• Oleksii (2/5): Not very clean and overall lazy maintenance that might affect your Rome experience. - Great location Very dirty. Broken shower, no locks on the bathroom door, electric outlets and lamp plugs are broken. We requested an early check-in and the request was approved, but we still arrived to an unfinished apartment. Also, directions were incorrect, missing some crucial steps.

• camilla ravina (2/5): non raccomandato, - brutto posto, fatiscente e disorganizzato. La chiave del portone non funzionava e non ho avuto assistenza ho dovuto svegliare il vicinato per farmi apreire

• Federico (6/5): Prezzo eccessivo per la scarsità di comfort. Appartamento n°1 - La casa è molto carina, il self check-in ottimo, cosi come lo staff molto disponibile. La posizione molto strategica, al centro della città e vicina alle attrazioni turistiche, a pochi passi anche la metro e la fermata dei bus. Ci sono anche delle note negative nell'appartamento n°1: in tutta la casa c'è la mancanza di luci, soltanto delle abat jour e alcuni LED nel corridoio, al tramonto del sole la cucina è diventata buia, ad illuminare l'ambiente solo una abat jour, cosi come la camera da letto. Ho dovuto usare l'angolo cottura con la torcia del cellulare. Alcune prese elettriche non funzionanti, il piatto doccia un po ingiallito e il lavandino che spruzza acqua ovunque. A questo prezzo avrei voluto avere maggiori comfort.
• Francesco (5/5): Migliorabile, si salva solo la posizione - Ottima Posizione Camera non finestrata, a mano che tieni la porta di ingresso aperta (si entra direttamente in camera). Mancanza illuminazione. Bagno: doccia obsoleta, senza supporto per doccino e lo stesso parzialmente funzionante. Ruggine sul piatto e sulla struttura. Doccia idromassaggio non funzionante. Lavandino piccolo e ostruito dal calcare, l'acqua spara ovunque. Pressoché nulla dotazione cucina.

• Iwona (8/5): - Świetna lokalizacja - w ciagu 3-dniowego pobytu właściwie nie było potrzeby korzystać z komunikacji miejskiej, dodatkowo położone bardzo blisko dworca Termini. Mieszkanie było wyposażone we wszystko co potrzebne, w tym w klimatyzację. Duży plus za świetny kontakt z właścicielem? polecam!!! Mieszkanie było czyste choć przydałby się remont, w szczególności w łazience.

• Jessica (4/5): Poorly and not equality between quality and price - The location The facilities are all broken around (wardrobes with doors, 'clean towers' near shoes that wasn't ours) house is not clean...

• Anne (1/5): Never again...owner, a tad of advice, make the effort. - Location and instructions for getting in to the property were the best bits...the property itself was really bad, no working lights in the lo=unge, very unclean, uncomfortable beds, no doors on the cupboards, we didn't have a shower as could not bear to. Very poor attention to giving guests either comfort or value, terrible.
• Martin (6/5): Pleasant - The location was fantastic. The apartment was spacious. The apartment just lacked some key necessities, like kitchen equipment and cleaning equipment. There was no bin in the kitchen which makes tidying up harder. The bin in the bathroom had no bin bag. The shower was broken and hard to use. The bed pillows were lumpy and uncomfy. No usable washing machine.
