• Suria Devi (1/5): Avoid AZURE at Trion Residence – Poor Service and Unreliable Host - We booked this property for a family of four adults, however the accommodation was not suitable nor properly prepared. The living area had only a two-seater sofa, there was no dining table, and basic kitchen items such as proper cups and plates were not provided, no carpet, and the cold tiled floors made the apartment uncomfortable, particularly given it is located on the 52nd floor. The unit was not clean upon check-in. The floors were sticky, indicating they had just been mopped, despite our late check-in at 6:30 pm, which should have allowed sufficient time for proper cleaning. The washing machine had a strong unpleasant odour. One bathroom water heater was not working, and the air-conditioner switch in one bedroom was broken. The floor mat was visibly dirty with brown stains and had not been replaced. Flat, worn-out pillows were provided initially; replacements were only delivered late at night after we requested them. Only two toilet rolls were provided for four guests. We requested additional supplies, but they were never delivered. There was no water filter or Netflix service as expected. We were charged RM1,500 for a three-night stay, which is completely unjustified given the condition of the property and the lack of basic amenities. This was a very disappointing experience. I would not recommend booking this accommodation, as the host was unreliable and unresponsive.

• Mihai (2/5): Terribly dirty, terrible communication, a test of patience - good view, nice pool area, proximity to KL (+free shuttle to LRT) Stayed for over a month at this condo. First off, it was so dirty that it took us 5hrs to clean, had to buy our own sheets && towels so as not to stay in the filth and hairs of previous guests. Fridge stinking of something impossible to clean (although we tried, to get rid of the stench), bathroom filthy below 1 star hotel, hairs and dirt everywhere, the cleaners were clueless about even the most basic hygiene rules. The communication with host was ZERO. Had to wait and wait and wait literally for days, even to get a roll of toilet paper or some soap. Asked for invoice, which was sent after I insisted and insisted at least 20 times with the same thing. It's literally like talking to a wall. Terrible experience, we were forced to stay due to payment via company, otherwise would have left the first day. Also: The Condo in general is noisy day and night, we stayed at at different apartment as well (much cleaner!!) but it was the same - if you are sensitive to street/AC noise it will most likely bother you.

Really appreciated it 👍🏻 Found tissue paper in pool, but the cleaner immediately clean it. Overall worth every penny spend
• Teng (4/5): Disappointing - The location is great and conveniently close to the city. The view from the room was also beautiful. There were stains on the bedsheet, pillowcase, and towel provided. Additionally, the room was very dusty, and we kept sneezing throughout the night because of it. The cleanliness of the room definitely needs improvement.

Also my room was not ready for me until 4:00 pm. In addition, the property is not clean.
