• Ana T (1/5): Absolutely Horrible Experience – Non-Stop Noise and a Terrible Room - This hotel was a nightmare from the moment we arrived. The woman at the front desk was extremely rude and gave us a horrible room right next to reception, facing an interior courtyard full of garbage and dirty walls, completely unacceptable for any hotel, let alone one charging over €500 per night. The room was unbearably noisy, phones ringing constantly, people slamming the main door, staff moving dishes and chairs early in the morning. It was impossible to sleep. We had just arrived from a long flight from the U.S. and were exhausted, but the noise never stopped. When I asked to change rooms, I was told I had booked an “economy room,” even though my reservation clearly said Deluxe Double Room. When I requested a refund for the sleepless night, I was told "no", no apology, no manager available, just “you can leave if you don’t like it.” After contacting Booking.com, I was told the hotel could issue a refund if they wished. The front desk agent even admitted we were right, yet still refused to do anything. We were later moved to another room, which was slightly better but still poor — leaking shower, broken toilet, no proper toiletries, and an extremely uncomfortable bed. If you value sleep, cleanliness, or basic hospitality, avoid this place entirely. It’s noisy, unprofessional, and nowhere near the standard or price it claims to be. ...

Christian was also very accomodating.. The room was modern, AC was working very well. The water pressure was so low the entire time. it took while to shower.. The Hotel itself looks modern and clean.. However the ground floor , and the elevator needs cleaning….

Ottima idea che permette comunque di consumare qualcosa appena svegli. Sono stata bene, da migliorare un pò l'isolamento acustico ma trovandosi in una zona molto centrale mi rendo conto che sia difficile.

• Linda (10/5): Great stay! - The location was great. There were plenty of restaurants and bars in close vicinity. A short walk to Santa Maria Maggiore and the Trevi Fountain. The room is very quiet and comfortable. The staff was exceptional in answering questions. There was coffee and pie available for the guests.

• Alexandra (10/5): Great Location and even better beds! - Great location and super clean and comfortable rooms. Super clean and neat bathroom. Bedding was super soft and clean, up there with the most comfortable beds we had our whole Europe trip. Great value for money.

Once you get to the property you do have to go up to the 2nd floor. There is an older style elevator. Room was small but clean - had nice finishes. Concierge was available 24/7 and friendly/ helpful The only thing that wasn’t wonderful (wouldn’t stop us from staying here again though) was the shower handle kept falling off.

• Naeim (8/5): - Ganske fint hotell. God beliggenhet. Personale var litt vanskelige men ok. Var der bare en natt så opplevde ikke mye men alt i alt helt fint hotell å bo på. Lit lite rom. Heisen i bygget er ofte i ustand og gammelt. Slitsomt å bære masse bagasje til 3 etasje. Ingen kunne hjelpe heller så det var tøft.

Location was walkable to everything and had wonderful restaurants nearby. Staff was friendly and helpful. Luggage storage was very convenient so we could sightsee before check-in and after check-out. Coffee choices and pastry available throughout the day was also very nice. Appreciated elevator. Nothing.

• Maria (8/5): Nice and serene, lovely people and comfortable stay - Perfectly located, 10 minutes walk from Termini Station and 10 minutes walk from Trevi, bus stop right behind the block. Room and bathroom were spotless, loved the neat aesthetic of the room. Although not very spacious it was enough for a 2 night stay. For once, a quiet hotel room where we could not hear people talking/shouting or sirens. Will definitely book again for this reason. Staff were very nice and helpful 💯 Common area of the block is outdated, elevator need a good clean from the outside

Not a big issue, but not perfect neither. - the toilet seat was loose: just a little movement and it slid away. I told it twice at reception during my 5 days stay and it was not fixed. Some day someone is going to get in a real uncomfortable position or get hurt...

Dit is een topverblijf! De receptie verdient extra complimenten, dat meisje is zo geweldig en lief, echt geweldiggggg. Het hotel is super schoon en goed onderhouden, elke dag weer een frisse en schone kamer. De ligging is perfect, binnen 8 minuten loop je al naar de Trevi-fontein en je zit dicht bij alles wat je wilt zien in Rome. Een echte aanrader! Niets.
