• ROUJA (7/5): - Emplacement proche métro, petits commerces alentours, appartement assez spacieux pour Paris avec terrasse , café et thé à disposition Mobilier abîmé, manque de place pour ranger ses affaires, eau chaude difficile à régler pour la douche
• Ajoun (10/5): Nous avons passer un très bon séjour dans cette appartement. - Le logement très propre, bien équipé avec ce qu’il faut. Il est très bien située avec le métro juste à côté. Les commerces, boulangerie et snack juste en dessous de l’appartement rende bien service. La terrasse est un bon plus avec les beaux jours. Le bruits du métro 🚈

El piso muy sucio,el cuarto del baño muy muy sucio,la coryina de la ducha no se podia llamar cortina,tenia sociedad desde años cumulada en la parte baja,la cocina igual,no se podia usar nada de alli,las sábanas no se han cambiado de semanas creo, los paredes lo han limpiado con la fregona de cuanto pelos tenian sobre si,el mueble del comedor rota y sucia,del cristal de la terraza no digo nada,no creo que fue limpiado desde su existencia.

• Nsimba (9/5): Parfaitement bien passé comme prévu - Propriété, confort et l’emplacement idéal à mes déplacements. Le stationnement un peu la galère, mais j’avais trouvé qu’à même.

• Yury (7/5): - Blisko metro. Sklep intermarche pod blokiem. W miarę wyposażona kuchnia. Taras. Łóżka. TV. Nie zauważyłem że jest wymagana kaucja 300 euro przed zamiłowaniem. Ale ok, wszystko dobrze, kaucja zwrócona bardzo szybko. Wanna trochę brudna, zepsuta klapka zlewu wody. Dziwny hałas rano i wieczorem, czy to metro czy coś innego, nie wiem. Sypialnia to tylko miejsce dla łóżka bez okien. Nic więcej. I brak dzwi do sypialni.
• Akissi Léa Rosine (9/5): Super cool - Le calme, l'espace,la fluidité dans tout,la sécurité,et tous les commerces a proximité,intermarché,transports facile d'accès. Restauration Franchement ce fût une très belle expérience . Les verres a eaux étaient un peu vieux trop de calcaire.. Des travaux chez les voisins donc du bruit matin et soir mais ce n'est pas la faute a mon hote.

• Sarlani (10/5): Overall we had a great stay! - The apartment was cozy. There were hot water for showers and heating. The location was super. Right next to the metro with stores very close. Supermarket, boulangerie, mini markets. There was a nice balcony. The neighborhood was very calm and safe. There was also an elevator in the building. The only problem was the plumbing installation and you had to be very careful as it seemed to be just about to broke. Especially on the bathtub.

• Francine (5/5): Déçu. - La situation géographique. Par mail la propriétaire nous a autorisée à quitter le logement à 13h au lieu de 11H. Jamais eu de réponse avec le numéro de tél donné (8 appels). Très peu d'ustensiles de cuisine, pas de passoire pour éventuellement se faire des pâtes, pas de ciseaux. Tous les tapis sont sales, le store de la cuisine ne fonctionne pas, impossible de l'ouvrir donc très peu de lumière, lave vaisselle bouché. Très bruyant, tard le soir et dès 5h du matin certainement le métro en sous sol.
• Leo (7/5): Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen, die Wohnung ist angenehm ruhig mit schöner Terrasse. - Sehr gute Lage, ruhig und doch gleich bei der Metro! Die Terrasse war sehr angenehm. Vermieter*in war zuverlässig mit dem Antworten. Leider war die Badewanne nicht sauber und die Dusche verkalkt, daher sehr geringer Wasserdruck beim Durschen.

• Barbara (3/5): Appartamento maison alfort - La presenza di una terrazza Vicinanza metro Pulizia carente, soprattutto la biancheria Stanza matrimoniale inesistente, solo lo spazio x il materasso La terza persona ha una poltrona letto dove non si può dormire, dura e senza appoggi stabili e le eventuali lenzuola erano ammassate in un armadio alla rinfusa Zona di periferia non troppo tranquilla, mai usciti la sera Doccia nella vasca un po' datata
• Razvan (9/5): Very good - The place was comfortable and clean. Very quiet especially considering location. Especially convenient for families - several (take away) restaurants and a supermarket just next to the apartment. Easy to park on the street or in the parking garage of the supermarket. Metro station just 100m away (but do note that it is one of the slowest routes to Paris central - 30-40min). All in all - very good value for money.
• Nikolov (8/5): Had positives and some negatives, can be a very good choice depending on what you are searching for. - It was clean and cozy, like described in the photos. Communication with the host was also easy and quick. She reacted to all my questions and needs. Very close to the metro, parking nearby is free and there is a supermarket right downstairs. I think for the money it was good. There was a slight delay with the check in (30minutes) where we waited downstairs with our luggage. The bed and pillows were not comfortable. There is no door between the bedroom and the living room so there is not much personal space.
