• lanouckmaia (10/5): - Appartement bien situé, proche de tout, conforme à l'annonce je recommande. Peut être un peu de temps pour trouver une place pour se garer. Et attention il y a plusieurs quartiers du même nom et pas de réponse par le propriétaire. Juste le petit bémol.

• Katerina (10/5): - Very spacious and clean. Nice location at around 35-40 min walking distance to the Acropolis. There is a 24/7 store nearby as well as other places to eat and have coffee. Pretty much everything was perfect. The only thing missing was a coffee maker but there was an option to make greek coffee if that's your thing. Still this is a minor issue and not a deal breaker in any way.

• Ελένη Τσιντάρη (5/5): Ικανοποιητική τοποθεσία με ζητήματα καθαριότητας και ασφάλειας που χρειάζονται βελτίωση. - Η τοποθεσία του καταλύματος ήταν καλή και η επικοινωνία με τον/την οικοδεσπότη/οικοδέσποινα σε γενικές γραμμές ήταν ικανοποιητική. Ο χώρος ήταν λειτουργικός και κάλυπτε τις βασικές ανάγκες της διαμονής. Δυστυχώς υπήρχαν αρκετά σοβαρά ζητήματα που επηρέασαν αρνητικά τη συνολική μου εμπειρία. Η εξώπορτα του σπιτιού φαινόταν ότι είχε παραβιαστεί στο παρελθόν, δεν είχε αντικατασταθεί και δεν ασφάλιζε σωστά, κάτι που μου δημιούργησε έντονο αίσθημα ανασφάλειας. Η εσωτερική πλευρά της πόρτας ήταν πολύ σκονισμένη και υπήρχε βίδα που εξείχε, κάτι επικίνδυνο. Επίσης, ο τοίχος δίπλα στην πόρτα ήταν μαυρισμένος σε σημεία και χρειαζόταν καθαρισμό. Στην κουζίνα βρήκα άπλυτα πιάτα, φλιτζάνια και μαχαίρια αποθηκευμένα μέσα στα ντουλάπια. Στην αρχή νόμιζα ότι ένα μαχαίρι ήταν σκουριασμένο, αλλά τελικά διαπίστωσα ότι ήταν απλώς ακαθάριστο, γεγονός που δείχνει έλλειψη σωστού ελέγχου καθαριότητας πριν την άφιξη των επισκεπτών. Επιπλέον, το air condition του σαλονιού δεν είχε μπαταρίες στο χειριστήριο, με αποτέλεσμα να αναγκαστώ να αφαιρέσω μπαταρίες από το air condition του υπνοδωματίου για να μπορέσω να το χρησιμοποιήσω. Τέλος, πάνω από το ψυγείο υπήρχε έντονη συσσώρευση σκόνης, κάτι που διαπίστωσα όταν πήγα να κατεβάσω το ρόλερ του παραθύρου που βρισκόταν από πάνω. Το Wi-Fi επίσης δεν συνδέθηκε με την πρώτη προσπάθεια, κάτι που δημιούργησε επιπλέον ταλαιπωρία στην αρχή της διαμονής. Επίσης, είχα ζητήσει ευγενικά early check-in και late check-out, όμως μου απάντησαν ότι αυτό δεν ήταν δυνατό λόγω άλλων επισκεπτών, κάτι που φυσικά σεβάστηκα. Ωστόσο, την ημέρα της αποχώρησής μου διαπίστωσα ότι το διαμέρισμα φαινόταν διαθέσιμο στην ίδια πλατφόρμα (Booking) για εκείνη την ημέρα, γεγονός που μου δημιούργησε την αίσθηση ότι ίσως θα μπορούσαν να με εξυπηρετήσουν αλλά δεν το έκαναν. Το αναφέρω όχι ως παράπονο, αλλά ως παρατήρηση.

• Grażyna (9/5): Komfortowy pobyt w Atenach. - Lokalizacja w pełni odpowiadała naszym potrzebom, Blisko do kawiarenek , restauracji czy sklepów. Spokojna okolica pozwalała na wieczorne spacery. Bliskość stacji metra Tavros czy przystanku trolejbusa pozwalała na sprawne i szybkie przemieszczanie się po Atenach. Sprawny kontakt z zarządcą apartamentu pozwolił na komfortowe korzystanie z obiektu. Wielkość mieszkania i wyposażenie były odpowiednie w sytuacji gdy nie podróżujesz z rodziną a współpracownikami ponieważ zapewniało prywatną przestrzeń dla każdej osoby. Warto pomyśleć o małym światełku w korytarzu bo po zgaszeniu światła w mieszkaniu było tam bardzo ciemno oraz o małej garderobie przy wejściu czy wieszaku , który z pewnością przydałby się w okresie jesiennym.
• Christopher (10/5): Excellent place to stay - This was a great location close to all the tourist spots but far enough away where things were not expensive. You have the Main Street you can walk up and down which has a super market and many restaurants. All the restaurants were good. Overall super happy with the place very modern and clean. My only one issue was the beds were not that comfortable but I’m comparing this from a memory foam mattress vs there spring type of bed.
