• Sarah (9/5): - The staff were lovely! The apartment was perfect with the most beautiful view. The pool and beach were gorgeous and the food in the restaurant didn't disappoint. The shop or restaurant doesn't take payment so your end of stay bill can really rack up! The pool bar wasn't open yet so that would have been nice.

Beautiful church next to hotel to celebrate Easter with the locals. The street outside the hotel is great for late night safe walks.

• Vassilis Klissouras (7/5): Nice overall, but not VFM at all. - The room was beautiful, excellent furniture and decoration choices, very nice garden view, quiet and cosy. Beach is OK, pool is very nice to relax viewing the sea. It is regretable that they charge customers 3 Euros/day for parking when they already pay 350 Euros/day for the room. Seems kind of cheap to me. There is also a serious problem with ants than went unoticed by the staff. Even more regretable, they blamed us for not telling them from the start.

• Rafail (4/5): Disappointing - The location and the beach area was great! Disappointing Stay – Not What We Expected! Unfortunately, our experience at this hotel fell short of expectations. While the photos and descriptions looked promising, the reality was quite different. Our stay at this hotel was overshadowed by unexpected charges that were not clearly disclosed at the time of booking. We were quoted one price, but ended up paying significantly more due to hidden fees and unexplained add-ons. It felt misleading and left a bad impression. The room itself was average and not worth the inflated cost. Transparency is key in hospitality, and unfortunately, this place fell short. Would recommend double-checking everything before booking.
• Amir (10/5): Perfect family Easter holiday. - Perfect location with wonderful view and amazing professional courteous staff. We loved our family Easter holiday and have plans to come back next year. The beaches are beautiful but rocky.

Our room was listed as having a sea view, but really, our little patio just saw a sliver of the sea, between other buildings. We were on the ground floor, and the interior was all grey. Grey floors, countertops, walls. Quite depressing and not homey at all. Our booking said parking was available at the property, but actually, to get a spot in the property, you had to book one ahead of time, so we had to park in the street outside of the hotel. The restaurant was closed on the evening we arrived, because they had hosted a big Easter meal, but they did not tell us ahead of time that this would be the case. There was an espresso machine in our room, but no espresso pods, so no coffee for us when we woke up!

Breakfast wasnt very appealing and consideing that its 15 Eur per person not very good value, a piece of moussaka is also 15 euro at the canteen. The parking is with a small fee but there arent enough spaces for all the guests.

Amazing location, ideal for one day trips to Hydra or Spetses. Only thing was outside pool. It is great pool and we were told that water is heated, but it was not actually (it was end of March)

• Dr (6/5): Management needs to invest in people - significantly understaffed! - The location of the hotel is excellent. So is the room. The kitchen was well equipped. The cleaning was superb. The staff were friendly (although very few of them). For the overall price one pays it is rather surprising that, as a hotel guest, one has to pay 3 euros/day for using the hotel parking. Overall, the hotel was understaffed and this was evident throughout (apart from the cleaning standards). For example, when we checked in we asked for a bellboy to help with the luggage. 20 minutes later waiting under the sun at the car park, no one came. During breakfast, there is only one waiter who was not enough. Although they offered to make a coffee, with everything else they had to do, they forgot it. 45 mins later we had to ask for it again. No waiter attends to the guests in the pool area. Although the bar is next to the pool, you need to go order food/drinks yourself. In the evening, we went to the bar for drinks. It was unmanned for more than 40 mins (we assumed that they were helping out at the restaurant serving dinner). We were tempted to leave. When a waiter did come, we were told that the cocktail we ordered was not made from scratch but was bought frozen. Excellent in terms of transparency, but not good! Management needs to remember that hospitality is made by people first.

Staying just one night is not enough. - Calming surroundings, spotlessly clean room, friendly reception and restaurant staff, almost any amenities and facilities you may need. Breakfast a la carte worth including. Being managed by a Swiss group, everything at Hapimag Porto Heli is curated and designed efficiently, especially the kitchen and bathroom. The 30m2 studios are absolutely fine for one or two persons, but I assume the larger ones have a bit more space to move around the beds. My room was on the ground floor of block 5, the patio of which looks out at another block and so no sea view. Ask for blocks 6 or 7 instead if possible. If you're arriving in May at or around check-in time after a lengthy drive from Athens, make sure you've had something to eat because the restaurant closes between 14:00 and 18:00, and the bar has not yet opened. You'll need to drive to Porto Heli for a taverna or supermarket.

• Evdokia (9/5): Brand new hotel, great people, super for families - The apartment was very clean, spacious and very well equipped. Every single member of the staff was extremely helpful, offering to us additional amenities for the baby, always with a smile! Charging extra the parking in the premises. Better if it was included in the hotel rate. Restaurant opening hours were very “North European”, not appropriate for Greek guests that prefer to eat later.
