Markus J. (10/5): Schöne und sonnige Ferien mit erfrischendem Pool - Sehr frisches Wasser im Pool und gute Desinfektion. Der Pool-Billiardtisch war der Hammer und mega-beliebt. Saubere und grosszügige Zimmer, wo man seine Sachen gut versorgen kann, genügend Schränke vorhanden. Nette Angestellte und Hospitable-Feeling in der Anlage, mit No-Stress Bedienung. Hier gibts nicht zum Bemängeln.

Roseanne (2/5): I will never recommend or stay at this hotel again. - The food is good especially the mango shakes. While the other hotel staff did their jobs well, the Front Desk staff were extremely disappointing. They need PROPER TRAINING on guest service, check-in and check-out procedures, communication, and handling complaints with real solutions and apologies. Instead, they just handed out keys without a smile or any acknowledgment, making us feel ignored, dismissed, and disrespected. Their poor behavior overshadowed the efforts of the other staff. This experience was unacceptable, and I will never recommend or stay at this hotel again.

Quinten (5/5): Stay anywhere else - Staff Food was extremely slow to come out, waited over 30 minutes for breakfast. 300 peso fee to bring your own food and drinks in the room. The room had a weird smell, and we could hear everything from the other rooms. The pool was almost always unavailable with large swimming classes during the day and even in the evening.

Ted (10/5): - We had a pleasant stay at Palmas del Mar Resort. Location & Dining: One of the best aspects of this resort is its convenient location near the city. It was a huge plus when ordering food via Foodpanda, as we had a wide selection of restaurants to choose from. Amenities & Comfort: We really enjoyed the fact that we could swim after sunset. This allowed us to avoid the strong sun and made for a very relaxing experience. The staff were kind, and the accommodations (houses/cottages) felt cozy and comfortable. Important Note (A Potential Downside): A key thing to note is that cooking within the unit is prohibited. While ordering food was easy, we were required to pay a corkage fee even for the food delivered, which was an unexpected expense. Overall, a nice and cozy resort, especially if you prioritize easy access to city dining options and enjoy a late evening swim! Nothing much.
