• Olha (10/5): - Сподобалось ,що близько до центру і парку , в якому зручно читати книжку .Біля будинку є супермаркет , 15 хв до торговельного центру . Ліжко дуже зручне . Балкон , високі стелі і тиха вулиця . Бракувало паперових рушників , а також все супер .

• Niamh (9/5): - amazing value for money, large apartment in a great location that’s only a few minutes walk away from the old town walls are very thin so you can hear next door neighbours easily
• Matthew (6/5): Needs a revamp but is nice. - Great size. Nice high ceilings. Despite being a bit tatty it is pretty. Its a bit rundown. There were no plates or bowls so despite full kitchen no way to serve food. Lack of toiletries including toilet roll and shower gel.

• Leah (9/5): Superb - The apartment was modern and clean with everything you could need for a short stay. The host was brilliant and really helpful. Would highly recommend. Everything was great.
• Carol (7/5): Location is perfect and property generally good, but could do with some small touch ups. - Very modern furnishings. Close to main square. But far enough for quiet, even though main tramline near. Unable to use the television as only any good with streaming from your mobile. Which we seemed to struggle with and could only get one channel to cast. Unable to use the fire. Wasn’t cold, so wasn’t needed, but would have been good for the ambience at night. Struggled a few times with the doorway entry system as wouldn’t accept the code. Signs of dust on shelf under the television, and along top of headboard. Generally very good, but signs of some wear and tear. I.e back of toilet silicone needing replaced, small edges of wallpaper needing stuck back down. Small signs of mould on grout in shower. Sofa bed could also do with a clean, as a couple of suspicious spots. However all easily fixable. Stated on booking that there was a tumble dryer, however there was only a washing machine. Luckily clothes dried quickly overnight on the clothes horse. Would maybe benefit with a welcome folder, just advising how to work tv/fire/microwave/dishwasher/washing machine/coffee machine etc.

Had an issue as couldn't get any channels on the TV, only the last night as wanted to chill but could not find any instructions for it. Also walls quite thin neighbours on first night, very loud till 2am

• Lindsay (10/5): Exceptional - Apartment was very modern and spotlessly clean. We had everything we needed in the apartment for our 3 night stay. Apartment was always warm too. Great location, just a short walk away from the main square, bars and restaurants. We had our 2 teenage kids with us who slept on the sofa bed and they found it comfortable and liked that netflix and wifi were available. Would definitely stay here again!

We loved the location very close to walk to the old town but not noisy . Great communication from the manager with clear check in details etc We loved it all

The apartment is better than in photos , very spacious place , clean , the bed is so comfort , Netflix on Tv , fully equipped with everything you could need . Just 10 minute walk from the center , with a supermarket and public transportation very close. And the owner responds in minutes after you ask something. We loved it ! In my opinion it could have some more towels .

• Anita (9/5): Great stay in Krakow - Great spacious apartment, comfortable and very clean. No noise from neighbours and the street. Only 5 minutes walk to the Old Town and nearby trams. Great restaurants and a beautiful town. Couldn't connect to Netflix as no translation from Polish to English.

Everything I needed in the kitchen for cooking was available and the cooker was easy to use. Power shower and hand-held were great pressure and immediate hot water. Bed was huge and plenty of additional bedding available if required. They also had a hair dryer in bathroom cupboard which was helpful. Loved everything.

• Saffron (7/5): Lovely apartment, could do with a deep clean and some TLC. - Spacious apartment Proximity to old town perfect Proximity to old town was perfect but lots of noise in the street through the night from groups returning from their night out. Lack of guest towels. Only 2 small bath towels and one hand towel for the 5 nights. No tea towel in the kitchen so had to use the hand towel for that. Ironing board had no cover on it and dirty towels stored beside it. Bedroom curtains badly stained. Living room curtains hanging off the rail. Clear Cigarette packaging and something else under the bed. (Didn’t notice til I was checking for anything we might have left on day of departure) Shower drain needs cleared as it overflowed into the bathroom with each shower. A toaster in the kitchen would be handy.

• Josh (10/5): Absolutely wonderful and fantastic. - The apartment was above and beyond expectations, so much better than the photos suggested. Absolutely beautiful, warm considering how cold it was outdoors and so much space. The front room and balcony are especially brilliant.

• Louise (10/5): Pefect stay in a lovely apartment. Nothing was too much for the host! - The apartment was spacious and the interior very tastefully decorated, it was immaculately clean. The location was really good, 5 minutes walk to the main square and about 15 minutes walk to the Jewish quarter. Kamil the host was wonderful and very helpful, he responded quickly to any queries. We did not need to worry about transfers to and from the airport and organising trips as he arranged everything for us! Thank you Kamil, everything was perfect! Nothing!
