• J (10/5): Needed a peaceful refreshing break... and got it! Thank you,The Valentine - Fantastic 6 nights stay! Plenty of restaurants/shops, including Tesco/Sainsbury/Iceland in walking distance. Tube station/buses minutes away. The apartment with ensuite was essential for me and included a desk/chair, nightlight, spacious wardrobe, towels & toilet paper. Bed very comfortable, but creaky! 🤫 I'd DEFINITELY stay again! Usually I stay in Central London (tourist area) but travelled further afield and was pleasantly surprised, visiting Ilford, Leytonstone & Stratford! Needed to purchase cleaning products as the toilet was dirty (not good at all) The Guest Experience Team had emailed to know how I was settling in (a great idea). I told them about the toilet and a few other issues. They were very accommodating! Other than that - I have no other complaints!

• & TRAINING (4/5): 2x Tissue rolls and 2x mini Soap for 11 nights were not all sufficient , no feedback for compliant - location of property , clam and free from distrubance Only 2 tissue rolls in 11 nights , no cleaning during stay , I registered a complaint and never received a reply from booking.com , this was about fans inside roof were not operational and only one bed room fan was working
• Linda (5/5): - All the staff at reception desk were excellent. They bent over backwards to try and help us when there was essential things missing from room. We have nothing but good to say about them. Our problem is with Booking.com Booking.com are a bit shy with description of room - the bed is not a standard double bed and not adequate for 2 elderly adults plus the mattress was full of lumps due to springs sticking up. It had cooking facilities but only one desk chair for 2 people to eat so one sits at desk area and the other has to sit on bed with dinner on knee. How is that comfortable? The cooker was a bit of hit and miss. The floor wasn't clean when we got there. As Booking.com added £95 for cleaning we assumed the rooms would be cleaned and bed linen and towels changed but I had to take them to laundrette myself. We were in London as my partner was having a procedure done in his mouth and the place needed to be spotless. As loyal customers we expect to be remunerated accordingly. About the photos the mop and bottle of cleaner I had to buy. The kettle and toaster the staff let us borrow from one of their rooms.
• Mohamed (2/5): IRRESPONSIBLE PROPERTY MANAGEMENT AND GREEDY MINDED - Location This is basically hostel for students but the management is leasing without any added values - no housekeeping on daily basis - no toiletries provided - none to resolve the concerns and directing to address to booking.com but booking.com is replying back to contact property which is odd. - purely greediness of property management to take more money but without providing any facilities.

• Ali (3/5): Dilapidated mattress and poor service delivery - Location was good. The customer service was horrendous. Expecting clients to call a helpline and log issues and then rever resolving any practical issues. My Mattress was dilapidated and I was never assisted in all the 11 nights despite more than 30 follow up calls and emails spanning the duration of my stay. Lack of any kitchen facilities didn't help.
• Nadeem (3/5): Bad experience - Location The bed was uncomfortable. The room had a weird smell. Sheets had stains. Also the toilet flush wasn't working properly.
• Pravin Kumar (4/5): - Location was good I checked in on June 29 (booking from June 28) and had paid for one-time cleaning for the following stays: June 28 – July 11: Cleaning done on July 11 July 11 – July 20: Cleaning not done on July 20. July 20 – August 5: Cleaning not done. Got a mail for mid cleaning but it was not done. Despite 3–4 calls to hotel helpline (03330148499) and assurances from Elina and JP, the cleaning was not carried out. They had informed me it would be done on July 20 and then keep promising me same on consequent days, including towel and tissue replacement, but the cleaning staff never followed through. Since the hotel has already charged for this service, and it wasn’t delivered despite multiple follow-ups, I believe a refund is required.

• Suzy (3/5): Uncomfortable, disappointing, overpriced. - The privacy of having my own bathroom Hostile and unfriendly staff upon arrival. MAJOR issues even getting into the building on arrival. No kettle, no real facilities. Very basic for how expensive this place was. Doors slamming all night. Bed practically a medieval torture device, incredibly uncomfortable. Dark and miserable room.
• Dragoş (8/5): Suitable enough for students to stay and have their necessities being dealt with - The room itself was good enough for a student. Us youngsters, we do not have that many requests other than having a place to study, read, rest and sleep. Those purposes were satisfied during my stay. The building was modern, refurnished/refurbished and it had many services: gym, study rooms... it was all good whatsoever! I did not get the chance from the staff team to have my room cleaned, at least at the half of my stay duration. Because I stayed for 20+ days, I had to be very careful to have things organized, get as less dust possible and so on, because I did not have the time nor the financial sufficiency to have my room cleaned myself. You can ask the staff members to have your room cleaned/dust-removed at a cost.

