Sinem (10/5): - En çok ev sahibinin misafirperverliğini ve çözüm odaklı olmasını sevdim. Evin manzarası şahaneydi, fiyat performans açısından oldukça iyi bir seçenek. Evin temizliği, nevresimlerin ve havluların tertemiz oluşu, mutfakta her türlü ihtiyaca hizmet edebilecek araç gereçler olması bizim için çok büyük artıydı. Yazın şehirde ilaçlama oluyor mu bilmiyorum ama eğer olmuyorsa balkona sineklik yapılabilir. Türk müşteriler çok olur diye tahmin ettiğim için tuvalete de belki taharet musluğu yapılabilir, must değil ama tesis için + olur.

Ulku Defne (9/5): Kesinlikle öneririm çok temiz, ferah güzel bir odaydı. - Çok tatlı bir yerdi terası , manzarası özellikle çok güzeldi. Bizimle ilgilenen kişi çok tatlıydı ve çok yardımcı oldu. Ayrıca mutfak vardı ve ne gerekiyorsa her şey düşünülmüştü. Her şey için teşekkürler Emma .

Gökhan (10/5): - The place has a stunning sea view and is located in a peaceful area. Within a short distance, you can reach several beautiful beaches. The property is also very clean, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing stay. There was nothing to dislike. Everything met our expectations.

Ευαγγελια (4/5): - Είχε δίπλα στο χώρο κοινόχρηστο πάρκινγκ. Όταν μπήκαμε μέσα, μετά από σχετικό μνμ οτι το δωμάτιο ήταν έτοιμο, η ντουζιέρα ήταν ακαθαριστη με τρίχες και κιτρινίλες. Το τηλέφωνο του ντουζιέρα δεν είχε στήριγμα, η βρύση της ντουζιερας έχει χαλασμένο ρυθμιστή νερού και ταλαιπωρηθηκαμε να το κρατάμε με το ένα χέρι. Στο ψυγείο βρέθηκαν τρίχες και φαγητό από προηγούμενο ένοικο. Τα πιρούνι ήταν λερωμένα, δεν τα αγγιξαμε. Ένα κουτάλι και ένα μαχαίρι ήταν σε καλή κατάσταση τα οποια έπλυνα σχολαστικα. Δεν υπήρχαν καθαριστικά, ζήτησα χλωρίνη να καθαρίσω την λεκάνη που είχε πιάσει πουρί. Σημάδια χρηστων στα πλακάκια μπανιου και στον τοίχο. Ιστός αράχνης κάτω από κλιματιστικό, σκονισμένη καφετέρια, μυρμήγκια στον πάγκο. Σεντόνια τσαλακωμενα, καθρέφτης με στίγματα, πετσέτες μυρίζει πετρέλαιο και ζήτησα να αντικατασταθεί. Μαξιλάρια μυρίζει άσχημα και δεν χρησιμοποιηθηκαν. Το σαλονάκι που είχε είχε λερωμένα καθίσματα κ τρίχες. Ελειπη είδη κουζίνας για μαγείρεμα. Δεν υπήρχε τραπέζι μέσα για φαγητό, βγαίναμε έξω και μας κυνηγούσαν οι σφιγκες. Το εξωτερικό σετ τραπέζι καρεκλες το καθάρισα εγώ με το λάστιχο νερού γιατί ήταν μέσα στο χώμα, όπως και το τραπεζομαντηλο. Υπήρχαν τρίχες στα πόδια του τραπεζιού που υπήρχε έξω. Στρίμωγμα τα επιπλα, δεν άνοιγε η ντουλάπα. Ο περιβάλλοντος χώρος απεριόριστος με χόρτα και ακαθαριστος. Δεν υπάρχουν φωτογραφίες του συγκεκριμένου δωματίου στη booking.
ZEHRA ILKNUR (8/5): Thank you Emma :) - First Emma was very friendly. She contacted with us the day of our arrival and informed us about check in. check in process was very easy. The was spacious and there was coffee machine and coffee left for visitors. Also, there were other amenities that were necessary for the kitchen. We were at the room with the terrace. This one had a terrace next the room. You may prefer rooms with the balcony to be more comfortable. Moreover, the room was clean. The wifi was working very well. However, the only thing that we didn’t like is that the shower was a little bit small.

