• Jelmer (10/5): Comfortabel en veilig verblijf op goede locatie. - De locatie in een van de hoofdstraten van Sea Point is perfect. De accommodatie is vrij nieuw en wordt goed schoongemaakt. In de twee zijstraten kun je gratis parkeren en na acht uur ‘s avonds gaat het hek op slot (je kunt met je key tag nog naar binnen). In de hoofdstraat zitten goede restaurantjes, ook voor ontbijt (Wid Sprouts was een favoriet). Ook is er 24/7 bewaking, wat erg fijn is. Het uitzicht dat wij hadden op zee was prachtig!

• Danielle (9/5): Prettig en veilig appartement met onder het gebouw gelegenheid tot parkeren van je huurauto. - Gezellig ruim appartement, waar je naast 2 prima slaapkamers ook nog een woonkamer en grote ronde eettafel tot je beschikking hebt. Ook in de keuken was het van alle gemakken voorzien en mocht je een wasje willen draaien, kon je dat meteen op het balkon drogen. Het appartement is gelegen aan een drukke straat, waar veel verkeer doorheen rijdt, dus daar zou je ‘s nachts last van kunnen hebben. Voor ons was het helemaal prima!

The building was very nice, the underground parking felt safe and convenient, and the 24/7 security at the entrance were a great plus. You have to pay for parking, but excellent and worth it.

The room is modern and neat. Has all you need for even a long stay. Roof top has excellent views. Was so good we extended our stay from 2 nights to 5 nights.. If I'm nitpicking, walls are thin😅, sheets had one or two holes but still perfectly usable. Overall the place is really great for the value.

Nous pouvions aller boire des verres le soir sur le front de mer sans se sentir en insécurité. Niveau équipement le logement est super bien équipé rien nous a manqué. Lieu très propre, lit confortable. Nous avions peur de se sentir à l’étroit dans le logement mais finalement pas du tout hyper bien agencé agréable à vivre et petite terrasse avec mini vue sur signal Hill. Clim ok Personnel agréable et serviable n’importe quand. Très réactif à la moindre questions. Aucun regret pour la localisation c’était top et le reste rien à redire . Si je dois revenir à cap Town je reviendrai dans ce logement sans hésiter. Rien

Bâtiment sécurisé, badge d'entrée nécessaire pour l'acces au bâtiment et à l'ascenseur. Personnel de conciergerie très sympathique et serviable. Le logement est nickel, spacieux, bien décoré. Tout est neuf, la literie est de qualité. Nous avons apprécié les 3 chambres avec chacune leurs sanitaires (lavabo, douche et wc). Belle vue de la terrasse aménagée et du logement. Toutes les commodités à disposition. Je recommande vivement, nous avons adoré. En cherchant vraiment quelques points d'amélioration, ce serait un canapé 2 places supplementaire, une petite tv dans chaque chambre, des lampes de chevet, des tables de nuit de chaque côté des lits... c est vraiment du détail car cela n'a pas gêné le séjour.

• Natascha (8/5): - Zentrale Lage in Sea Point mit vielen Restaurant und Frühstücksoptionen im direkten Umfeld. Ein kleiner Kiosk der 24/7 offen hat ist auch direkt an der Straße gelegen. Das Zimmer war sauber und hat seinen Zweck mehr als erfüllt. Auch das Personal war überaus freundlich und hat uns immer weitergeholfen bei Fragen. Die direkt Lage an der Straße sorgt für Lärm in der Nacht und die Zimmer sind leider sehr hellhörig.

Cleanliness was superb and elegant finishing in the facility and was very modern in styling. It is really hard to find fault with the facility. we absolutely enjoyed our stay If parking could be included in the overall costing as opposed to paying an extra R150 per day. Parking space is a challenge at sea point therefore making parking as part of the total package would be a nice improvement. Imagine staying at your facility for 10 days then R1 500 extra for parking. This was my only negative. Perhaps parking can be given as an option as one books

• Larissa (10/5): Highly recommended, great location, clean, and very safe - Our stay was absolutely wonderful! We stayed for a week and felt right at home. The apartment was equipped with everything we needed, the bed was very comfortable, and the cleanliness was excellent. Another highlight was the location, we had all types of restaurants and shops nearby at any time. Additionally, the area felt very safe, and the hotel had 24-hour security at the front desk. The staff was also very friendly. Overall, we had no issues at all and would definitely stay there again!

• Daniel (6/5): Good location, poor service - Location Staff were rude and made a big story about some booking issue on their side and said they couldn't accommodate us (despite the booking being confirmed). They then said we'd need to concede and move rooms on the 2nd day of our stay (including being without a room between checkout and checkin that day for 3 hours). After an unpleasant back and forth - they gave us a room. The room is only cleaned every 2nd day. On one of the days the room needed to be cleaned, the cleaner only arrived at 16.45. We asked for 10 minutes to get our stuff and leave to which she responded she didn't have time to wait for us and needed to leave. So over our 5 day stay- the room was cleaned once. This also meant amenities like tea and coffee weren't topped up.
