- Krupa (8/5): Had a great time, just very thin walls haha - I actually really liked the property itself. It’s spacious, lovely and clean and as a solo traveller I felt safe. But the noise was insane, it wasn’t even the area i just had noisy neighbours who I did complain about but it made no difference. Walls are super thin so just a warning but overall great stay

I was excited the first time and brought friends with me to show them how good it is. I unfortunately did not like how the staff looked at us and when I asked for a towel I didn’t get one. I don’t know why. I wanted to cancel my 3th stay on May 6 because of a change in my flights. They declined my request and I have to pay full price. I understand policy but when I let them know atleast a week before the due date I expect a middle ground solution.

Wat wil je nog meer? De badkamer was niet goed schoongemaakt: je kon zien dat ze de douchedeur niet goed schoonmaken. Kamer was verder prima, maar niet zo mooi als op de foto’s. Personeel was een beetje bot, maar niet mega onaardig. We vroegen of we een extra (schone) handdoek mochten krijgen, maar daar kregen we een stevige “no” als antwoord op. Misschien was het een miscommunicatie, maar het voelde niet heel flexibel.

- cw712 (7/5): - Location is great - just a short walk to the MRT station, night market and centre of Chinatown. It was also cheap for our group. It is within the Station One building with a 7-11, Starbucks and SuperRich money changer on the ground floor. Old building comes with old plumbing - you get a funky smell from the bathroom drain and kitchenette sink at times. Family Room is a little dated and a little tight for four adults. The building has only 1 small lift so it can be a challenge for groups with large suitcases. Use the stairs if you don't have luggage or heavy shopping bags. The bathroom exhaust fan is linked the brightest of 3 lights inside so since we wanted to keep the fan on overnight, you have to be ok with sleeping without complete darkness as the bathroom door is not opaque so the light shines through

Personnel très sympathique et qui nous a été d’une grande aide lors d’une urgence médicale en pleine nuit. Merci beaucoup ! Lits confortables. Légères odeurs désagréables dans la salle de bain et les couloirs. Douche qui fuyait mais pas très gênant.

- FERNANDO (8/5): - El personal es de lo mejor que hemos visto en este viaje, educado, eficiente, amable y super bien predispuesto. El hotel está bien ubicado en el barrio chino. Se entra por una galería al lado de un 7 eleven, donde hay un Starbucks, una mujer que vende ropa y un puesto de cambio de moneda. Hay un guardia de seguridad muy amable que te indica que la recepción es en el 3° piso. La habitación es super espaciosa y confortable, con todo lo necesario y una gran vista desde el balcón. Tienen Netflix, lo cual es un plus. La zona del hotel se siente muy segura de noche, y aunque está a pocos metros de la movida nocturna, no se escuchan ruidos, al menos desde el 7° piso donde estuvimos. El baño tiene un lavamanos inusable por el nulo espacio para mojar las manos. Si sentís olor a comida, no te preocupes, es el jabón líquido. No hay agua caliente ni en el baño ni en la kitchinette, por lo que toca ducharse con agua con suerte tibia. La habitación se calienta muy rápidamente una vez apagado el aire acondicionado, pero este funciona muy bien y en un rato la vuelve a enfriar. No hay mesas de luz ni veladores ni enchufes cerca de la cama, todo lo cual es realmente incómodo. No tiene safety box. Nada de esto opaca la buena calidad del hotel y lo cómodos que nos hicieron sentir.

There is a 711 downstairs so you can literally buy everything there. The room is spacious and clean. Basic but comfortable. This is my second stay here and I got no complain at all. Tem um seven eleven, um super rich (para trocar moeda) e um Starbucks no edifício do hotel. O hotel tem também um serviço de massagens. Ficar mesmo na Chinatown, apesar de ter as suas vantagens, pode ser um pouco intenso. Logo à saída do edifício do hotel há muitos cheiros e muito movimento.

- christophe (8/5): dans l'ensemble l'hotel est bien - Bon hotel, bien placé. J'ai du demander au bout du premier jour de changer de chambre car c'etait trop bruyant avec la route et le personne la répondu rapidement à ma demande. L'hotel est propre. Par contre le marché de nuit est vraiment tres proche ainsi que le métro. Chambre grande. Pas de petit déjeuner, chambre qui donne sur la rue principale bruyante.

- 雍健 (9/5): - 服务态度非常的好。房间设备也很齐全。地理位置方便。房间还有微波炉，冰箱。很方便的。房间很大啊。感觉很好的。 不喜欢房间里面放白花，看起来很奇怪，而且白花很大盆。要放花的话不要放那种全白的，可以放一些彩色的插花，看起来会比较舒服。. 厕所的水龙头出水口的设计位置不好。不过房间另外还敷设一个洗手台，感觉很好。所以有的时候洗手就在房间辐射的洗手台洗手。厕所那个水龙头洗手的话很容易手碰到水槽。
