Comunque la consiglio a tutti visto che con Ueber si arriva comodamente in diverse zone con un costo di 5 €. Inoltre è una zona molto silenzioso. Lo staff è sempre disponibile la signora Sarah e la Signorina Asmaa sono molto attenti e gentilissime. Il prossimo viaggio sarà sicuramente con la prenotazione di questo albergo.

It was really nice and on New Year’s Eve they gifted us a cake which was really kind. Breakfast would come to your room if desired and overall it was just amazing - would definitely go back The breakfast could do with some variation it is quite bland however I am not complaining because the service was exceptional.

The hospitality was outstanding, especially from Mr. Khaled the manager and Mr. Nasser at the reception. They were always helpful, welcoming, and made sure every detail was perfect.

- HITOMI (10/5): - I had a wonderful stay. It was a calm and relaxing place, located on a main street but with very little traffic. The hotel itself is so charming. My room had an entrance from the garden, which was an interesting. Even though I had seen some poor reviews regarding the Wi-Fi, the one they set up was fast and convenient. Above all, the hospitality was fantastic. The gentleman at the reception warmly welcomed me even though I arrived a little late. Also, I was delighted by the bartender's hospitality. Thank you!

- Benjamin (10/5): Fantastic stay… very well looked after - I could not recommend this hotel highly enough. The staff were so kind, couldn’t do enough to make my stay pleasant. Nasser the manager took particularly fantastic care of me. Room was in great condition and had everything I needed. The hotel is more like an old family mansion and has a nice homely feel to it. On Halloween the owner held a big party which I thought was a really nice touch. Met some very nice people. Grand Sheikh Zayed is a very nice area of Cairo but don’t underestimate how large it is. Walking anywhere is not an option. Fortunately the Ubers were very cheap. I will be coming back to this hotel during my yearly golf tournament in Allegria Golf Club. WiFi Was a bit slow.

- Pierre-Luc (10/5): A spotless, modern hotel full of thoughtful touches - The property is brand new, very clean, and comfortable, with modern facilities and excellent bedding. The location is also ideal — Sphinx Airport is easily reachable by Uber, which makes it a perfect stopover. What truly stands out, though, is the warm and generous welcome. The staff are kind and attentive, always ready to help. We were even treated to an unexpected Halloween evening, with complimentary sweets and pastries — small gestures that turned a simple airport stop into a joyful and memorable experience. Highly recommended!

- Younis (8/5): اقامة جيدة جدا لمن يريد السفر من مطار سفنكس.. - النظافة و الاستقبال و الهدؤ كنت حاجز بالفطار و لم يقدموا لنا الفطار بحجة ان الشيف تاخر لسبب ما....و لم يقدوا اى تعويض اكتفوا بالاعتذار فقط...مع ان جميع الفنادق فى هذة الحالة يقدموا شئ ملموس مثلا الفطار فى مكان اخر...انا اسفار كثيرا و اعرف هذه الاجراءات.
- Ed (8/5): Decent - The staff were kind and helpful. The size of the room was good. The garden and pool area look great, and there a tables for breakfast with a good view. The pool is suitable for small children only. Overall a good stay It took a bit more than an hour to check in because they were preparing the room although we were checking-in in the evening. The staff sent us some dessert to the room as a compensation which was a nice gesture. The bathroom design could use some work. Once the shower is used, it is wet everywhere. The shower handles (fittings) are old fashioned and not fully functional.
- Andrés (10/5): Our best stay in Egypt - Our stay was incredible. The staff is very friendly, and the receptionist was always attentive to us. When we mentioned that we were celebrating our anniversary, he arranged a lovely surprise together with the rest of the team. They helped make our day truly special. We liked it so much that we decided to extend our stay. The place is well maintained and very clean, and the room was spotless and comfortable. It’s a small but beautiful hotel. The breakfast is delicious. A little paradise for relaxation.

Repeated at 6 AM waking everyone even with ear plugs! Terrible! I don’t like waking up to loud anything! Repeated throughout day but at least awake then. No buffet breakfast Breakfast terrible as coffee at end as they had to call barista into hotel from home Eggs overdone and cold No toast but “warmed” bread and frozen butter (had to ask for that and spoons/salt) Fruit: bad apples and grapes Service extremely slow for toast eggs and coffee Have to ask for more towels and toilet paper Wi-Fi very poor - finally fixed at 1030 pm No Netflix satellite stations initially but finally got hours later Pool very small Key card difficult to use, not opening door consistently Completely out of the way. An hour out of Cairo airport! Instead of 2 refrigerators why not 1 frig and 1 microwave?

- Andrea (7/5): Consiglio il soggiorno in questa struttura - Struttura nuova e curata, camere pulite e spaziose con letto molto comodo. Naser è estremamente attento agli ospiti e fa di tutto per garantire un soggiorno piacevole Solo una persona parla inglese. Una mattina non è stato possibile ordinare la colazione, il giorno successivo sono arrivati piatti diversi da quanto richiesto senza avviso. Inoltre il WiFi in camera non ha mai funzionato, problema serio perché mi serviva per lavorare. La posizione è un po' lontana dai servizi principali.
