perfectly located near town and plenty of restaurants, so you’re never far from your next khachapuri fix. The staff are wonderfully friendly and professional. Good breakfast, great value, and an all-around great stay. Highly recommend for anyone heading to Kazbegi! There isn't a restaurant for lunch/dinner at time of writing, but apparently there's one's planned to be added in 2026 which I'm sure will be great and add to the ambiance of the hotel.

The hotel itself is cute and small but everything is up to standard. Staff is kind and nice and helpful. Breakfast is good enough, it’s between 9 and 11. It can be between 8 to 11 but we adapted very easily :)

The room heaters came in really handy keeping us warm in the midst of winter. The rooms were spacious for our kid to play around. The views were spectacular from the room. • Obgaidze (10/5): The best impressions - I had such a pleasant and relaxing stay at this beautiful hotel. Everything was perfect . The staff were amazing, the room was very clean and spacious, and the breakfast was absolutely delicious. I especially loved the cottage cheese pancakes. They were fantastic! The room had everything I needed for work, and the beautiful mountain views created the most relaxing atmosphere. Working with such a view was the best kind of therapy. Everything was truly amazing . I’ll definitely come back!
