You could easily spend the whole day by the window enjoying the view, and the breakfast was good. The room was a bit small and in need of some maintenance. The most frustrating aspect was having to use two elevators just to reach the room.

Bei unserer Ankunft war das Zimmer nicht sauber gemacht und die Bettwäsche war auch mit Flecken und Haaren voll. Nachdem ich gebeten hatte wenigstens die Bettwäsche zu wechseln, was auch gemacht wurde, haben sie uns wieder fleckige Bettwäsche gebracht.

Даже кафе SAMARKAND с узбекской кухней Номер 210 на 5 человек, комнатки маленькие не развернутся, стульев нет всего одно кресло. Душевая кобинка большая но умывальник очень не удобный умыца упираешся в стенку. Но это всё мелочи. Основная проблема что обсалютно нет шумо изоляции. Слышно что происходит в коридоре и у соседей. И самая большая проблема что на улици под окнами всё время работает двиготель типа генератора или компрессора и гул стоит круглые сутки. Просил поменять номер. Бесполезно. Спал в берушах но и с ними выспатся нормально не получалось. Так что если у вас чуткий сон как у меня этот отел не советую.

- Alina (10/5): - Bardzo cudowny hotel 🤍 Polecam wszystkim to był mój pierwszy raz w Stambule i wszystko było przepięknie ☺️ wygodna lokalizacja, piękny pokój (dostałam nawet King size zamiast standardowego bez dopłaty :)) i też wyjątkowy miły i pomocny personel pomagali mi nawet zbierać walizki o 12 w nocy bo zakupy przewyższyli rozmiar walizek i się udało ✨
- ilhan (1/5): - Zentral in guter Lage Das Zimmer war relativ klein, was noch in Ordnung gewesen wäre. Allerdings waren die Wände sehr dünn, sodass man jedes Geräusch aus dem Flur hören konnte. Am schlimmsten war jedoch, dass das Zimmer kein Fenster hatte. Als ich gefragt habe, ob ich in ein Zimmer mit Fenster wechseln kann, wurde mir ein Aufpreis von 100 € angeboten – das fand ich nicht akzeptabel. Die Lage des Hotels ist zwar gut, aber insgesamt würde ich das Hotel definitiv nicht weiterempfehlen.

- Andrii (8/5): Für dieses Geld eine perfekte Wahl. - Das Personal war freundlich und super nett. Die Lage ist in der Nähe der U-Bahn, verschiedener Cafés und eines Einkaufszentrums. Das Fenster lässt sich nicht ganz schließen, deshalb war es wegen des Verkehrs etwas laut.
- Issabekov (10/5): Bu oteli yolculuk sırasında konaklayanlara, tatil için gelenlere ve ailelere tavsiye ederim. Konaklama için oldukça uygu - Konum gerçekten çok iyiydi: metroya, tramvaya, mağazalara ve kafelere çok yakın, oldukça canlı bir bölgede bulunuyor. Her yere yürüyerek ulaşmak mümkün. Odaya gelince; oda temizdi ve yatak rahattı. Odam güneş alan taraftaydı, bu yüzden aydınlık ve ferah bir ortam vardı, nem gibi hiçbir sorun yoktu. Her şey temizdi ve oda her gün düzenli olarak temizleniyordu. Ayrıca Ramazan ayında sabah sahur verilmesi de beni çok memnun etti. Genel olarak her şeyden çok memnun kaldım. Resepsiyondaki çalışanlara da özellikle teşekkür etmek isterim; çok yardımcı oldular. Çok teşekkür ederim. Tek hoşuma gitmeyen şey fiyatların değişmesiydi. Booking üzerinden yapılan rezervasyon fiyatı ile otelde doğrudan uzatma yapmak istediğimde verilen fiyat arasında büyük fark vardı. Booking üzerinden rezervasyon yaptığımda gecelik yaklaşık 35 dolar ödüyordum. Ancak konaklamam bittikten sonra kalış süremi uzatmak istediğimde fiyatın 55 dolar olduğunu söylediler. Biraz pazarlık yapmaya çalıştım ama maalesef kabul etmediler; bu da beni biraz hayal kırıklığına uğrattı. Bunun dışında genel olarak her şey iyiydi. Neyse ki daha sonra yakında daha uygun fiyatlı ve hatta daha iyi bir otel bulabildim.

Esperaba aumque sea huevo revuelto como en todos los hoteles de estambul que he estado pero era repetitivo. La nevera no enfriaba, los armarios estaban ubicados en un lugar incomodo para 3 personas que nos alojabamos, debajo del tocador ahi una madera depegada.
- Jawad (1/5): - The website clearly states that the hotel provides an airport shuttle, which was one of the reasons I chose to stay here. However, when I arrived and asked about the shuttle service, the staff refused to provide the advertised service and told me that if I wanted to make a complaint or claim against them, I could do so. Because of this, I had to arrange my own transport from the airport and ended up paying nearly twice the normal price for an airport shuttle. When leaving the hotel, they eventually agreed to take me to the airport, but they charged an additional $50 for the drop-off. This was very disappointing, as the shuttle service is advertised as a facility of the hotel. The information on the website is misleading and caused unnecessary extra cost and inconvenience. In addition, my booking clearly stated that the room would have three double beds, but when we checked in the room only had two double beds. This caused inconvenience for our group and the issue was not properly resolved by the hotel staff. Overall, the information on the website was misleading and the service provided did not match what was advertised.

- Souad (10/5): Fantastico - Mi sono trovata molto bene e soprattutto al sicuro,colazione buona e abbondante ,pulizie perfette,receptionist tutti molto disponibili ad aiutare per qualsiasi problema. La posizione e perfetta la stazione metro yusufpasa si trova a 5 minuti a piedi che ti porta a tutte le attrazioni principali in pochi minuti.

- Mohammed AWN (9/5): - Ik heb een heerlijk verblijf gehad in het hotel, en het geweldige Syrische receptieteam, bestaande uit Mudhar, Zaheer, Amir en Ahmed, was echt het hoogtepunt van mijn ervaring. Ze waren zeer gastvrij en behulpzaam. Hartelijk dank aan het hele receptieteam voor hun uitstekende service.

- Yunus (8/5): Sehr nett und hilfsbereite Personal ( alle aber wirklich alle) - Familienzimmer sieht auf Bilder größer aus als in Wirklichkeit und das für 5 Person 2 Doppelbett und 1 Einzelbett zugestellt wird

The staff were very kind and welcoming especially Mr. Ahmed who was extremely helpful, understanding, and friendly. He really made our stay more comfortable. - Lena (10/5): Всех кто приезжает делать зубы в соседнюю стоматологическую клинику советую останавливаться только здесь: вас порозит ка - В этом отеле ты себя чувствуешь как будто, ты то-то самый гость ради которого существует этот отель! Чистота выше похвал!!! Готовность помочь и решить любой вопрос поражает! Просто такое ощущение что ты попадаешь в гости в очень дружелюбную и сплочённую семью. Мне сделали бесплатное повышение уровня номера до высокого в качестве комплимента. Постарайтесь забронировать его заранее, я уверена у этого отеля большое будущее! И ещё отель свежий!
