Selene (9/5): - Nos permitieron el Ingreso antes por que teniamos que arreglarnos para un evento y nos ayudo a llegar a tiempp, la habitación esta muy comoda, tiene todo refrigerador, micro, y esta cerca de varios puntos de interes. El unico detalle seria la cortina de lado derecho de la cama que permite que el sol pegue directo, y en nuestro caso no jalaba el you tobe en la tv, pero considero que son detalles minimos en general buena relación calidad precio.

• David (7/5): Noisy but nice - The studio was nice and the outside patio with the hot tub was comfortable. Bathroom laid out well and Kitchen adequate. We enjoyed our stay and Miguel was a great host but to be honest we were going to stay in Akumal but the little hotel we booked blew an electric circuit and canceled our visit. This apartment was a backup and was cheap. About 50$ US a night which is about right. It was right next to hiway 307. Right outside the chain link fence. Traffic noise was high. Buses, semis and motorcycles being the worse. The studio was on the third floor so you have to carry all your luggage/groceries up the stairs. I’m 77. The pool was on the lower level. There’s no chairs, tables or lounges around the pool and the pool is right outside the lower level apartment. It’s like sneaking into your neighbors pool. It cold too. The patio has no umbrella so on a sunny day it’s smoking hot. It gets sun all day, no shade. If you don’t want to shop or eat at the limited PA compound stores and restaurants you have to go out on 307 to a returno then back to the turnoff for “real” PA. We found the town to be more fun than the compound but that’s just us. The beach at PA is just OK. Better to go south to one of the beach clubs. We liked Xpu-ha. Beach chairs and umbrellas for rent. Drinks and food. $$ But ….. This won’t be everyone’s problem but the stove top didn’t function during our visit so we had to cook everything in the microwave.
