• Réka (8/5): Apartment is good, location is a bit shady - A somewhat modern place. Comfortably equipped, apparently in a central location, so shops and restaurants, as well as the Pont Neuf, are just a few minutes away. There is ongoing metro construction, but that’s not what made it noisy. In the evenings and at night, there was a lot of shouting from the street, honking, and loud music. One evening, a homeless person squatted and screamed at the entrance while literally defecating right at the building’s main entrance. It wasn’t cleaned up for the remaining two days of our stay. It was tracked all along the street and even into the stairwell. After dark, I wouldn’t feel comfortable walking around the area. Even though it’s central—almost what you’d call downtown.

The apartment was very well equipt and perfectly located within easy walking distance of the centre or for the Metro just in front. The bathroom was a bit tired.

Muy moderno y con decoración muy bonita. La cama y el sofá cama eran muy cómodos, y tuvimos la posibilidad de pedir una cuna para la bebé.

• alain (8/5): un weekend prolongé agréable et un quartier paisible avec un marché très sympa le dimanche matin - Nous étions dans un quartier agréable, proche du centre ville. L'appartement correspondait à nos attentes (proche du domicile de notre fille ) . Nous étions 4 avec une seule chambre mais ce n'était pas gênant car appartement spacieux. Nous avons apprécié l'espace cuisine / salle à manger, un appartement qui a du charme. Beaucoup de placard dans la chambre et c'est un plus si séjour plus long Merci pour les dosettes de café pour l'arrivée. La salle de bain est un peu vétuste et surtout les WC sont dans la salle de bain ce qui un peu gênant lorsqu'il y a 4 personnes. Les serviettes de bains étaient humides à notre arrivée (dommage)

• MARIA (10/5): Otra feliz estancia en "Valentina" - No es la primera vez que cogemos este apartamento. Nos sentimos muy a gusto en él. Se había estropeado el termo del agua caliente y Jean puso mucho empeño en encontrar a un fontanero que lo cambió para nuestra llegada

Nada, El aparcamiento privado de la cadena Índigo es muy caro, merece la pena contratar el garaje con junto el apartamento si hay disponibilidad.

• MARIA (10/5): Perfecta estancia en Toulouse en apto Valentina - El apartamento está perfecto, moderno y cómodo y la ubicación es buenísima porque está muy céntrico al lado de la catedral, a 10 minutos del Capitolio y muy cerca del puente nuevo y el paseo del río. Lo recomiendo a todos los que sepan cuidar de las cosas como si fueran propias. Tener un parking privado al lado es un plus muy apreciado y Jean, es muy amable y está siempre cuando necesitas algo. La atención del anfitrión y la aceptación de la flexibilidad que necesitamos fue excepcional. El parking está fenomenal y en el portal de al lado, y eso se agradece mucho. La ubicación del establecimiento nos permitio visitarla ciudad sin utilizar ningún medio de transporte, aunque si nos hubiera hecho falta el metro está a 1 minuto caminando

• Anthony (10/5): Wonderful spacious apartment in an ideal location! - This is a lovely, spacious apartment in an ideal location in Toulouse. Jean was kind enough to let us check in early and stored our luggage for us the day we departed. The apartment was clean, the bed was comfortable and the kitchen well equipped for making a basic breakfast or lunch. The bedroom had lots of wardrobe space and hangers, which seems to be very rare. Jean was extremely responsive to all of our inquiries before we arrived and while we were there. We were very happy with the apartment but if we were staying longer than 5 days, we would have appreciated better quality cookware and a few more utensils. Also, the showerhead mount was loose so the spray couldn’t be directed effectively.

Tout le nécessaire dont on a besoin pour un séjour en famille. Si sensible aux bruits de l’isolation des vieilles bâtisse, prévoir des bouchons d’oreilles.

• Linda (10/5): Old building, but clean and close to everything - The 2 bedroom was spacious, very clean, and had what you need for a nice stay. The studio for our son was clean as well. Location is great for shopping, restaurants, food markets and for getting to know that area of town. There is a metro stop within a block. Very easy walk to so many things. Staff is very responsive and helpful, even though we never met them. If there was any question, they responded very quickly. If back in Toulouse, we would not hesitate to stay here again. Our only suggestion would be to change the flooring in the bathroom.

Zeer goed bed! Perfect voor een paar dagen voor Max 2 personen! Douche moet je omhoog stappen. Zeker niet geschikt als je slecht te been zou zijn.
