Sophie (7/5): - Malgré que l'on ai dû changer d'établissement le réceptionniste de l'hôtel d'origine a fait de son mieux pour nous aider ils nous a accompagnés à l'autre hôtel et s'est assuré que tout allait bien avant de repartir Pour l'hôtel où nous sommes restés le personnel a été très correct et nous a bien aidé et conseillé. A savoir le restaurant dispo sur le rooftop est à payer en dollars et assez cher

Edgaras (9/5): Good — excellent value for money - Excellent value for the price and quality — one of the best places I’ve stayed on my trips. It’s roughly a 15-minute walk to the pyramids and sits on relatively quiet streets (unlike busy Cairo). The breakfast is substantial and very satisfying, and everything is very clean The hotel is located off the main street, down a small side road that might not look very safe at first glance when you arrive — but it’s actually perfectly fine. The street is well-lit, just a bit of litter along the way (pretty normal for Cairo 🙂). The swimming pool is not on-site but in another location. We didn’t use it, but it would be nice if that was made clearer before booking
Manuela (4/5): Non ci siamo proprio - La vista era quella che mi aspettavo…direzionando lo sguardo sulle piramidi in lontananza. Capire solo in loco che ci sono due strutture con questo nome e che l’altra aveva anche una piccola piscina. Si può usufruirne perché si è clienti ma non è una comodità. Colazione egiziana che viene preparata al momento che salite in terrazza, quindi non pensate di fare colazione in 10/15 minuti perché impiegherete almeno mezz’ora ad andare bene. Le signore che si occupano delle colaizoni non parlano una parola di nulla e potenzialmente non sanno nemmeno leggere l’arabo perché non capivano nemmeno con il traduttore. (Magari almeno qualcosa che in quel momento parli inglese) La pulizia e rifacimento delle camere non viene effettuato giornalmente. Posso capirlo visto il costo basso della struttura ma deve essere segnalato perché scoprirlo non è mai bello. In terrazza delle colazioni si può fumare ma il mio portacenere è rimasto dalla sera del mio arrivo 1/11 fino al 3/11 mattina….anche NO! La stradina dell’albergo è molto molto rurale. Il senso “safe” è inesistente in particolare dovendo uscire la sera per procacciare del cibo. Consiglio:- spendi qualcosa in più ma stai in una zona diversa. Molto carini nel l’atteggiamento Dashma e Achmed (li si trova la sera) e loro parlano inglese.

Wesley (1/5): Waardeloos - Niks KIJK UIT!! De tekst op de boekingspagina is misleidend!! Er is GEEN zwembad in het hotel aanwezig. BOOKING.COM heeft dit erkend. Ik heb eerst een oplossing gezocht met de eigenaar, maar de eigenaar wilde niks doen aan de misleidende teksten, omdat hij naar eigen zeggen meerdere hotels heeft en het zwembad in een ander hotel van hem is. Le confort du lit, il manquait la moitié des planche sous le matelas, j'ai été obligé de les redis poser convenablement car le matelas faisait un grand creu. Sa situation est un peu caché, si bien qu'aucun des taxi n'a été capable de s'y rendre sans mon aide. La piscine annoncee dans la description, est située dans un autre hôtel, on nous y enmene sur demande, gratuitement. Tellement peu pratique que nous n'y sommes pas allé.

Fabienne (3/5): Wel willen, niet kunnen - De pogingen van het personeel om het goed te doen Het onprofessionalisme. Deze mensen willen wel, maar schieten op ALLE vlakken tekort. Ze beheersen onvoldoende engels. (Of een andere taal behalve de voertaal) We begonnen steevast te laat aan ons dagprogramma, omdat het een half uur lang duurde om het ontbijt voor te bereiden. Dat ontbijt is elke dag hetzelfde. En het excuus dat dit 1 ochtend kwam omdat er geen elektriciteit was, sloeg nergens op, want het was de andere dagen net zo! Eén avond stelden ze voor om in het restaurant van hun andere hotel te gaan dineren. Dat eten was ronduit slecht, allemaal in de microwave opgewarmd, en nog duur ook gezien de belabberde kwaliteit. Het onderhoud is ook niet op orde; de douchedeur was stuk, het afgebroken stuk stond gewoon IN de douche zelf in een hoekje gesmeten...! Erg schoon was het ook niet. Ze lijken echt niet te begrijpen waar ze mee bezig zijn; toerisme en hosten is een VAK. Wanneer ik met 3 postkaarten bij de receptie kwam om te informeren hoe ik deze best verstuurde, keken ze me aan of ze nog NOOIT een postkaart gezien hadden.....Ze zijn lief en proberen wel, maar nogmaals: ga talen leren en ga es bij de collega-hotels kijken hoe het daar aan toe gaat! Service is een belangrijk element!

