- Bohumil (4/5): Décevant - Maison spacieuse avec terrain et piscine Logement pas propre : vaisselle sale, four sale, façades des meubles de cuisine avec marques, barbecue extérieur non utilisable, canapé avec miettes de gâteaux, ... Equipements minimalistes : aucun sèche cheveux dans les 3 SDB, mobilier extérieur cassé donc inutilisable, peu de vaisselle (manque de verres et d'assiettes, pas de plats,...) Piscine non nettoyée Poubelles débordantes devant la maison dès notre arrivée et pendant tout notre séjour (4 jours)

- nagel (1/5): Terrible stay with ant infesting hot property with cold showers - The beds were comfortable despite the ants in the beds. The first night we arrived at the property the refrigerator broke and all the food we spent money on, went bad and spoiled along with the ice cream cake. I spent a lot of money on melted. While on vacation we had to mess with the breaker pull out the refrigerator plug it back in. The house did not supply us with paper towels we had to go out of our way to buy some. We were staying more than one night but only supplied with one trash bag so we had to go buy those as well after we spent more than enough money on this property, which should have supplied us with both paper towels and trash bags. Multiple floorboards around the house were cracked or broken, which is considered a hazard as one of our guests almost got hurt. A couple hours later my guest let me know that there was ants in infesting their bags. All around the bathroom in the toilets were ants. Outside in the backyard cockroaches infested the property so you couldn’t hang out in the backyard at night. Moving into the next day the AC broke in the house. It was at 84°. We noticed that the property had bought fans the day before because the fans that were in the bedroom were the ones that were in the trashcan so they knew that the AC wasn’t working in parts of the house or wasn’t working in general. After enjoying the pool, we wanted to take a nice hot shower, but none of the bathrooms had hot water. The water was freezing cold. The thermostat said the house had been off the network for 3 days so that’s probably why the house was hot. Following that I contacted the property and asked for a refund and have been told “they would contact me to resolve this issue” for the past four days was supposed to expect a call and didn’t receive a call nor did I see receive a refund I will be attaching photos for everybody do not stay at this property. If anybody would like me to send them more photos of the ants and infesting, our guest bags or the ants and infesting the toilet. Definitely reach out to me I’ll gladly share
