• Nathalie (7/5): - Location near transport, restaurants and convenience stores. Contact very easy with management. Beds very confortable, very quiet Appreciated having a washing machine. Probably better for a family than 2 couples as one of the bed is in the living room.

• Lloyd and Angie (6/5): - Excellent location a short walking distance to the train station. Beds were comfortable, and the hot water supply was very good. To be fair, this is an apartment in Japan and gives a feel of how daily life in Japan could be - including self-clearing of trash and very basic amenities. Lift is old and physical key to the door remains tied to the key box outside the door. Not best value for money. And ¥2000 per 30mins late checkout was only communicated after fully booking and paying for the stay (as was the info of additional charges for not clearing the trash).
• Angela (7/5): Overall space was okay for 6 people. - Close to transportation/train. The bed was not set up for us yet. Caretaker had to do it while we were waiting in the room.

• Alexandra (10/5): Convenient, clean and comfortable. - Quiet, comfortable and very clean room in convenient area, 6 mins walk on flat paved road to railway station. Lifts at station and at apartment so very accessible. Very nice and helpful host. Would definitely stay again.

• Rupeng (6/5): - 地理位置挺好，距离涩谷、浅草等热门景点很方便。 我搜索、预定都是按照两大两小，看到价格满意支付下单，订单确认后第二或者第三天，房主又要求注册入住信息，我注册完第二个人后就显示完成了，不能再添加，我以为只需要注册成人，就没再多想。等我入住的时候，房主反复跟我强调我的订单只有2人。之后我跟平台索要我的搜索和预定信息，平台又不能给我，我觉得这次应该是我最后一次用booking了，祝你们生意兴隆。再见

• Dorien (10/5): Superb value with convenient location and outstanding host - Room itself is spacious, clean, and its location makes it quiet and convenient. Less than 5 minutes from Tokyo metro station. I'd say it's most comfortable with 3 guests, but definitely can house many more. Beds were comfortable and clean. Table in room and desk give ample space if a space to work is needed. Has everything you might need- laundry/drying machine, stove, microwave, fridge/freezer. Also, one of the kindest and most caring hosts I've ever had the pleasure of meeting. Very knowledgeable about Tokyo and the surrounding area, provided guides to local necessities, and multilingual! The wifi slowed down when multiple devices were on it doing high-bandwidth things