Sara (6/5): Non aspettatevi un buon soggiorno - Il rooftop con vista piramidi era carino, il personale accogliente e disponibile, inoltre la nostra guida italiana è stata davvero piacevole e informata, che per fortuna ha migliorato il nostro soggiorno, insieme agli autisti con cui abbiamo fatto i vari tour. La piscina era il motivo per cui avevamo prenotato questo alloggio, ma all’arrivo abbiamo scoperto che si trova in un altro hotel a 5 minuti di distanza, cosa che non viene specificata. Quindi se lo state prenotando per la piscina, evitate. Camera che cade letteralmente a pezzi, materassi duri e cuscini altissimi, dalle camere si poteva sentire qualsiasi cosa fuori come se fosse dentro. La colazione è stata buona il primo giorno, poi è andata calando quindi abbiamo deciso di farla fuori, inoltre calcolate che se avete fretta, ci può mettere fino ad un’ora ad essere pronta. Wi-Fi non funzionante per la maggior parte del tempo. La zona dell’hotel è davvero scomoda e lontana da tutto, vicino alle piramidi ma comunque in una via che purtroppo è vicino alle stalle. Quindi consiglio di optare per un’altra zona.

nabila (8/5): - Fouad et son équipe ont été aux petits soins avec nous. Nous sommes arrivés vers 4h du matin pour le check in et nous avons pu bénéficier d'un check out tardif car nous avions besoin de laisser nos affaires à l'hôtel pour aller en excursion. C'est d'ailleurs le gérant qui s'est occupé de réserver notre excursion avec un guide francophone la veille pour le lendemain. L'hôtel est tout neuf donc très propre. Le service est top et l'emplacement est à proximité des sites touristiques. Merci à vous pour votre accueil ! Peut être l'insonorisation des chambres car nous entendons le bruit de dehors (heureusement pas beaucoup de passage la nuit) et des rideaux plus épais pour ne pas laisser entrer la lumière du jour au petit matin

Chris (9/5): Nice honest place to stay with everything needed there - This is a small, self run hotel in a poor old neighborhood at the pyramids. The rooms actually look like in the pictures, and you get what you pay for, no fake stuff, no negotiation. Thank you for being straight forward. The breakfast is good (better than most local Egyptian standard breakfasts i had), and everything essential is provided, and the AC works. The neighborhood is quiet and you can walk to a bunch of local restaurants, cafes and shops within about 10 minutes easily. I walked to the pyramid plateau entrance (15 minutes). Actually freshly prepared and cooked breakfast, not kept from the day before! I was told by other guests that the pool is in a different hotel, and upon request the staff will drive you there. There is no pool at the actual hotel. Internet was very slow and did not work at all for the first 2 days. On the 3rd day it worked, but was so slow that it was unusable. Beware that if the hotel is fully booked, it can take a long time (1h) for the staff to cook up your breakfast. But the advantage of that is that they actually make and cook it fresh for you!
Rosita (9/5): - Klein hotel met heel vriendelijk en gastvrij personeel in Al Haram. Het hotel ligt wat verborgen in de wijk wat een klein inkijkje geeft in het lokale leven. Fantastisch om vanaf het terras op de piramides van Giza te kijken, over verschillende gebouwen heen waar nog een verdieping op lijkt te komen. De eigenaar heeft voor ons een leuke prive excursie met airport pick-up georganiseerd. Chauffeur en gids waren geweldig. Voor het diner zijn we naar een naburig restaurant gebracht. Heerlijk gegeten. Hier kun je ook zwemmen. In eerste instantie kregen we een kamer met 2 eenpersoonsbedden terwijl we een 3 persoons kamer hadden geboekt. Na een drankje op het heerlijke terras hadden ze 2 kamers met in totaal 3 eenpersoons bedden voor ons beschikbaar. Heel fijn!

The hotel is new and the owners and the accountant are very friendly ! They go any extra mile to make the guest smile ! In particular Ahmed was so friendly with the best of manners. He is the one who made our stay truly unforgettable through his high class attitude and personality. We can recommend this place to families and individual travellers. It is clean, comfortable, with a fantastic view and a good breakfast ! It is a good choice for your next visit to Cairo ! Sometimes it is really one person who makes the vacation special, in our case that was Ahmed, the accountant. So special thanks to him and also to Yasser and Fouad. All the best for your beautiful place, train your staff well and we hope to see you again !!! Dr. Nur Please be informed that the pool is at another hotel of the owner, close by and accessible but not at the same place as the Paradise Pyramids. It is not a big deal to go to the other place. Just note that it is a little distance from the hotel ! There is nothing else we did not like. Any issue was solved immediately. Still impressed with the staff's friendliness !