There's a small tesco and sainsbury in walking distance which is ideal. The room itself was clean and comfortable The reception staff are lovely but the Guest365 people were slow to respond and not helpful when there were issues. Guest365 is the third party you will deal with if you book this accom through booking.com

Das Hotel hat einige Probleme: laute Türen, kaputte Vorhänge, die nicht repariert wurden, und Handtücher, die nur einmal gewechselt werden. Außerdem war die Matratze durchgelegen, ich konnte die Federn spüren, was zu Rückenschmerzen führte.

• Christopher (10/5): Perfect for working in London - Loved it. I need to come to London a lot for work this year and have found my go-to accommodation. Staff were helping when needed. Modern building right next to a tube station. The local shops have everything you need. Gym and laundry. Nothing not to love about it.

• Nyambura Lukoye (10/5): Excellent! - I had a fantastic stay! The location is absolutely perfect – everything you could possibly need is within walking distance. From restaurants, cafes, and shops to public transport. it’s all right there. The convenience made my trip so much more enjoyable and stress-free. The accomodation itself was clean, modern, and well-maintained. The staff were friendly and always happy to help. They replied to my email inquiries promptly. Rooms were comfortable and had all the essentials. Whether you're traveling for business or leisure, this place ticks all the boxes. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a hassle-free stay in a fantastic location!

Η τοποθεσία βρίσκεται σε ανατολική περιοχή, αρκετά μακριά από το κέντρο του Λονδίνου. Προσφέρεται για ήσυχη διαμονή. Εάν δεν υπάρχει πρόβλημα από κάποιον να μην κοιμάται στο κέντρο τότε ο τόπος είναι ιδανικός
• Coeli (9/5): Great place to stay and good value for money - The size of the room was pretty big for a single and good value for the price I paid. Room was clean when I arrived. Check in was nice and easy. The location is really good - possibly the best part about the stay. Good bus links and tube station just outside. Nice parks nearby. Staff members were nice as well - they were easily contactable and the people at reception were friendly. They were very responsive and responded almost immediately to all my messages. I had a problem with the lock in my room on arrival - reported it to reception and to the staff and they got it fixed for me. The only downside would be the noise. Doors slamming from the corridor, drilling/building works happening, and my room was facing the little outside area so whenever I had the window open (it’s hot so it’s open almost in the day and night!), I could hear peoples conversations and people playing ping pong. Even people’s phone conversations at 2am. Not ideal.
• Frederick (6/5): Comfortable and upscale stay but double check the amenities before you book - Great location with transport links and eateries within a stone's throw. Upscale building with excellent amenities like fitness room and laundry. The room was spacious and very comfortable. Some of the advertised amenities were missing and there was no advanced notification. The communal kitchen was one of the main reasons why I booked a week-long stay. I found out myself that it was closed when I got there, but the property did not offer anything to offset the inconvenience. Also, there was no toilet paper when I arrived. Just be sure before you book a long stay that the amenities that you want the most are ACTUALLY available.
• Tomilola (6/5): Had a good stay overall. Good place to relax - Nice space. Great location as well, few minutes walk from the bus and train stations, various local shops easily accessible too. I didn’t have beddings in my room, had to sleep without bedding for the first night. I also couldn’t use my toilet for the first 2 nights as the flushing mechanism was faulty. Might be helpful if the team just does a quick check in the rooms to make sure all is set before putting guests in.
• TOKUNBOH (3/5): Horrible experience at check-in - The security officer that assisted me that night and the receptionist that eventually made me a key the next afternoon. I have a very bad experience at check-in. Waited for an hour and half for staff to provide a key and walk-through. No one showed up despite the fact that i constantly engaged and communicated my ETA prior and after getting to the property. Still, no one showed up as promised during process that someone would meet with me to check me in. I actually got to the property at about 7:28p.m. and accessed to my room at 8:56p.m.wirhout a functional key for the records.
• Sirine (5/5): - Location The water in the toilet was not functioning and I complained it about it several times. It was not clean as it should be.
• Jigar (4/5): - Location was easily accessible. Website mentioned that towels were provided. Unfortunately i was not provided with bath towels. Similarly ironong facilities were provided as per website. Unfortunately trying for 2 days to get hold of iron. Could not get it. Had to rush out to buy a towel and figure out ironing clothes outside which was annoying. No staff was available to escalate problem. Messaged online. On false promise of escalating problem. Did not here back. After checkout i reached them. Again same false promise. Request for some compensation back for an added expense... Sadly no reply from the conmpany. Please double check before booking this property. Especially on bank holidays.
