• Jessica (10/5): Perfect Choice in Bilbao - The apartment is brand new and nicely decorated. The bed is very comfortable, great shower, and the location was perfect for us- only short walk to Guggenheim and Old Town. Nice bars and supermarket near by and it’s only a small incline, not steep one as some other reviews report. Public transport is very well linked for airport and city travel. Kitchen was well equipped with kettle, microwave, pots and pans, etc. Communication before and during was very easy. Self check in worked well. I would recommend and would stay again. It was a very nice stay and good value for money. And a lovely city! Only minor points - it would be nice to have a manual for kitchen equipment as the kettle and microwave aren’t user friendly. As others have listed, the emails from booking.com are annoying and confusing as all links to info are removed. Would be better to remove this as we never knew if we were missing some info. And the digital keys we fine but would prefer key code. I don’t like to always bring my phone with me, but had too, and slightly worried if battery died or lock didn’t work. Only small comments but nothing to make stay unpleasant.
• Vera (9/5): Hogar en Bilbao - El detalle con el que está decorado. Muy acogedor. Tiene todo lo necesario para estar muy cómoda. Luminoso. Muy buena atención. Nos contestaron muy rápido cuando tuvimos dudas y fueron muy amables. Se oía bastante ruido por la noche, hasta la 1 o por ahí, era fin de semana. porque la ventana al ser tan grande no se puede cerrar del todo. La cama no es cómoda, el único pero del alojamiento.

• Carolina (10/5): - Por dentro se ve súper lindo e igual al de las fotos Creo que lo único que no me gustó de alojamiento, es que todo es automatizado es algo que se entiende que el alojamiento trabaje de esa forma, pero siento yo de que deberían de haber siempre ambas alternativas, tecnología y lo cotidiana que en este caso vendrían siendo las llaves físicas por todo lo otro nada negativo eso será lo único.

• Andrea (7/5): Good value for money in an expensive city - Overall, the stay was positive, the pros are: - Location - this is debatable, if you prefer being in the old town, then this is not for you, but i liked being just outside, staying in a real neighbourhood. It is a bit of a hike but if you come from the bridge, not much of a slog. In addition, to go to Guernica you have a direct train 2 mins away from you, and with the same line you get to Casco Viejo (Old Town) very quickly. - Apartment itself - it seems rather new, well kept Communications - despite not being their fault, the comms on booking.com are useless, because all links are removed so you need to discuss with the host via whatsup Keyless - apparently you can arrange a physical key but I had a digital one, which at times did not work well Corporate no flexibility - comms are rather impersonal, you will not ever see the host, not sure you can even ask for any advice (in previous trips my hosts were gracious and helped with questions, etc), none of this here and no flexibility on check out. They even tried to guilt-trip me into leaving before the 11 AM checkout time (to allow more time for their cleaning staff). Amenities - I get it was cheap but no coffee provided, just a massive 10 cups moka, with no coffee. There are loads of cafes around, but jesus, some ground coffee won't break your bank. Noise - There is a bar next door, on the Friday night they kept me up until 2 AM. Also the apartment is street facing with a kids playground, so noisy.

• VERONIKA (6/5): - Los apartamentos estaban limpios y la habitación correspondía completamente a las fotografías. Durante las dos semanas de estancia, los apartamentos fueron tranquilos, sin ruidos molestos, lo que permitió disfrutar de una estancia cómoda. El barrio es bueno y agradable para vivir. A pesar del terreno con colinas y pendientes, moverse por la zona fue cómodo. Cerca hay dos estaciones de metro y supermercados, lo que hace que la ubicación sea conveniente para las necesidades diarias. En general, los apartamentos son adecuados para estancias largas. Elegimos este alojamiento en parte por la disponibilidad de lavavajillas, ya que nuestra estancia era de dos semanas. Sin embargo, tras el check-in descubrimos que el lavavajillas no funcionaba. Posteriormente supimos que el alojamiento ya conocía esta avería antes de nuestra llegada, pero no nos informaron previamente. Durante toda nuestra estancia, del 10 al 24 de febrero, el lavavajillas no fue reparado ni se nos ofreció una solución clara o un plazo concreto. Además, el suministro de agua caliente depende de un termo, lo que limita su disponibilidad y obliga a esperar a que se vuelva a calentar. Esta información no estaba indicada en la descripción del alojamiento ni fue comunicada con antelación.

• agnieszka (8/5): Komfortowo, czysto, miło - Czysto, dobrze wyposażony obiekt (kuchenka, mikrofalówka, kawiarka), wygodna łazienka, fajnie położony (cicho, blisko wszystkich ważnych punktów turystycznych, ciepło (w zimie). Same pozytywy jeśli chodzi o pobyt. nadmiar skomplikowanych i powtarzających się wiadomości mailowych, na booking i whatsup odnośnie sposobu zameldowania - dla nas męczące, być może dla kogoś kto lubi dokładne informacje i instrukcje to będzie atut. Na pewno właściciele mogliby uprościć ten proces i nie opierać go o zewnętrzne linki i złożone kody trudne do przepisania, które są blokowane przez booking i trzeba podawać maila lub nr telefonu. Ale to drobiazg przy bardzo miłym pobycie.
