Gianfelice (3/5): Apartment with a lock. There are many much better alternatives. I wouldn't recommend it due to the terrible customer - The area is very quiet and new. It's close to the central station. I booked for a group of 7 people a single apartment with multiple bedrooms, but there were actually three different rooms on the same floor. Upon arriving late in the evening, the keys were left in the mailbox with a padlock, but the lock combination send to us was INCORRECT, as the owners admitted the day after. NO ONE answered the phone that night, and we had NO ASSISTANCE, leaving us locked out of the room for hours. Having three rooms and not a single apartment, one of the rooms was supposed to be a triple, but the sofa bed hadn't been made up for the third person, and no one ever came to make it up in the following days, as requested. Despite the serious disruption on the first night, The only offer we received from the property was a free two-hour delay on check-out, which was completely unnecessary for us. Furthermore, during our stay, both the shower gel and toilet paper in the room ran out and were never replaced. Never again.
