• Brad (10/5): a calm sanctuary from the busy city outside. - A ground level entry away from the busy street, which made for a quiet retreat from the busy city. The host was super friendly and worked hard to make sure we got into the suite when we needed to. Pretty close to shopping and sights. It says it is a quiet building, but there was a young woman above us upstairs that played pretty loud music in the evening, that wasn't exactly our taste in music! :)

Nossa acomodação foi perfeita, nos sentimos muito bem acolhidos pelos proprietários Da dificuldade que sentimos em acessar e por isso não utilizamos a maquina de lavar roupas.

• Chris (10/5): Final Stay in France - Convenient location, within walking distance to the centre of the old town, to sights and restaurants, bars and cafes. Felt very safe and secure. Great selection of restaurants within walking distance, made our last night in France special. Close to transportation hubs made access very easy, two close train stations, we took TGV to Paris for our flight home.

Il y a demande de caution. La demande arrive après avoir payé. Je trouve cela scandaleux, on ne nous fait pas confiance et nous devons faire confiance. 😡😡😡. Le rapport qualité prix n’est que moyen.

Tout s est très bien passé. Je recommande ce logement. Les murs ne sont pas très épais de l immeuble donc attention aux bruits

Du coup, le matin on ne pouvait pas se laver tant que la personne dormant dans la chambre n'était pas réveillée. De plus, le canapé lit n'avait pas de draps. Nous avons du faire le lit nous même après que la propriétaire nous a apporté les draps

Nous avons apprécié la grandeur de l’appartement, la proximité avec le centre ville et la gare, les petites attentions comme la mise à disposition d’un espace pour enfants (même si nous n’étions qu’entre adultes) ainsi que le nécessaire dans la salle de bain pour hygiène féminine. • Cesar (10/5): - Localização excelente para visitar a cidade. Nosso carro tinha o tamanho exato para acessar a vaga de garagem, o que foi ótimo para nós. A comunicação com o anfitrião foi muito boa. Apenas um detalhe (que não chegou a afetar a nossa avaliação), é que o banheiro (que é ótimo) fica na suíte, então para usá-lo todos os hóspedes precisam entrar no quarto.

Molto apprezzate le cialde per il caffè ed il piccolo tavolino con i giochi per i bambini.Centro di Tours raggiungibile a piedi I materassi dei letti singoli andrebbero sostituiti, troppo usati. I cuscini terribili. Il materasso del divano letto abbastanza scomodo. Il parcheggio gratuito è apprezzabile, ma rivedrei i modelli delle auto che riescono ad entrare. Noi avevamo una Fiat 600 e siamo entrati a pelo.

• Selina (10/5): Lovely apartment spacious and light. - Lovely apartment, spacious and light, good place to store bikes even a washing line to hang clothes outside. It is a courtyard off a busy road but very quiet as you are set back.
• Jon (10/5): Lovely apartment in an ideal location. - Beautiful compact apartment, ideal for exploring the city. The apartment is ideal for 3-4 people. However, my wife and I shared the sofa bed for our family of 5, and it was not the most comfortable. Since it was only one night, this was not a major problem. The parking is a little tricky but very doable. It is helpful if someone is out of the car assisting the driver!

• Alexander (10/5): Exceptional - It is a two-bedroom apartment with a large sofa bed in the living room, clean, with a well-equipped bathroom and fairly fast internet. The narrow driveway was no obstacle for our small car, and we got a parking space just a stone's throw from the city center.

• Anna (10/5): Highly recommend this appartement - The whole experience, location, privacy, clean, well equiped. Ground floor so easy for us with a person with reduced mobility. Local store very close. Lovely safe space just outside. The owners are lovely. Friendly and helpful. Prompt messaging. Did not need to use the washing machine or dishwasher, but all appliances we did use were great. The shower is fab, plenty of hot water. Beds are comfortable, clean with clean linen and towels. The only slight drawback could be the access for vehicles, i.e. the width of your vehicle. We parked outside on pay parking, I think we paid around €10 for two days. That is it!
• Olivier (6/5): Not as pleasant as we expected - The apartment is very well located close to the city center. It is spacious enough, and the mattresses were comfortable. The kids appreciated the kids toys available in the living-room. However, the place wasn't very clean (essentially dust in every room, lots of crumbs under the master bedroom's rug), some appliances were broken (toaster) and it was a bit noisy until around 8pm. The pillows are very thin. Also, if you have a SUV, know you won't be able to use the free parking space inside and will have to park in the street. Overall, I think it wasn't a great value for money.

Lovely bathroom with good shower We could have done with a thin blanket on the beds as it was quite cold on the day we stayed
