• Xiaoheng (7/5): It was quite an unpleasant experience. - First of all, this should be a newly renovated hotel. The room is very new, clean and tidy. However, the room we were given upon check-in did not match the photos shown on Booking. After communicating with the hotel, they arranged a room change for us, which was not a big issue. The two most disappointing aspects of my stay were as follows. First, as mentioned earlier, the hotel had only recently been renovated. Upon entering the room, there was a strong, pungent smell of formaldehyde, which is well‑known to be extremely harmful to human health. Second, the hotel is located beside a main road. The room we were moved to after negotiation faced directly onto the road, so there was constant traffic noise throughout the night. The room had virtually no sound insulation, making it very difficult for me to fall asleep.
• Michael (8/5): We were upgraded to a room with the city view as was pictured. We appreciate this being done, there was no additional co - Central location, nice decor, very spacious. Room we were first shown did not have the city view that was pictured in the one we booked.

Rooms were spotless we had the loft area - Great wee location Spotless room Basically we were staying elsewhere and came here for a night to try it before booking to come back in july. Glad we did Couldnt find a fault Place was ideal and really clean. Outdoor pool and sauna ect were shut i guess due to not being n season We are returning in july

• Jessica (10/5): Beautiful, comfortable, clean apartment in convenient location - Beautiful new modern apartment, perfectly clean. Convenient location if you have a car (free easy parking) and just a couple minutes driving to downtown area. Staff friendly and helpful. Shower pressure is amazing. Luxurious bed and linens. Love the big bathroom sinks and counter space. There’s an indoor pool too but I didn’t get a chance to use it. Would definitely stay again, great value. The hot water didn’t get hot in the morning, but it was nice and scorching hot at night. A washer would be nice as well as hand towel in the kitchen. I was disappointed the sauna and steam room weren’t available for some reason.