Biz ilk başta deniz manzaralı kiraladığımızı sandık bizim hatamızdı ama odamız yan tarafta kalıyormuş olsun balkonundan yine deniz manzaralıydı. Bi taraf deniz bi tarafı orman miss gibi. Sade mütevazi bir konaklama deneyimiydi. Kokkariye 6-7 dk arabayla. Güzel pilajlara çok yakın. Emma her sorumuzu yanıtladı. Hatta ulaşamadığımız restoranlara bizim için rezervasyon yaptırdı. Bize isteklerimize göre restoran önerdi. Oldukça ilgiliydi.

Fuori c è una terrazza dove poter fare colazione o mangiare È a 30m dall aeroporto Appartamento proprio piccolino, letti scomodi per me che sono alto 1.85 e con i piedi appoggiavo sul contorno del letto in legno. Doccia piccola e senza porta doccia sul muro
İlhami (10/5): Kesinlikle tercih edilir... Harika - Personal çok ilgili ve yardımseverdi. Her konuda yardımcı oldular. Oda da ihtiyacımız olan herşey vardı. Yatak temiz ve konforluydu. Balkon gayet geniş ve kullanışlıydı. Konum merkeze uzak olmasına rağmen kötü değildi.
KORHAN (8/5): Tesis konumu ve görevliler harikaydı. Sadece denize sıfır tesis olmaması (arada yol var ve kendi sahili yok), girişindek - Konumu ve manzarası harikaydı. Görevli herkes güleryüzlü ve yardımseverdi. Yakınında çok güzel restoranlar var. Ayrıca bölgenin denizi çok güzel sahilde kendi şemsiyeniz ve koltuklarınızla denize girebileceğiniz çok alan var. Denize sıfır bir tesis değil arada yol var ve girişinde ciddi bir yükseklikte merdiven var. Özellikle bizim gibi bebekli aileler için çok zorlu bir durum. Booking.com un denize sıfır tesisler içerisinde göstermesine inandık ve tercih ettik. Temizlik ile ilgili biraz daha dikkat edilmeli!
Hulya (9/5): - It was very clean, wide and very close to seaside. There were several restaurants at the sea side also. Avlakia region is in the middle of the island therefore we were about 20 min. far away from everywhere (with car) We have waited abit long but the reason was check in time is 15 :( the staff was very friendly. We are on the sea and road side therefore at night there were car noises (we had opened the window) We were 3 families with 6 kids, we are all comfortable.

The studio was spotless, well-equipped, and tastefully decorated. Everything was just perfect — a true haven for relaxation. Highly recommended! Amazing

Berna (7/5): A cosy home feeling with sea view - We stayed in two studios for a week, they were all renovated. Almost everything was new in the studio. The availability of the staff to help and be in contact was comforting. After a problem, they paid some effort to fix it, when they couldn’t, they upgraded us to another studio and made sure everything was OK. The sea view of the balcony was like a therapy. We have always found a spot at the nearby public parking lot. The location is on the north, other than the road there is almost no noice at all. Very close to the beaches like Tsabou, Lemonakia, Tsamadou. The studio has mosquito nets, since the area is very breezy, it was very helpful. The AC was also new and made the room quickly colder. The bed was comfortable. Mini fridge was enough for two people. The wifi was not very good everywhere in the first studio but at the second studio we didn’t have any internet connection at all. Since they opened new, they weren’t aware of that. There will be a technician soon. Kitchen has an induction portable stove, can be very difficult to cook sometimes. Also to cook they will provide more stuff in the studio.

It was a stay where everything was enough.I stayed here because I particularly liked the Avlakia region. For information: 300 meters from the sea ( you can walk easily ). The rooms generally have sea views. The balcony is quite large, with a beautiful sea view. No breakfast in the accommodation, mini kitchen bar, fridge, free bottle of water in it, nice coffee.Toilet and bathroom are very clean. Emma speaks English and French. This was very good for communication. Friendly and helpful hosts. You can make a reservation without hesitation. There is no TV in the room, the market is a bit far, but I didn't mind since I had transportation.