Halima (5/5): Déçu 😞 - Au cœur d'une cité, on a pu se mélanger aux habitants du quartier mes enfants ont joué avec les petits des voisins dans la rue de l'hôtel, c'était un super moment proche de la population. Salle de bain propre et fonctionnelle. Vue Pyramide au petit déjeuner sur le toit terrasse. Réactivité du personnel sur l'organisation des activités et négociation des tarifs possible. Ils nous ont réservé un dîner croisière en 5mn, 30mn avant le début de l'activité, c'était super pour notre dernière soirée en Égypte. Tous sont très gentils, hôtel familial. Chambre réservé pour 4 on s'est retrouvé avec une chambre 2 lits simples ! C'était pas super heureusement que mes enfants sont petits ...mais à notre arrivée de l'aéroport après une nuit blanche à 5h du matin, c'était pas cool du tout ! Literie catastrophique, on dort sur des matelas en carton, je n'ai jamais eu des matelas aussi durs, avec des oreillers surdimensionnés. Mal de dos et nuque inévitable. Petit déjeuner salé uniquement, omelette et salade, pas de tartines pas de viennoiserie pas de gâteau, et le pire pas de boissons chaudes ni de jus, c'est en supplément...triste petit déjeuner. Mes enfants n'ont pas pu avoir de chocolat chaud car ils n'en ont pas , on a du repayer un petit déjeuner en ville ... Fait à tout prix revoir votre literie et votre formule petit déjeuner pour que votre hôtel nous donne envie de revenir. Désolée.
Jack (8/5): Amazing value for money location near the pyramids - Great location with a view over the pyramids and within walking distance of them. The manager and owner also both went out of their way to help us with our stay and make it better. The swimming pool was actually at a nearby property, this could have been clearer on the booking site. The hotel has been recently built/refurbished but already some bits of it are showing signs of wear and tear.

Foad (10/5): Lovely 👌🥰❤️🌅 - Paradise Pyramids View Inn is a great place to stay in Giza! Room 10/10. Cleaning, change of towels - everything was done on time. The room is clean, cozy. Despite the cold weather - the room was very warm. There is everything you need: an electric kettle, TV, mini-bar. The shower was very good! By the way, wi-fi worked perfectly in our room. Breakfasts (they are included in the price) 10/10. They were held in the hotel restaurant! Everything was very tasty and varied! Rooftop view 10/10. The hotel offers an insanely beautiful view of the pyramids! Location 10/10. The hotel is located in a quiet and peaceful area. Hotel staff 10/10. They were always with us on a contract and helped in necessary situations. Airport transfer 10/10. When leaving the airport, a pleasant driver with our names was waiting for us, we got there quickly and comfortably. Excursions 10/10. On the very first day we went to see the Pyramids. We were offered a tour with 3 locations. We thought for a long time, but agreed. In the end, we were absolutely delighted! After that, we went on excursions almost every day. We were in Alexandria, went to the Fayoum oasis, rode horses and quad bikes, saw old Cairo. All the guides are just great! Very interesting and funny! Overall, I rate our stay 10 out of 10!!!! We will definitely come back here again!

Стоит отметить, что с крыши открывается нереально красивый вид на Пирамиды Гиза! В комнате было очень уютно и красиво. Также, было все необходимое: чайник, мини-бар, гели для душа, удобные кровати, просторный душ, полотенца и большой телевизор. Персонал отеля очень дружелюбный и гостеприимный! Всегда помогали нам и отвечали на все интересующие вопросы. Также, они организовали для нас очень хорошие экскурсии по Египту по лучшей цене! Отличные гиды, хорошие машины и интересные маршруты. Мы в полном восторге от пребывания в этом месте! Всем советую и обещаю, что вернемся снова!
Yulia (8/5): - Очень внимательный персонал. Управляющий Мидо оперативно решал все вопросы с организацией экскурсий. Хороший душ и стабильно горячая вода. Удобные кровати. До пирамид можно дойти пешком. Неплохой завтрак, правда к концу нашего пребывания из него постепенно исчезли булочки и фрукты. Во всех трех наших номерах не работало отопление. На третий день нам дали нагреватели, но только два на три номера. В двух из трех наших номеров постоянно заливало водой пол. Интернет часто пропадал. В отеле очень чисто, но сразу за порогом всюду горы мусора, но тут ничего не поделаешь, вся Гиза такая.

Diego (10/5): Rapporto qualità prezzo imbattibile! - Avevamo prenotato un appartamento grande per 6 persone. Saremmo arrivati sfalsati: 3 il primo giorno, 2 il secondo e 1 il terzo. L'appartamento aveva dei problemi, quindi ci hanno sistemato in camere da letto attigue, occupando praticamente tutto il piano. L'host è stato carinissimo, la sera ci fermavamo a giocare a carte sulla terrazza vista piramidi e ci portavano sempre qualcosa da mangiare, tipo frutta, gratuitamente. Rapporto qualità prezzo ottimo! Avevamo la doccia della camera da letto non perfettamente "sigillata", ma bastava non aprire completamente l'acqua e stare attenti per non allagare il bagno.
