• Thomas (1/5): ff you like construction workes, jackhammmers and grinding machine noise. Have fun otherwise this is - Don't go there. There are 3 Houses direct connected to this House where this year will be heavy construction work. This you can hear in the house and on Pool is not usable at all. Workers running on the garden without notice. Also on the weekend. .Additinally the house is dirty and not equipped with essentials. You can not use outside and inside. as you would expect within your vacation.
• aurelie (6/5): des choses à ajuster pour que la maison soit appréciée à 100% - L'emplacement est super, c'est le meilleur point de chute pour visiter l'ile car c'est central et à proximité de tout. La maison est immense, les photos ne reflètent pas la réalité. Il y a 3 chambres de plain pied qui donnent sur la piscine, et 3 en semi sous-sol, là où se trouvent le billard et la table de ping-pong. L'équipe qui gère la maison est bien réactive par WhatsApp même si les problèmes n'ont pas été réglés (température de la piscine) Le gros point noir est la piscine ! Quelle déception qu'elle ne soit pas réellement chauffée, ok les nuits étaient fraiches mais une pompe à chaleur sert à chauffer... et quand l'après-midi il fait un temps magnifique mais que la piscine n'est qu'à 21 degrés, c'est trop froid! sur une semaine il n'y a eu qu'un jour où on a pu en profiter. Pour le prix payé on s'attendait à un plus grand standing (raquettes de ping pong : seulement 3, et en très mauvais état, parasols foutus, pas de sel, pas assez de chaises extérieures pour le nombre de personnes hébergées, pas de piles dans les télécommandes de Tv, pas de stores / rideaux dans 2 chambres au sous-sol)

• Iñigo (1/5): Estancia sin agua caliente y con una limpieza muy deficiente - La ubicacion y la piscina Hola, Quiero presentar una reclamación formal por el estado del alojamiento. Hemos sido 12 personas y la experiencia ha sido muy negativa por varios motivos: No había agua caliente durante toda la estancia. La presión del agua era prácticamente inexistente, dificultando ducharse y usar los baños. El baño de la planta baja estaba sucio, con pelos en varias zonas. Había una fuga en el retrete, que provocaba un charco constante en el suelo. Encontramos colillas en las terrazas al llegar, evidenciando falta de limpieza. Estos problemas han afectado gravemente a nuestra estancia y no corresponden al nivel esperado ni al precio pagado. Solicito una compensación económica adecuada por las molestias y la falta de condiciones básicas del alojamiento. Quedo a la espera de su respuesta. Gracias.
• Mercedes (3/5): Decepcionante - Es una casa muy grande y amplia Es una casa bastante fría, hecha para ser alquilada. - la cocina deja mucho que desear, es la típica de Ikea, los cuchillos no cortaban ni un tomate, las sartenes se pegaban muchísimo era imposible cocinar en ellas, no dejaron ni una bolsa de basura ni una simple Pastilla para el lavaplatos o lavadora, los Cubiertos eran muy justos, si la casa es para 12 personas había 12 tenedores y 12 cuchillos, en una casa así debería haber más para no tener que estar lavando continuamente. Por haber no había ni sal, hay que comprarlo todo (en todas las casas de alquiler que he ido dejan una cajita con especias y luego si quieres lo usas y sino no, pero tienes la posibilidad) eso sí, al entrar había una caja con un tarrito de aceite y dos de vinagre muy monos, y una botella de vino blanco. - Lo peor de todo sin duda fue la piscina, esperábamos una piscina climatizada donde poder bañarnos todos los días, pero muy a nuestro pesar no pudimos bañarnos ni un día, la piscina estaba según ellos a 25 grados, lo cual aunque creo que no es cierto, que estaba más fría, sigue siendo muy frio, según ellos era por que esos días el clima no acompañaba, pero una piscina climatizada está climatizada para poder bañarte independientemente del clima no? Bueno, les escribimos cada día y al final nos fuimos de la casa sin un triste baño, cuando la característica principal por la que habíamos alquilado la casa era la piscina climatizada. - el billar está roto, cuando llegamos nos encontramos que faltaban la mitad de las bolas y era por que estaban atascadas a lo largo de todo el billar, tampoco pudimos jugar al billar.
